Hum...I'll cut to the chase. My dilemma is this: My relationship with God is a total roller coaster. Either things are WONDERFUL between us, or, like it is now, I don't even feel His presence. And I stop to pray every night AND whenever I think of it, but every time I start up a prayer, I just feel so guilty, I don't know where to start. And I know in my head that He'll forgive me for ANYTHING, but...I dunno. I just don't feel anything. I follow all the rules, I do the best I can, but there is NO SPARK. At all. Totally gone.
Ugh.
Sorry. XD I'm not very happy with myself. How do I get out of this RUT?!

hey there.
i know you posted a while ago, but i wtill want to hit you back about your relationship with God.
Look up the poem 'Footprints in the sand'- it explains the point i'm trying to make.
Our Heavenly Father is with us no matter what, His love is unconditional and He will never leave us, never forsake us (Cue Geoff Bullocks song "Have Faith in God")
But just keep praying- be honest when you pray, just say what comes to the forefront of your mind when you want to talk to you Creator. Tell him about what you did that day, thank him for the mates you spent time with, ask him for some courage for your next assignment or challenge.
He knows all your thoughts even before they're in your head...
You cant hide from Him- even though at times we all think we can- But He'll be with you.
Look up in your Bible Joshua 1:9 if you ever get a chance.
