Ketarhr
Username:Iethloc
Name: Siirioc
Race: Ketonn Hraal
Personality: Like many Caertaspians, Siirioc appreciates a good fight. Also like many Caertaspians, he has a good education and is normally well-spoken. But Siirioc can be quite sarcastic, and never shies away from a hearty laugh. Despite this, he is not always a joyous person, and can often be prone to depression. He is fairly curious, but usually does not stick his nose where it doesn't belong.
Description: Siirioc's fur is not immediately obvious, and at first glance, the patterns of rosettes appear to be on the skin itself. He is a bit pale for a Hraal, and he has blue eyes; a rarity among his kind. He typically wears simple, somewhat form-fitting robes which leave his chest exposed, showing a flaming tattoo design of blue and black. A large cross, crafted from wood and supported by a somewhat thin metal cross is strapped to his back, with an imposing falchion next to it on Siirioc's belt. He usually goes barefoot.
Weapons: Falchion, Large Cross, Bare Hands
Archetype: PsyLord
Fighting Style: Siirioc uses mainly psychokinesis to hurl himself about in combat, using the added momentum to strike his foes with powerful blows. With his limited talent in Psychometabolism, he can force himself to get a second wind or two.
Spells/Psychic abilities:
Lighting Stroke
Type: Attack (Psychic, Psychokinesis)
Power: Low
Siirioc thrusts one fist forward as it crackles with electricity, sending a small ball of lightning at an enemy. It has a fair range, staying accurate within 40m.
Wind of Relief
Type: Supplemental (Psychic, Psychometabolism)
Power: Low
Siirioc inhales deeply, and speeds the process of oxygenation temporarily, giving himself a bit of refreshment in battle. It is risky to use in the middle of battle.
Inertial Barrier
Type: Defense (Psychic, Psychokinesis)
Power: Varies
Siirioc can create a psychokinetic force field around himself, softening blows against him and, if he puts enough concentration into it, can even stop them. It places little strain on him if he merely lets the force field do the work, but he can strengthen it by concentrating on it, which is more exhausting.
Winds on the Plains
Type: Attack (Psychic, Psychokinesis)
Power: Medium
Siirioc often uses an efficient psychic attack, and mimics an attack at a range against an opponent. He uses this to help focus a psychokinetic attack, forcing matter to move forward in front of him, causing the air and often several small objects to slam into his opponent. However, it can be dodged just as easily as any attack, and has a short effective range.
Homeland: Caertasp
History: Siirioc was born in the country of Caertasp, into a family of somewhat well-known Psions. Unlike his family, however, Siirioc got a lot of exercise in his youth, and ended up much more fit in his later life than they did. He found the idea of focusing completely on Psychic powers to be somewhat foolish, as it leaves the body to wither. He practiced both physical and psychic combat, and thus was destined to become a PsyLord.
Siirioc's psychic talents lay in psychokinesis, and so he emphasized this in his training. While his family somewhat looked down at his chosen profession, they still funded his training. Eventually, he picked up a proficiency with the falchion, learning a very fluid style of fighting with it. This blade, along with his bare hands and feet, was supplemented by his psychic ability, allowing him to become an effective fighter.
After graduating from his school, Siirioc was left with little direction. As with many people who become trained fighters, he took up a job exploring ruins and such, as well as fighting miscreants. In short, he started a career as an adventurer. Even if the profession was dangerous, he lived and managed to gather enough silver to scrape out a living.
However, he would eventually start doing “favors” for people in the Caertaspian government, and in return, he received enough money to live quite comfortably. These favors ranged from assassinations to diplomatic escorts. He was eventually sent to check outposts near the edge of the Living Desert, which can be a rather dangerous mission.
_____
Name: Iethloc
Character Name: Krol Tergro
Age: 38 (human equivalent 17)
Gender: Male
Race: Ratoul'An
Planet: Ketarhr
Class: PsyLord/Ratoul'An Crusader
Weapons: Krol wields a magic sword sheathed in a blue glow. It is capable of cutting through even the highest quality steel, and it can also freeze any organic tissue that comes into contact with it (though it needs time to recharge this ability). He also still keeps his old brass knuckles, actually made of strong steel. They're too large and bulky for most races to use, but they are perfect for Krol.
Clothes and Appearance: Krol, like most Ratoul'An, wears little clothing save for shorts to cover the necessary parts. However, he still has a large, golden bracelet on both of his upper arms, showing off his family's status. His fur is nearly black, save for some white patches around his wrists, ankles and back.
(Racial description: The Ratoul'An are quadrupeds, somewhat resembling an ox. However, they have larger, stronger legs, and have much longer fur. They also lack horns, and have a more subtle nose, indicated only by two slits in the middle of their face. They have bright green eyes with cat-like pupils. Their front arms are particularly muscled, and end in 5 fingers, with a thumb on either side. Their strong, thick hind legs end in strong digitigrade feet instead of hooves.)
Personality: Like many Ratoul'An, Krol is not a scholar by any means, though he still communicates well enough. While he still enjoys a good conversation, he is quick to act, even if diplomacy would normally do the work. He can have a rather short temper, unlike most Ratoul'An, who are somewhat more contemplative.
Abilities: Krol, like all Ratoul'An, has immense physical strength, and is surprisingly agile. In addition, he has innate psychic abilities common to his race, such as the ability to call up a vision at will (though he's vulnerable during the vision, and it can easily tire him out). His vision, and, more recently, his hearing extend slightly into the past and future, giving him a precognitive edge. He has also developed a clairvoyant sense that alerts him if he's about to come to physical (but not mental or psychic) harm. Krol's family also has psychic control over fire, though Krol's pyrokinesis was slow to develop. He can start and extinguish fire, as well as sheathe himself and his weapons in flames that harm only other people. Recently, he discovered the ability to breathe fire and control flaming objects.
