Why not take over the world in a orginized crime situation?
Bust down the United Nations Rules One by one?
Actually, they're not really rules, per se, more like guidelines. You don't have to follow 'em, although you'll get all kinds of various organizations on your arse.
And, well... that'd be a lot of crimes. But you do have a point. We should make a joint operation; political figures infiltrate all governments in the world, while we have organized crime to supply money to our cause, as well as create fake situations where the politicians "strike down" crime in order to look better in the eyes of the public, making it easier for said politician to gain higher positions.
