vice sighs as he finishes reading his book, then sets it down next to him and leans back, waiting for a call from gabriel while his ship floats in space near the planet

Gabriel sat twiddling with the sight on Bindsnipe for several minutes before he felt it was properly adjusted for the island. He was starting to agree with Jon, the island was just too bloody small for what they were going to attempt. On the other hand, if he needed more room, he still had the disc. It was one of two "non-entities" that had moved into his shadow, servants of lesser gods that had fallen into the void with their masters by mistake. One was semi-intelligent. The disc was more like a big flat flying puppy. Gabriel hoped it would take to Jon after this was all over...

Jon paced along the edge of the water from one end of the island to the other and back again, treading so slowly that he might have passed for a small glacier with a really sweet satellite hookup. Removing most of the chemical and mechanical helpers from his suit allowed him to put more power into the scanning suite. At the moment, Jon could easily have counted the grains of sand on the beach and the bugs in the foliage where his former host now lurked.

There was no direct reply over the radio. Instead, Jon's airframe and Gabriel's loaner circled upward like overfed seagulls, taking up distant orbits out of sight of the world itself but not too far to be recalled in an emergency. It was the only signal they'd give that all was well.

Satisfied that the battle zone was clear of any potential collateral losses, Jon began burying the supply crates, marking with a white flag each precious stock of potions, ethers and elixirs. He could sense Gabriel's eye watching him, and briefly shared his former host's worries that they might still be ambushed. But the crates were warded against any sort of interference, and if it looked like the enemy were trying to capture or destroy the supplies, both of them were in a position to suitably defend them. Slightly more secure in the knowledge that he'd felt Gabriel's aim fall on him at every crate, Jon made his way up into the foliage and toward the peak of the island, where he would have the best view and range to lay down some sorcerous fire support.

Thrais looked down at the world of destiny islands. and felt a strange sensation of familiarity...
Something was off about that place in more ways then just being the place they'd face the Order once and for. No...
It was something that made her fidjit with her fingers a little and shift vision to see it in different spectrums ot see what it was about it that put the weaver off a little. As the signal was didentified, she took a few breathes to sound herself and looked across at the others before shutting her eyes and feeling the ship decend.

vice lands his gummi ship on the beach and thinks after hopping out of the cockpit "yo, prinz, there any room on your carrier for my ship? it's too big to hide in the ocean or underground"

Tau walked off the gummi after over hearing Prinz tell Thrais his plan for her. He looked around the peaceful island, it was a pitty that this was were it had to end. He saw a wood like structure, and thoguht that would he his point of vantage. He quickly went to it and climbed up it, hiding within the tower of sorts. He would have to use all he could, but pacing himself, using his psionics first and then his Cosmos Armor.

Tau smiled at Maki. "I just choose this spot at random." He said grabbing his sword wrapped in the black silk. "How are you going to attack when the Order arives?" He ask with curiosity.
