I'm curious: if they were to make an anime out of Episode G or Lost Canvas, would you prefer they stick with Kurumada's old character designs and style, or use Okada's/Teshirogi's new look?

I personally would like to see them in the new style. I mean, we are used to the new style in the mangas, why not in the anime as well. It would make sense.

I used to prefer Kurumada's designs as well, but now I've gotten used to the new looks I can't get enough of them. I'd love to see the new looks myself. ^^
However, Okada's drawings are so detailed that sometimes it takes me a while to figure out what I'm looking at. And that's when it's on paper, static. I'm not sure how it would work out when animated...

If you seen some of Okada's work, you'll see how much he loves details.
But I do agree with Padawan on the fact it's hard sometimes to see what's going on, but I think it's the beauty of it and it makes us look closer.

I think I'd like to see them in the new looks, I mean that's how they were drawn, so why change them?

It is ne of my biggest dreams to wach EG or LC animated (;p I don't beliwe that this drawm will come true ;p )
but..if EG was animated...I would like int in old style ... but LC in new one ;p

I personally think that if EG was shown in the old style, it wouldn't give justice to Okada's work.

I would like to see Episode G in the old style, since I really can't stand that style... because of it I have never forced myself to read that manga >_> but when talking about Lost Canvas... maybe the new one..? though I wouldn't mind the old one also ^^

@HikariJay: That's probably true, but I'd still be curious to see how it looked.
There's just one thing I'd like to see in the old style: the old generation of gold saints from Lost Canvas. Just to find out if they really are clones of our lovelies! o_o;

could be, but under one condition: no Episode G drawing style!!!!!!!!! it's terrible... baaah... I like the story though
