Sighing heavily, Asad was resting beneath one of the few trees on the Plains. Tae had gone off to get some food and he had decided to wander off for a bit. He had tracked a few animals but didn't dare get close to the larger ones, for fear of getting hurt. Now he was just tired... And very, very bored.
Rolling onto his back he stared at the leaves above him and watched them rustle softly. The sun and the leaves began to make him drowsy and slowly he began to doze off.

A small hiss came out of his mouth and he angerly walked away from a rabbit hole. "Stupid things move to fast." Tiernay the grumpy cub of these lands was quite annoyed, he gets some time by himself and he can't even practice catching small rabbits. He was having a bad day.
"What is that?" His eyes wided and he huffed.
Another cub.. Male on top of that was at His tree. His brow ruffled and he stomped over and stood in front of him staring down.

Something disturbed Asad's sleep. What it was he couldn't tell. A noise perhaps? The wind? Or maybe the older lion glaring down at him....? Whatever it was the sight of Tierany over him scared the daylights out of him. Letting out a surprised squeak he jumped backwards. Or would of had he been on his stomach. Instead he managed a few flailing kicks at Tie's face before spinning around and dashing away from him.
His paws betrayed him and he fell and skidded a few feet. Springing to his feet again he puffed him self up and let out a (cute) little hiss. His entire reaction managing to conspire in but a few seconds.

Tiernay moved his face out of the scared cubs way, he held his composure and decided not to go after the cub and maul him into nothing. He sat up and narrowed his eyes.
"This is MY Tree." Tie hissed a little more serious that Asad's. He puffed out his chest and debated on roaring. "Who said you can sleep under MY tree!

Though the other lion hadn't mauled him to death, which was exactly what Asad had had run through his mind, it still looked mighty threatening. Especially sine he was hissing at him. Okay, deep breath, put on your bravest face, and try to be courteous...
"How is it your tree?! I don't see anything to prove it!" he squeaked pathetically. Reminder: Work on being threatening.

"Because!" Tie huffed as idea's ran through his mind. "This is my parents land! This is my tree." He stepped forward and bore his teeth. "I've been here first!" He snarled apparently getting even more agitated that the other cub questioned him, how was he wrong! He stared the cub up and down growling.
