History: Awi was always a compassionate person and an optimistic. When her father worked as a guard in purgatory, Awi usually visited to spend time with him. She became interested in the prisoners and took pity on them. She spent a lot of time talking to them and rehabilitating them. She had a talent for calming people there and making them ready for civilization again. One day, she stumbled upon the maximum security section of purgatory. There, she met the crazed Angel of Vengeance, Magena. After talking to her and opening her up, she decided that her captivity was a bit unfair and urged the Order for her release. When the Order refused, Awi took matters into her own hands and freed Magena herself. Shortly after the escape, both girls were caught and imprisoned. For punishment, Magena was fused into Awi's body. After the process was complete, Awi managed to escape. Her only option for permanent escape from the Order was to become a Fallen. Awi did just that, but somehow retained her powers and abilities as an angel. Later it was found out that she possesses The Eternal Light, a legendary power that grants Awi to retain her natural abilities and more. After her fall, Awi lands on Earth where she met an old woman who took her in like a granddaughter. After a short time, the old woman died from her old age, leaving her fortunes with Awi and Magena. Venturing out on her own with Magena, she met a vampire prince named James von Helson. Scared and alone, he took her under his wing and protected her. Very young at the time, she mistook the warm feeling of kindness for love and married the prince. However the wedding was illegal since vampires can only marry other vampires or ones that have been turned. During her stay with James, someone saw Awi fall to Earth and became obsessed with her ever since. His name was Dominic, the Angel of the Rising Dead. He tried multiple times to keep Awi to himself through kidnapping and murders. A vampire named Kay (James' ex fiance) also plotted to keep the couple apart. In the mix of battles for survival, Awi was caught in an illusion set up by Kay, making her see James cheating on her. Upset and heartbroken, Awi fled and lost her memories of the prince. She found herself at a castle she could call home and made it into a school for the supernatural in order to bring people of different races together in harmony. She hired Pheonix Sandrium to be the dean and even named the school after him so that she could live as a normal teen student. Not too soon after the opening, she was found by a crow demon named Ker. Ker adopted Awi as his mother after failing to find his real mom. With her cheerful personality, Awi mad friends quickly including becoming best friends with Lyta, a half vampire at the time, and Zira, a dragi. It was through Zira that Awi met the Veloci brothers, Talcon and Cypher, who are raptors from Zira's world. She almost instantly took to Talcon and developed a crush despite the eight year age difference. After months of being friends, Awi's wish came true when Tal asked her to a date. The happy moment was quickly ruined when his older brother, Cypher, opposed to their dating. Pulling through the differences between their races and constant battles, Awi only fell deeper in love with Tal, knowing one day she'll marry him. Her love for her friends and her hyper healing makes her a tough opponent in battle. Since she's young and innocent, however, she tends to be sensitive, naive, and caught off guard easily.Magena

