As some of you may know, last night, a PM was sent out to every member of the guild. This mailing was organized by guild members, not be the owner of the guild. I would personally like to apologize for any inconveniences that this PM may have caused. Sadly, one member has chosen to leave the guild and report me for spamming. To avoid future communication issues and stress, I have decided to create this thread.

Guild-wide mailings can be useful to spread the word on events or guild-related happenings. However, they also require a good deal of time on the part of the sender. It's a waste of everyone's time for the guild-wide messages to be sent to someone who will ignore the message.

It would be of great help if you would all fill out the following form to make mailings go better in the future:

I'm active in the guild and I can find out for myself what you want when I choose to donate to you. Please stop sending me these messages. You know who you are.

As another idea....we should have a guild mule and have all members on the friends list, it makes it easier for mass PMs.

We can also send all that amazing donation gold to it and have contests to see who gets a donation.

Since the guilds accumulated quite a bit of gold..
