((This is continued from the ORP at the point right after ash walks away to talk to tiger's lion.))
Nadine plunked down in the grass and began brainstorming. Could she do this? Could she really lead her own pride? She certainly wouldn't be doing it alone, not with her new love willing to stand by her side. She'd been fooled before however. Not that she would ever tell him, but it could work this time. WOULD work this time.
Getting up, she began pacing back and forth infront of Kojo. What he might have been thinking it's unknown, but he must have thought her mad. "But what would we call ourselves..." she mumbled outloud.

Ash saw that Nadine was confused about something. He looked over at the Lioness that was still laying in the water and smiled. "Come over if you want" He said as he bounded of towards Nadine. "A name?" He asked as he stopped just a few feet short of where Nadine was pacing. "A name for what? A pride?" He looked hopeful as he asked. "We're going to do it? We're actually going to make a pride?" He beamed. Another chapter, of his life, was about to start and he couldn't be happier.

Nadine looked up at her companion. "Yes silly dilly, of course we're going to do it. Why wouldn't we? Besides, it doesn't seem as it many others want to step up and do it. So i'm taking matters into my own hands. You'll help of course." She said with a sly grin. Nadine was a friendly lion, but she wasn't the most diplomatic at times, and Ash seemed to counterbalance that.

Kojo stretched, standing, and looked around them. There seemed to be nothing but empty space everywhere-the lake took a chunk of the horizon, as did its few trees in this strange oasis. But other than the mountains rising in the far distance, was flat and hot, air bending with the heated rays of the sun. It was so odd, being with these others-and to have a pride..it was so unlike anything he'd ever done before. These lions were friends-all but the clothed one, who seemed irritated.

Anya blinked a little watching Nadine. She seemed uneasy and slightly unsure of the pride. It slightly reminded the lioness of times back home. Of how uneasy it was at first to think of the simplest things.
Patiently, she waited, looking over at Van every once in a while.
The male gave a slight snort settled on his stomach. He was growing tired and sleepy, yet he needed to be awake for this...pride thing. Companionship was strange for him, but being with a group seemed to change him.
And it was all due to that chick...what's her face? Wilma? Waneta? Wachovia? He'd think of it sooner or later...and if he ever met her again, he'd be sure she would get angry at him...At least she'd be around though.
Cipher kept close to Anya, hunkered over. The ligress seemed to soothe her; She wasn't exactly sure why. Cipher wasn't sure why she was here. Would this mean she became disloyal to her lost pride? What if they came across her?
But what if she never saw them again? What if she was separated from them for a reason...and on purpose. The pride always thought of Cipher was weak. And Imbecile. There was always someone around to babysit her. Maybe, breaking away would prove that she would be worth something...

Ash smiled down at Nadine then looked up at the others. A small crowed was forming and that made him warm inside. Things seemed to be going good now-a-days. Which made him happy. He hadn't realized it but all that time a lone had been making him depressed. He leaned in close to Nadine and waiting for things to begin.

Nadine had to settle on a name. No self respecting pride she'd ever came across was namless. Hadn't she heard up north of the word Artyum? Searching her brain for that strange conversation with the foreign creature, she remembered it having something to do with hunting, and the moon. It was a good strong name. Artyum Pride.
Looking at the sun, it was nearly time. They just seemed to be lacking one more lion. She had hoped one of the others would join in. Not wanting to keep the other lions waiting however, she cleared her throat and sat up.
" Alright, we all know why we're here. Some of us have made introductions to each other, some have not. These are lonely times, in a prideless area. It isn't through hardships that we wanted to form this pride however. Many of us miss the family atmosphere, and the friendships that come from that close bond. We're all adults now, atleast physically," She nudged Ash at this and laughed" and it's time we take charge of things."
Staring around at the faces staring back at her she had only one last doubt before she said what she was about to say. Would Ashoka and herself make it through this? Shaking her head, she smiled. Of course they would.
" We are forming a Pride. It'll be named 'Artyum' which i'm told had much to do with hunting, and the moon, which i think we can all safely say is a strong name for any pride. Now all we need are introductions. "
Nudging closer to Ash, she purred. "This is Ashoka, my companion. I myself am named Nadine. We came together here about a week ago."

Kojo set his ears back, looking around nervously. These lions all knew each other-the clothed one and the two femmes were together, as were Nadine and Ashoka. He was alone. As always.
"My name is Kojo," He said plainly, an apathy to his tone. He'd been by himself his entire life-but now he was in solitude with others. But it didn't matter. He wouldn't be pushed from the territory, so long as he became part of Artyum...but, he would never fit in. As always.
And what if others came? What if others from his pride, or other prides came, and they saw him as the curse his family had seen him as? These questions were bothersome, and soon Kojo sat back, his tail curled around his paws, feeling insecure and outcast from anything that might be called a 'family'.