History: She had a loving mother who used to treat her like a princess and called her so every night before bed time. She had friends an a nice high class family. That was until her ninth birthday when she gained her first ability as an angel, her organic palm blade, passed down from her father's side of the family. Once her father saw this ability in her, he took Magena under his wing and showed her the secret life he was hiding from everyone. He was a collector and hunter of different creatures. His aim was to gain their power through his collecting and became quite good at it. He and a few other angels in the same profession were the reasons the Sori nearly went into extinction. Magena was like an unwilling clone of her father and participated in his collecting. Over time, Magena's mother found out about the secret operations and confronted her father about it. Having been caught, Her father killed her mother in front of Magena. In response, Magena (age 12) attacks and "kills" her father with the palm blade she inherited from him. Since then, she was on her own with the occasional guiding point from Mimi, the current leader of the Order, or her older cousin, Setsuna. Eventually, she started dating a gentle and handsome angel named Eiko. Their relationship crumbled when Eiko was murdered by a pack of hired demons. The demons were ordered to kill Setsuna's husband, but the demons' mistook Magena for Setsuna and killed Eiko instead. In a blind rage, Magena stormed Earth in a fury. She rampaged for hundreds of years, killing demons and humans alike. She was soon joined by Setsuna, who was distraught over her husbands eventual murder, and Delilah, who's reason for joining them is still relatively unknown. After hundreds of years, Magena was the only remaining of the three still on Earth. She continued on a few more years before her eventual capture and imprisonment in purgatory. She was heavily guarded and was meant to be there for life. That was before a bright young angel named Leah Leontyne crossed her path. She felt a connection to the young angel and plotted with her in order to gain freedom after negotiations of her release were denied.Upon the first escape attempt, Magena and the young angel were captured and fused into the same body as a way of containing Magena for the moment. To escape for good, the young angel became a fallen. Magena looked after the one named Leah Leontyne, who changed her name to Awinasa to match with Magena's since she now was a fallen. Magena protected Awinasa, only being able to come out when Awi was scared, ill, or angry. After making the academy, it became apparent that Magena didn't care much for making friends. She started fights and wasn't nice to people, making her unlikable throughout the school. After a while, Magena's soul started to overtake Awi's. In short, Magena was killing her. They had to separate through a long and difficult soul cyphoning process. Since then, they lived separate lives, but Magena continued to look after Awi. During her stay at the academy, Magena dated a devil named Splitter and a man called Kegon. Kegon, as it turned out, was Eiko's reincarnation. As battle after battle raged in the academy, she took on many enemies including Cypher, the eldest Veloci brother. She wound constantly pick fights with him, enjoying her victories over him. Her little blattles with Cypher came to an end when she accidentally stabbed his mechanical eye, causing brain damage. She felt guilty about hurting him so bad, that she never felt the need to fight him again. Eventually, she became friends with the large raptor. They would joke and drink together like long time pals with an occasional argument. They conversed on their current dating situation as Magena decides to leave Kegon because of his long absences. The good times were cut short when Magena was caught up in a battle with her father. To prevent him from coming back and hurting her friends, she opens the ground and sends herself and her father into the firey pits of hell. There, she endured constant attacks from hellions and their crazed master, Von Hellion. Due to the long history between the hellion master and Magena's cousin, Setsuna, Von took his aggression and sexual longing out on Magena. She was raped and forever changed. Thanks to the god, Rah, Magena was brought back from hell. Because of her ordeals, she was wild and constantly on edge. For the members of the academy, Magena was in hell for about a week or two. To Magena, it had been one thousand years. Ever since her experiences in hell, Magena doesn't like people touching her. Only a select few people can touch her without having her flinch, step away, or ready to fight. During her time in hell, she realized she was in love with Cypher. Upon coming back, she intended on telling him her feelings, but decided against it once she saw him. She continued to drink and talk with him as their relationship deepened. Occasional flirting took place, but not too much beyond that. One night, Cypher and Magena had an argument and went their separate ways for the night. Cypher got incredibly drunk while Magena went out to a bar just in town. By the time Magena got back, Cypher was pointing a gun to Delilah's head. Delilah, who has a self destruct reaction of weapons being aimed at her, began to show signs of such. Magena hurries everyone out before Delilah self destructed, but became trapped in the rubble. The next day, Cypher ran off into the forest. After talking with Talcon, Magena ran after Cypher to comfort him and bring him back to the academy. Thus started the relationship between the two. It grew intense, quickly,and landed Magena pregnant. Through hardships of battles and the return of Cypher's ex, Jojo, the two stayed together and are making a family.

History: Vespro and Faeric have been friends for a long time, and recently, the two boys were more than friends. Vespro's earlier history is foggy, mainly because he wants to forget the awful things that other people have done. He was the subject of a lot of jokes, and was teased a lot. Appearance(pic): Remind me to post the one zi drew, it was perfect, but for now know she is a sori which is a raptor dragon creature with feathered wings, a rare species of dragi. Also can take human form, see avatar.
Personality: She is a sweet heart overall, she is the princess of the sori but doesn't act like it. She is powerful but doesn't show it. Don't get on her bad side. She has a dark gene locked away, but a man made it possible for her black side to emerge. She learns to control it long enough to have him reseal it. She loves her friends and loves making new ones.
History: Sori were a happy race whose happiness ended when they became more powerful and the angels of old hunted their kind. Up until recently it was believed only 9 remained and Jojo was considered the second most powerful remaining. She found a group of several hundred sori living in hiding and is still considered in the top of the race and royalty. She hopes to never turn black again in fear of hurting a friend.

Personality: Sweet, cares very much about people but can also be painfully shy and often child like. Easily makes friends if they show interest first.
History: She was raised in a separate world from this one, a world where she lived as an Agith or an angel of her world. Her parents chose to live with the humans instead of apashi or heaven. Her world took a turn for the worse when she was 12 and a man took reign. He took women and raped them marking them with lines on their arms. At 13 when he was going to capture her and her mom Javin made a break for it. She was raised for several years by the blacksmith and his wife. Upon coming to this world she chose to be a human rather than remain agith, she now has the power to control the elements and to fly and heal and read minds but appears human.

History: hoshi was teased as a small child she was born with out wings and the ability to use elemental orbs. The only family she has ever known was her cousin sukanako. she called her kana. after growing up with a lot of teasing she would often seek solitude in the woods. There she developed her gardening skills. She hall all knowledge of herbs you could ever know. Often discovering new ones. Appearance: Angel looks like any ordinary human. She has Long flowing black hair with purple and red streaks. She has her eyebrow and bridge pierced. She also has snake bites and gauges. She has several tattoos, one of a skeleton playing the piano on her left arm. She's tall and normally dresses in a pair of skinny jeans and some fancy top.
Personality: She is very outgoing and she is random. Normally she likes to keep quiet and keep to herself but if you give her time to warm up to you she is most likely going to be your best friend.
History: She was diagnosed with the plague in the late 1900's and was certain she was going to die. An unknown vampire came to her rescue and made her into one of them. She's been asleep for quite some time and she never really found her true powers. She's come to Phoenix Acadamy to try and find her inner stregth and hopefully learn how to socialize like everybody else.

