There is and a country that sits at the very edge of the world known as Vivtia. Few know about it, though their ancestors can be traced back to it, for there the oldest human bones lie. The country is split into four regions: The Fireball Desert, the Misty Rainforest, the Whispering Mountains, and the Far-well Forest. Each region has it’s own cities and towns but they are all ruled by the same government.
However, the country is at war. The vampires have taken hold of the council the ruled over the country. It has been a hundred years since all the races were under the rule of the original council that consisted of all the races. There is hope, though. Deep within the Misty Rainforest the main rebel base lies. There, for a hundred years, they have spread out bases throughout the country and finally think they are ready to move out, but first they must find the dragon crystals.
Legend has it that the most powerful mages made four crystals: One of Water, Fire, Earth, or Air. The crystals were inlayed in four necklaces and then sealed away. Whoever wears the necklaces gets ultimate power over it’s element, but you can only use magic that you your energy level is will tolerate.
The vampires have gotten word where the fire dragon crystal is as of late, but so has the rebels. So who will get to it first? Who will lose the war? And finally who will become the guardians of the crystals?

4. No god playing and try not to making your character overly power. You can't win every fight.

Places:
Gem Caves: A place of Mystery in the Misty Rainforest. It is said that here the crystals were created.
Fray: A small town in the Fireball Desert. It is a town that is known for it's black market and is a frequent place for the rebels to hang out.
Shadow Way: A town that surrounds Shadow Way Castle it is where the Vampires live and once where the council resided. It is in the Whispering Mountains.
The Main Rebel Base: Where the rebel leaders plan and send out orders. Most of the rebels live here. It is located in the Misty Rain Forest.
Taylika: The elven city located in the Far Well Forest. It is where the old elven ruins reside.
The Elven Ruins: Where most of Vivtia's history is recorded.

Races:
Spirits: There are spirits of each element, just like a mage. The only difference is that spirits are born and made up of that element while mages just control the element. Most spirits don't like humans and hate to mingle with other races. The closest race to them is the vampires because vampires are immortal and spirits can come back in another life. If you are blessed by a spirit you gain that elemental power or your power increases in that element. When in their "true form" spirits tend to look a lot like their element. For example a water spirit would look completely made of water and be "see through", a fire spirit would look completely made of fire, an air spirit would be invisible as air, an earth spirit would look like they were made of stone and wood, and so on.
Vampires: The controling Race. They have human ranches as their food source and capture humans to put them in the ranches. They drink blood (obviously)but with it they take away your powers. If bitten you can turn into one. That's if your not entirely drained of blood.
Were Wolves: As comon as that sounds if they bite you you loose your element and don't become one of them but are summoned into a unawakable sleep. They are tan and have red eyes. How you can tell them apart from humans(when in human form) is their red eyes and are very tan. they have brute strength.
Mages: They can control elements, control objects, control nature, heal, have physic powers, or somthing else involving magic depending on their area of knowlege. A mage can only have three magical abilities. They can be human, elven, or a vampire. Were Wolves can't control magic.
Humans: They are mainly smarter than all but elves as far as races go. Still, they can be strong so don't count them out in a fight. They can still be strong.
Elves: Magic is their strength. They are born with more power than most. In fact most of their population are mages.

Name: Star Freeheart Race: Water Spirit Description: She knows a lot about the history of Vivtia yet she is not Elven. She is very quiet when it comes to speaking about her worries, however she still is not afraid to speak out. She cares about her friends a lot and would die to save anyone's life. She has a hot temper and can be very irration at times, but that works for her. Photo:  What I look like: Blue eyes, long brown hair. Always carries two long swords called "water blades". Star stood in the elven ruins. She had on a black cloak over her usual outfit with the hood up. She was on the list of rebels and the vampires knew it so no one could see her face. She stared at the ruins. She was curious about what they said. People were always discovering new things there. Sadly the vampire army had been reporting to that area as of late. They were looking for the rebel base of the area and also wanted to discover if the ruins said anything about the dragon crystals. Quickly, she jotted down the symbols and stepped back from the ruins.
She would have gotten away, that is if she hadn’t had bumped into a vampire behind her. She turned to see the jet black eyes of him. Her eyes widened, he was hunger.
“I…I’m sorry.” she stammered.
Before he had time to reply the wind blew and her hood fell off. The vampire’s eyes narrowed. Instantly Star knew that he knew who she was. She didn’t even think. She took off running.
He screamed for the vampire guards behind her but she was too fast. She was going to try and lose him then make it to the rebel base.
‘Why’d you have to do that?!’ she screamed in her head. ‘It would have been so much simpler if you have just watched where you were going but no! You had to bump into the enemy!’
