So here's the deal.
My fiance joined the airforce, and from what he told me, he's supposed to leave in late february, he gave me an exact date for when he goes to boot camp.
However, recently, he told me that the USAF can call him anytime after Jan. 22nd and he'll be automatically shipped off on a plane within 2 days and gone to boot camp.
So, being new at this, I'm very confused. When is he really supposed to leave? What are the possibilities of them taking him before the end of February and why would they do that?
When can I expect to hear from him after he leaves and how do I communicate with him when he's in basic training?
