You mean like a play? Performing Arts? Yeah their cool. My Friend Alan was big on being an Actor so he had me practice alot with him on parts he got for Drama class. I've never been in big plays though. Just small one's for my Community service group. Like acting as an Anchor Wome or playing out scenario's in plays like racism or sexism. Stuff like that.
(Has to laugh at the fact that Plays may not even be what your talkiing about.)

Andy Kaufman was a performance artist. Perhaps one of the pioneers of Performance Art.
Laurie Anderson used to stand on street corners with blocks of ice strapped to her feet that melted while she played her violin.

I had to study Kaufman for a little bit in art history, but I'd never heard of Laurie Anderson before...

*looks it up* I'd have to see a decent Performance in order to really be able to judge, but from what it sounds like, it's too... 'artsy' for my liking.
But, to each his own - if you enjoy it, keep at it!

So performing arts is people on street corners eating fire and stuff? Just making sure. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'm basing my defenition on everyone else's.
Fine, I'll go look it up... The performing arts are those forms of art which differ from the plastic arts insofar as the former uses the artist's own body, face and presence as a medium, and the latter uses materials such as clay, metal or paint which can be molded or transformed to create some physical art object.
Right then. I was way off. No way have I ever seen that. But there are universities and colleges in BC that teaches them, according to google.
