Hello ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the Phoenix Rising Guild's Role Playing World
As with any guild we respect the Gaia Terms Of Service. I expect anyone that is in this guild to uphold the same respect. With that said we have a few rules I will re-iterate...

1. Respect the Gaia T.O.S.
2. Respect your moderators. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the guild. We take this very seriously.
3. This is a PG-13 site. No Cybering. Take it to PM's, as it is against the TOS to cyber.
4. Watch your language, please. You may curse in the threads but be respectful.
5. Literacy is essential. As is grammar and punctuation and semi-accurate spelling. If you have atrocious spelling, get the Firefox browser at getfirefox.com. It has spell-check.
6. When submitting profiles, please PM all of them to Mayhem so she may place them in the correct thread. You will understand this rule once the roleplay becomes underway.
7. There are two Godmodders: L2CM and myself. The other moderators also carry great power in this roleplay. Please respect what they have to say, or there will be consequences.
8. If two of your characters are in the same scene, please use methods of keeping them separate if they are interacting in the same scene (As in making their dialogue different colors, for instance) as not to confuse the other rpers.
9. In making your characters, be aware of the characteristics that SHOULD be part of your character based on the faction and subfaction you choose. I understand that there CAN and WILL be oddballs, but please don't make every character the odd one out. Please keep to the outline as much as possible.
10. If you're not on the computer very much, please don't put your characters in a situation where they are absolutely essential to the progression of the story. If you are taking a long leave of absence, please - if and all possible - make it so that your character also takes a leave of absence so that the story may continue unhindered until your return.
11. You may kill off your own characters, but please refrain from killing off others' without their permission.
12. Some subfactions some rpers will not be able to join. These subfactions will be pointed out in each Sign-up thread.
13. When rping, please put OOC comments (comments that are Out Of Character) in parenthesis or brackets. ((... )) [[...]]
15. When creating and sending in your profiles, there will be certain criteria you will need to have, such as naming your PM a certain title and putting a certain emoticon in it. These will be placed in certain spots in all Faction Sign-up threads. You will not be accepted if you do not meet this criteria.
16. Roleplay in third-person. Not first.
17. We reserve the right to change in whole or in part any of the above rules as long as they do not violate the Gaia TOS.
