I have a slight pitch on my right consecutives and it gets worse when my arm is tired. Has anyone had to deal with this themselves, know how to fix it. I've been told to push my wrist out more but was wondering if anyone had an excersize or something to help.

Umm, a pitch is when... say I'm doing consectutives, well looking at me from the side it looks like the tip is angled toward my knees slightly when I spin. Does that explain it? confused

i take it what youre calling consecutives, we call spins. maybe? sounds like it.
anyways, i think i can help with that. theres a few things that could cause it. how youre standing, the angle of your arm, or your hand / wrist. its probably a combination of the last two since you say its worse when your arm is tired. im sure i have the same problem, but i never watch myself from the side. just bend your arm and wrist up a little to adjust the angle of the rifle. and hope you dont have a routine with a 100 consecutive spins. ^_^
let me know if that helps any.

We don't have consecutives in our show. Although in warm-up we usually have to do 100, usually twice because it sucked the first time. sweatdrop . Although my arm is usually only that tired after saturday practice. gonk . That kind of helps though...
it's weird that you call them spins and I call them consecutives, what do you call the stop after these spins? We call it a lock-stop.

we just call it a stop O.O
although with tosses we call it "smacking" the rifle. like when you catch it solid the strap makes a nice SMACK sound. especially if you have pennies on it.
i guess it depends on where youre from what you call things. our instructors / choreographers call moves different names than what we call them. and theyre from the same state as us. *shrugs*

On my team they are called drop spins, and when they stop they are called drop stop
the one thing our instructers tell us to do to stop pitches is to spin next to a wall. if it even gets ona slight angle it will hit the wall and you will be forced to fix the problem

Our rifle instructor is crazy. We're up to 350 spins on each hand at practice now..
