Harrington and I guess you could call them 'The Warehouse Crew' started this, not beleiving in the ways the other covens run. The Spanish Werewolf coven is there ally, they are the ones who gaurd this large skyscraper. They are deadly. Members of the Coven[You want to join, my chars must first get to know you then I will add you to the list]:

Security System:
The walls are three inches of galvanized steel. Every door has a code to get in, every hall and room has cameras that are in plexie glass. The outside has a large gate and the entrance is heavily gaurded. In the basement there is new weapons being made. This place would be absolutely hard to destroy.
Reason for the new coven:
Harrington doesn't beleive that the covens are as good as they think they are. The Andersons say there good, but it is no secret they are also murderers. The Deveraux are pure evil, reason enough to kill off them.
