Neon is pregnant.
Neon does not know the child's gender yet.
Neon still does not have a boy's name picked out.
Neon is done talking about herself in the third person now.
If I have a girl, her name is Kes Evelyn. Yes, Kes, as in Star Trek Voyager Kes. I'm a geek. So is my hubby. Booyah.
BUT we're having issues coming up with a boy's name. I come to you, dearest EFEers, seeking advice!
Please cite origins of the name if it has one.
Example: Kes Evelyn. Kes, Star Trek Voyager. Evelyn, hubby's mom's name.
By the way, I pretty much already have a middle name for them, but if I find a nice enough first and middle name combo, I'll still consider it.

Kes Evelyn is an extremely epic name, even if I've never seen Star Trek.
Are you going to wait until the baby is born to figure out the gender?

My husband and I were going to name our son Atreyu (from the Never Ending Story) but well b4 we knew his gender we decided on Genesis no matter what his sex turned out to be.

My boyfriend's family has a tradition of kids having their first name start with a "J"... So we've decided on Joel and Jason... and because I want to name my girl, if I have one, Clementine... I have to make it her middle name. gonk
But boys names are hard to come up with...
I like Ron or Paul. :] I think they're cute names.

My ex-partner and I were both trekkies and went through all the Star Trek names, picking out ones we liked. Unfortunately, it is indeed an ex-relationship.

It has been a year, what name did you pick?
I heard yesterday that someone named their son Knight. I immediatly thought Knight Rider, or Micheal Knight.