Gaia name: Soldier_of_Sin Character Name: Sherobi Age: over 6,000 years old Appearance(pic): Human form;  Half form;  Full Form; Personality: He is a nice guy, he's overall selfless and would happily sacrifice himself to save a friend or loved one. He never shows his true emotions and therefore it is hard to tell what he realy feels inside, he always bottles it up and seems happy all the time. He may seem intraverse at times but he is mostly outgoing. You can't assume anything with him, because you never know what he'll do next. He is unpredictable, sly as a fox, and fierce as a dragon. In most opinions the best side to be on is his good one. He's unclassifiable, not to mention bipolar History: Sherobi was spawned in hell to lead the underworld's armies in the war against god, that was untill he was summoned to this realm by an ignorant warlock he went insane from the summoning. After Sherobi destroyed the warlocks enemies with ease he demanded to be returned to Hell, but the crazed warlock was no longer sentient. Consuming the warlocks soul, Sherobi could now transform into the warlock thus his human form, as well as gaining all of the warlocks powers. There was a price to pay, being in this realm for so long has disabled his ability to assume his full form as his heart had too much emotion and compassion. He can now assume a form half of his true self, but only under certain conditions, and never at will. He hopes that some day he will get his true form back, and return to hell. Gaia name: Dirus Kilazerith. Character Name: Dirus Kilazerith. Appearance  (Picture was found on Deviantart and edited in photoshop.): He is somewhat tall and has medium silvery white hair as well as ice blue eyes. He wears a white shirt, and faded black or blue jeans. He has a Sapphire pendant with a silver trim that spirals around the pendent. His katana has a white and blue hilt and a silver guard. (Dirus channels his elemental power into the sword, giving it an icy appearance.) His sword has 3 forms, normal, released, and Ban Kai, his wings freeze over when he is in this form. He also started to carry a large greatsword which bears a resemblance to the one he used when he was a Seraph. He has a wolf form but doesn't go into it very much anymore. Dirus looks like a normal human with silvery white wolf ears and a tail the with the same color when he wants to shift to his wolf form half way. Personality: He has a cold exterior, this is why he is so distant from the people from the surrounding villages as well as some of the students at the Academy. As for the people that know him he is a very friendly and fun loving person. He is calm, chivalrous, and courteous. He thinks things through before continuing and he can get embarrassed very easily and doesn't think very highly of himself. Dirus always puts others before himself, his heart is strong and so is his spirit. Age: looks 19 but is way older. Height: 6'4'. Weight: 185 lbs. Fears: Losing his friends and the one he loves. History: Little is known about who he is or where he comes from. His sword skills are beautiful yet deadly and he has never lost in a sword fight. He is very resourceful. About a thousand years ago(Anything before that he doesn't remember) Dirus was living in a large village. A demon appeared and destroyed the village, completely leveling it with the ground. Everyone was killed except for Dirus who looked like he was in his mid teens. The authorities immediately put the blame on him and labeled him a very dangerous outlaw. After that he grew up in the shadows. Dirus traveled to another large village searching still for the demon who destroyed his home. He found the demon in a house feasting on a family. Quickly he dispatched it before it could do anymore damage. The demon died and disappeared. The sheriff quickly found Dirus standing near the dead bodies and pulled his gun on him, thinking that Dirus had killed them. The sheriff fired but Dirus was gone. After that, the bounty on his head only grew. He was forced away from civilization and lived in the wilderness. He became friends with many animals. One night he had a dream. It was strange. He was looking through the eyes of some kind of animal. Suddenly it all went white and Dirus was staring face-to-face with a dire wolf. The wolf charged at him and went to attack but before it could do anything to Dirus it disappeared. 7 years after that dream he was walking through the streets of an abandoned city, or thats what he thought. It was swarming with demons and Dirus was unarmed. 5 demons had jumped on top of him. Suddenly the pile started to rise. The demons, now startled, jumped off of Dirus who was now in the form of a great dire wolf. Dirus killed all of the demons and ran off. He had the intelligence of a human and he was sure he could speak but the problem was he didn't know how to turn back to his human form. He prowled the forests in his wolf form for years looking for a way to change back. Finally he found an old angelic relic deep inside of the forest next to the Pheonix Academy. Dirus touched the large stone with his nose. Instantly the wolf was pulled from him. Now Dirus was looking at the dire wolf, who looked very hungry. A Japanese style sword appeared in his hand (a katana) and the wolf attacked. After a long and bloody battle the wolf was again inside him. The wolf now respected Dirus for being part of it and had allowed Dirus to become the wolf when ever he needed to. Dirus' once dark brown hair was now a silvery white. He now had wolf ears instead of normal human ears as well as a tail. Dirus had changed into the wolf form and realized how injured he was. He slowly limped to the Academy with a giant gash on his shoulder. He collapsed at the the front door of the Academy. "No....so close." He said before passing out. Setsuna found him and brought him inside to be healed. (There are many parts in Dirus' life yet to be revealed.) Ever since then he has been living at the academy and discovering his powers one step at a time. Dirus found a book in the Library while he was trying to find a way to free Delilah from her imprisonment in the Pheonix Academy basement. The book was completly blank until Dirus had touched it. Weird markings and symbols covered the last page of the book. Most of the words were written in Angelic. A hole in the back cover appeared as well. It was the shape of Dirus' sapphire pendent. The necklace was beautifully crafted and it had a silver trim spiraling around it. Dirus had obtained the pendent from Zeeva a long time ago. It was a symbol of the friendship they both shared. (Back to the book now...) Eventually the book's pages started to fill themselves in, the Angelic words were also translated into English. Later on the book transported Dirus to a mirror world where Angels and Demons didn't exist. The reason he was sent to the mirror world was because of a demon who broke through the barriers that separated the two worlds. The chaos and turmoil of his world had weakened the barriers causing the demon to get through to the mirror world. He fought the demon and brought it back to his world, where he finished it off after becoming a Seraph(Six winged angel) for a short time. With it's last dieing breath the demon tried to kill Zeeva, who had greeted Dirus upon his return. Dirus selflessly sacrificed himself to protect her, and not being in his Seraph form...He died. After taging along with Cypher and Delilal to find Magena(Who was looking for Dragonora in NYC) He had gained the ability to become a physical being for a short time(He's a ghost.). After a close incounter with a granade, Dirus had returned among the living. It was Dirus' great will to protect others that allowed him to break the bands of death and return to his loved ones. Character Name: Rinn Zein.
Appearance (Pic coming soon): Rinn is usually clad in a black trench coat. He wears a ripped grey tee-shirt and a pair of black, faded jeans. The sleeves of his coat are covered in belts as well as the collar part of the coat. Rinn is often seen wearing a silver cross around his neck. There always seems to be a slight breeze that flows around him. When Rinn is in his Vampire form He looks human, exept for his eyes and fangs.
Personality: Rinn is a calm and collective person. He doesn't talk much and trusts people even less. Dirus is the only person Rinn thinks he can trust. Because of his mistrust, Rinn is usually cold to everyone around him. For the friends that he has, Rinn really does care about them, eventhough he doesn't show it.

