Only the head has been released, but if you've seen their previous works (Like the fully transformable Grungust or Dancouga nova), it's safe to presume that it will be fully transformable (And that's confirmed by SRW hotnews).

check out this stand you can buy for cybuster, the downside that it costs 25,000 yen just for the stand. oh and the stand actually lights up
