Here you go;

Deep Fried Chicken Nuggets
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Marinade
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves peeled and grated
30g gingeroot

Coating
2 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons plainflour
vegatable oil for deep frying

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in the mixture and let sit for 30 minutes.
Mix the corn flour with the plain flour.
Take each piece of chicken from the marinade and roll in the flour mixture until it is coated completely.
Heat the oil to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and deep-fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve on a bed of salad garnished with a lemon

Try zesty potato wedges. They are a good quick snack for babysitters too! Trust me on this, I have to babysit my little bro all the time.

You'll need:
1-2 potatos depending on the child's appetite/how many children there are
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Step One:
Peel the potato(s), then slice them into little bite size pieces or cresent shapes whatever you prefer.

Step Two:
Try to evenly coat each piece of potato with the lemon juice, I like to use a spoon and carefully pour it over each piece but you can dunk it in a measuring cup or whatever you want to do, too.

Step Three:
evenly coat each piece with salt. Be sure you have fallowed step two, the lemon juice helps the salt to stick! there should be a thin layer of salt just enough that you can see a few crystals of salt shimmer here and there. you can use your finger to spread it on easily.

Step Four:
Present it! I know, I know, they are just children not judges, but you have to make them think your the greatest, right? If the children are old enough to not kill each other with them, you can put little tooth picks through the pieces so that they are less messy and the kids don't have to walk around with lemony-salty hands!

Good Luck!