Ash kept quiet as Nadine made her introductions. As she introduced him he nodded to each lion in return. He noticed that Kojo was tense and wondered what was wrong. He really liked that lion and couldn't imagine anyone who wouldn't. His parents had been cruel when they had rejected him.
Ash smiled at Kojo and rose up and padded over towards him. "Don't be afraid." Ash said quietly as he sat down next to him. "Nadine and I won't let anything happen to you, I promise." He said as he nodded at Kojo and looked over lovingly at Nadine.
Clearing his throat he got back to business. "We need at least one more lion..." He said as he looked at Nadine then all the other lions. He shook his head and tried to clear the cobwebs. Who else had he met that might want to join. There was always Tae...but that lion was so eager to make his own. That and Nadine and him seemed to clash and not in a good way.

"My name," The ligress began. "is Anya." She gave a warm smile to the members. "It's a pleasure to meet you all. I hope this pride will grow prosperous in health, life, love, and happiness." She gave a bow before settling down, turning to Van.
He seemed to tense slightly, not used to group things. But what could he do? He couldn't be alone all his life. "Name's Van of the Dawn." He said suddenly, head tilted downward in a curt nod, hat covering his eyes slightly.
Cipher seemed to be next. Meekly, she came forward. "I-I'm Cipher..." She said softly, ears flat against her skull. "I'm...still learning a few things...and I want to help....I'll do the best I can!" She nodded, gaining slight confidence, only for it to be lost again as she slunk back.

Tae proudly stompted into the clearing. He was not the same lion he had been, that much was visable. His eyes were dull, his mane dirty, and several of his claws were missing. He seemed to quiet the crowd in a bad way and his emotionless expression didn't help. He didn't talk for a long time, although all eyes were on him. He seemed too gruff for anyone to interupt and even before Nadine could say something or Ash could mutter a greeting his opened his mouth to speak. The words came out harshly but their meaning did shine though. "A pride...is like a family..." He announced. "I trust the judgement of these two lions," Tae motioned with his tail to them and continued. "And I know that they will make a great pride. Proud. And strong." He nodded his great head and took a step towards the other lions. "And if any of you don't join you'll be making the mistake of your lives." He spat out lives like it tasted bad in some way. "I'll be joining." And with that he climbed high into the tree, it shook with his weight a bit, and watched the gathering though his watchfull gaze.

Ash frowned as Tae made his entrance. He looked scraggly. Like he'd recently been in a fight. He was about to say his hellos when Tae eagerly started to talk. There was none of the brightness that had once been in the lions voice. Frowning more Ash watched as Tae made his way over to the tree. He started to wonder what had happened to Tae. However, that was pushed out of his mind when he said he'd be joining the pride. That was it, they had enough lions to form one. I'll find out what happened to Tae later when no one else is around. He thought to himself. Smiling he turned to Nadine and waited for her response.

Startled by the lions appearance, and even more startled by his obviously torn looks, mentally and physically, Nadine's heart broke. Had it been what she'd said earlier that got him into this trouble? if it were so, then she would make it up to him ten fold. This would not do for her well being to have that on her conscience.
"Alright then. It seems we are one. One pride, one family, bonded by our own reasons, be it despiration, or loneliness. Welcome to Artyum Pride."
(( OOC stuffs. subforums cost 2500. that's 500g per person. you can donate it straight to the guild, and i'll use it to buy our pride forum. If for some reason you can't donate that much, let me know, and we can work something out, but 500g isn't all that much really. Once there's enough in there, i'll make it! Till then we can continue RP in here, or start an RP in the main RP thread. up to you guys really. what say you! ))

Ash rose up from his place by Kojo and winked at the white lion while smiling. He was growing fond of Kojo and would do anything for him. He'd be a great friend to have. He sauntered over to Nadine and rubbed up against her. He sat down and wrapped his tail around her's. "Looks like we all finally have a place." He said aloud as he looked around at all the lions and smiled warmly.

((Gasp, i saw that when i woke up. I'll make the thread now. I say our first RP be finding a more permanent place of residence. But thats just me. I'll post the rules of posting in the guild forum after my doc appt and walmart shopping spree. (where i buy nothing for myself cause i talk myself out of it each time. har)
But i'll make the thread now. for those that want to PRP with a member while i'm gone, just put the [prp] in front. for full pride RP's i'm thinking it'll be [pride] but i'll make that thread later.
