A world known for it's paridise and tropical enviorment. Most beings come here to relax. Nagas, nekos, you name it. If you're lucky, you may even find a rare neirid.
Legend has it that neirids once ruled this land, using the endless suply of water to become whatever sizes they pleased. But the reason why most of them died off is unkown. In fact, only a few traces were left.
But there was one neirid that had resurfaced...

follow the gaia rules, don't cyber, and larger beings have more power over the smaller beings, with the exception of Undine.
Other than that, have fun!

"Hmm, a lot has changed since I last been here..." the Neirid said, her golden eyes scanning across everything. Indeed a lot has changed. Especialy the buildings. Not only did they look different, but they were significantly smaller than before. Heck, most buildings couldn't even reach past her torso, so she had to kneel down to get a look through a random window. Inside, she could see some smaller beings scurrying away from her, while others stayed, wondering what she was. She had the features of a mermaid, but she was on land! Mermaids were water creatures that usually stayed in the water! Of course, the ones that were already outside could see her clearly.
She tapped her index finger aginst the window, but it simply cracked under the sheer force of her finger, along wit the wall that was surounding it. Mabye testing its duribility was a bad idea...
She then turned toward the other beings outside as they fled from her. Not that it mattered to her, anyway. These were smaller beings after all, and they would be killed if a misplaced step occured. She didn't realize it, but her footsteps felt like earthquakes to them, and her footprints were like giant sand dunes in a golf course. She could also find other forms of life, though not quite as tall as herself. the tallest one so far only reached her mid-section.

(Artimus was flying in as he saw the scene unfold.) Well that's something you don't see everyday. Wonder if she knows anything about my mom. Well, I need to talk to her about the fact that she's going to kill someone at this rate anyway. (with that, he fly's in front of her face.) "Excuse me, could i have your attention please!!!!"

She had continued to observe this new land and the smaller beings until she noticced one flying in her face, which caused her to stop. It was a good thing too, since her toes were mere centermeters from crushing one. Using two of her fingers, she provided him with a landing point. As he landed, her fingers felt solid, but at the same time, liquidy, like a water bed.
She then brought them closer to her face, along with the half-dragon, not just for closer observation, but also so she could hear him. "Hm?" she responded curiously as her vision took the frontal aspect of this paticular being. 'These beings look strange indeed... I wonder what they all are...?'

"My Good Lady, If you would be so kind as to Please Carefully Back away from the city, I mean No disrespect, but you are currently endangering almost every one here, though I'm sure not intentionally!!" Ok, once I have this place out o danger, first thing to do is ask her who and what she is, then find out if she happens to know anything about my mother. I'll see how things stand at that point before deciding what will come after.

To her, his voice seemed small, but audible. She really hasn't put much thought into this, but at the size she was at, and if she carried on the way she had been doing, she would most likely kill someone. Noticing this, she scooted her foot back a little. "I appologize for the inconvinence, but I really need to know, where did all these beings come from?" she asked with curiosity in her voice.

Ok, so she's not doing this on purpose, good, I'm sure that means we can both be reasonable. "Well, many of them live here, and many are Visiting for a list of reasons so long I could not imagine every item on it. I will be More then happy to answer any questions you have that I know an answer too, but I would ask first that you completely back out of the city. It's nothing personal, but as I said, your being here is dangerous to those of my stature." (He smiled to her, and looked as thought he really was not trying to be difficult but simply to protect those who didn't have the option of flying out of harms way.)

She was a bit out of it at the time, but she immedietely snapped back to her senses. "O-oh, right." She said, a little shaky in her voice. During her stroll, she had not seen another neirid at all. Has she really been asleep for that long?
Well, with that aside, she began to walk back from where she went through. It was much calmer over there, which meant no unfortunete accidents. Her two fingers were still holding the half dragon up, whom now was sitting down. "U-um... If I may ask... are they're others... like me?"

"Well, that would depend on what you me like you. If you mean of a similar size, then there are a fair number around, thought your so far on the top end of the pile where that is concerned. If you meant something else, I'm afraid that you'll have to elaborate." (you see on his face that he's trying to think of something, like theres a thought that won't go away till it's fully formed.) What race is she anyway? it seems so familiar, yet i don't think Ive met it before.

"...I see..." the neirid said with a little disappointment in her voice as her golden eyes turned away from the half-dragon for a short while, but they were focused on him again when she noticed he looked troubled. "Hm? Is something wrong?" she asked, her voice now with concern. She was out of the city now, and was now heading towards a river in the jungle.

Her eyes widened of surprise at first, but that was to be expected. She just tilted her head a little and chuckled. "I'm a neirid." she replied as she squated down, allowing him to leap off harmlessly.
Even though he had wings.
