i will be posting some techniques for beginners to get started with Energy Manipulation in a few days once i get it together... hopefully before i have to leave on thursday.
psipog is relatively reliable though.

I learned everything I know from that site, so now I try to teach myself. Looking foreword to the techniques though. It is always great to hear from others.

Energy ball
stand or sit, it doesnt really matter.
place your hands in front of your hera, just make sure you arent touching it
((the hera is a chakra located between your belly button and pubic area))
cup your hands like you're holding a large softball or grapefruit, but make sure your hands arent touching, but your palms are facing eachother
until you get a feel for your own energy, you should visualize it coming from your hera, down your arms, into your hands, then forming a ball halfway between your hands
hold it there as long as you can, and if you feel a twitching or something, worry not, it's normal
also, if you dont feel any twitching or anything strange, dont worry, it doesnt happen to everyone, nor does it only happen to 'special' people
annnnd that's the energy ball ^
i'll post a more advanced technique later
