I don't even know if I am posting this in the right place but meta games are discussed here so... razz
So far my team lacks a Blissey counter let alone a Skarmory counter.
Jolteon@Wise Glasses Timid - 252 Special Attack, Speed, 6 HP Volt Absorb
Thunderbolt Thunder Wave Substitute HP Ice
Garchomp@Salac Berry Jolly - 252 Attack, Speed, 6 HP Sand Veil
Dragon Claw Earthquake Swords Dance Substitute
Uxie@Light Clay Careful - 252 Defense, Special Defense, 6 HP Levitate
Light Screen Reflect U-Turn Stealth Rock
Weavile@Scope Lens Jolly - 252 Attack, Speed, 6 HP Pressure
Night Slash Ice Shard Swords Dance Brick Break
Dusknoir@Leftovers Impish - 252 Defense, Special Defense, 6 Attack Pressure
Shadow Sneak Curse Pain Split Will o Wisp
Azelf@Expert Belt Timid - 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP Levitate
Flamethrower Psychic Substitute Thunderbolt
Rate it, but I really need a Blissey and Skarmory counter. Flamethrower does not kill Skarmory and then I will be Whirlwinded. Blissey is my main concern though.

To counter a Blissey, you'd need (my personal favorite) a Mean Looking, Baton Passing Umbreon to pass to your best physical sweeper. From there, Blissey is toast.
And for Skarmory, i've found a Magneton with the ability Magnet Pull and the move Thunderbolt to be quite effective against that flying little bugger. pirate

Trade Shadow Sneak for Baton Pass and Curse for Mean Look. You may also want to consider using Toxic instead of Will-o-Wisp. Both are acceptable, Toxic is a little more effective but gets laughed at by two types as opposed to Will-o-Wisp's one.

I do know a way to have a pokemon that could KO a Bliss. Infernapes with some good Ivs in attack and has been ev trained in attack. If it knows Close Combat, it's rare for a Bliss to survive that. They only way for a Bliss to survive CC from Ape is if it has Max Hp AND Max Def.

yeah, pretty much any fighting type will massacre Blissey. Trap it there and it's as good as dead.
