There is a place where there is pretty much everything in the game at one place. This place is called toddtest. It has all armor,weapons,ingredients,books and well everything. its only for the pc.

I've been there. I believe that it also increases your health to 10,000.

Why bother? Just type "TGM" in the console, and you'll have infinite health, mana, and fatigue.

I've seen this toddtest thing posted a dozen times here xd I guess it's likeable. I have GOTY for the XBOX...can't use it x3

It ain't got everything. There aren't any artifacts besides The Bittercup and Azura's Star.