Character Name: Talcon Veloci
Appearance(pic): He's a huge 6 foot tall raptor, light tan with darker stripes along his upper side and lighter marks that run along his neck down to the underside of his tail. Has yellowish green eyes
Age: 25 'human' years old (really he's not sure how old he is, raptors dont count years that often.)
Personality: Laid back, loves to invent things and adores Awinasa
History: not much is known about him except the fact that he saved his brother after a vicious attack by humans left Cypher without an eye, leg and arm

Appearance(pic): See siggy raptor picture, same as Talcon but he's a few inches taller than his 'younger' brother, also darker coloration. The right side of his face has a metallic eye plate, has a robotic left arm and leg, his arm can change into a gun, has a stun needle in his palm for injecting just about any kind of liquid that his leg holsters, usually uses his leg to store stuff, mostly ammo and vessels, eye contains vitals and can scan in x-ray, uv, and movements if he is searching for things.
Personality: Rather mean and sometimes overly harsh about things, lately he's been easing up ever since he fell in love, loves to drink and fight
History: The same as his brother, very little is known about him, especially since he despises talking about his past. He hates humans not thanks to an ambush that left him physically and mentally scarred for life.

Personality: The strong, silent type. Mute to be exact. He hunts monsters for a living, collecting and turning in their heads to a hidden and unknown client for money. He communicates mostly with whistles and other body languages.
History: Little is known about this fellow and the fact that he can't speak makes things all the worse.

Somehow she tends to be optimistic, though she's generally in everyones 'bad books'. Sometimes can't take a joke and will fight to the bitter end. She also tend to keep to herself and rarely socializes with people, especially humans. History: She was born into royality as the first and only complete elemental dragon, while the rest of her family were elementals. Her family, friends, and entire kingdom was slain by humans. She grew up by surviving solely by herself, roaming the earth for eternity though not invincible but ammune to most sicknesses. Argubly, she's a highly intelligent creature who possesses many traits of psychoticness.
