Apperantly the game is going to be a trilogy, and in the second they are going to add an asian city. I would think something in Japan. The samurai are the only kind of soldiers I can really see moving about. I also believe India will be factored in. The plot is most likely using Altair and Desmond to collect the Pieces od Eden.

They might have desmond become an assassin and marry Lucy and have children or something like that. But thats too much in the future