History: Krol was born into one of the two founding families of the Ratoul'An homeland of Tergro-Bast. However, the Tergro family was never the richest family even in the beginning, though they remain wealthy and respected to this day. He had several brothers and sisters, as large litters were common to the Ratoul'An. However, he was the least talented of his family, and didn't even discover his pyrokinesis until he was 20 (human 9 1/2), at which point his siblings could even repair burnt objects with their minds.
Regardless of his lack of talent, his family kept him and tried to lavish him with gifts to comfort him as he saw his siblings excel at everything they did. But he rarely accepted these gifts, seeing little use in material possessions. He slipped into depression for years, which certainly did not help him to overcome his underachieving. He had great trouble finding his school (Ratoul'An do not tell children where their school is, or even when it meets. They must use their clairvoyance to find them, and that is their first test), and found it only several months after his brethren did.
He eventually managed to graduate from the harsh Ratoul'An education system, and the first thing he did was retire to a bar, since there was no minimum drinking age in Tergro-Bast (even Ratoul'An children could hold their alcohol). But instead of getting a drink, he met a strange Mauforaum: Reve. Before long, they started adventuring together, trying to find out why the rainforests of Ketarhr were being overcome by cursed deserts.
They began traveling through dimensions, with the first portal they came upon being a bizarre occurrence. But the next portal they found was generated by the Demon Seal upon Reve's hand, to which Krol reacted harshly. On the second dimension to which they hopped, they met the Anchor neo-human known as Rencaine, as well as his master, Xernsus. Xernsus could not leave Baalos 5, since his life was linked to a fire on that planet. Rencaine traveled with them while Xernsus stayed behind.
In the next dimension they visited, Krol picked up a small, strange friend, a Fuzzball named Rozar, who took up residence in Krol's fur in order to eat the various ticks and fleas that live in his long fur. Krol was not enthusiastic with the realization of his infestation, but he accepted Rozar.
The next dimension he saw was the one known as White Earth.

It wasn’t until he met Samuel that he began to see the art of magic and its wonders. Though he was slightly efficient with psychic abilities, he delved deeper into the world of the demonic and the astral lights. Over time he grew great skill with these abilities and was able to start teaching himself. Soon, Kleirmoore began to become depleted of life because of the uprising of the corrupted men from the deserts. He rushed home one day to find his parents had vanished. He set out to find them, or at least catch word of their fate.
____
Name: Rinji-Rai
Character Name: Reve
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Race: Mauforaum
Planet: Ketarhr
Class: Gunslinger
Weapons: Two .45 Caliber pistols with exploding and regular rounds, also sports the insignia of the demon on the back of his left hand. He carries inside of him, The Demon of the Negaverse, Noxious, which he uses very sparingly, as it causing him great brain and heart damage, and eventually could cause bleeding of either one. He also carries a switch blade in his right boot.
He also has a very limited racial skill of psychic abilities. He rarely uses them, sticking to his guns as much as he could, finding new ammunition he could use in them and discovering new was to make gunpowder inside the shells.
Clothes and Appearance: Reve is 5'8'', and wears cowboy clothes, his hat is small and dark brown, he never parts with it, or his pistols on his gun belt. He has coal-black skin and sandy brown hair, the latter not being normal for his race. He also bares two pairs of small wings one above the other on his back, their spans go 4 ft. on bottom and 5 ft. on top.
Personality: He is very old fashioned, he talks in a rather strong western accent and acts upon the code of the old West, having been raised in similar climates and environments. He is very honorable around ladies, and loose jointed around other guys, saying what is on his mind, very rarely lying.
History: Reve was born in the Deinoforaum hospitals, but as they traveled through the desert toward their own house, they were ambushed by a group of Hole Men, however, the baby was put in a crevasse under a rock, out of the hole men’s sights. A tribe of nomads crossing the desert happened upon the baby crying in middle of the desert. They admired the brave, strong baby and took him in as their own. As he grew up, he was told of the stories of how they found him, much like a hero they heard many stories of. A mighty swordsman that a kind couple found in the wilderness, who grew up and saved their village with his great skill. He had no interest in swords, but was enthralled by his foster father’s hunting tactics using his very rare six-shooters that Reve’s foster uncle created, being a very skilled metal worker.
Since he could comprehend reason, he knew that none of the caravan that he lived with was his real parent, but he has had no real drive or want to find his real parents, having been raised by a very loving family.
One thing that the people of his village have noticed about him was that his gunmen skills were far superior to his father’s, his aim and his draw was twice as sharp. So for his fourteenth birthday, he was given the weapons. Along with the use of his psychic powers, he has proven to be one of the hardest men to kill. When he was eighteen, his caravan was attacked by bandits. While they were able to hold off the bulk of them, they had artillery in the distance that fired and killed every person in his village. He was finally able to kill the men with his pistols, holding off the mortar cannon fire off with his shield and shooting them down. He buried his parents and burned the rest of his village, piling the bandits to leave for buzzard food.
No one knows what happened to him in the recent years following, but there are many theories. The only thing people knew was that he came out of the desert with a blazing fire in his eyes, and he sported a Demon Seal on the back of his left hand. One that could call one of the cruelest of Demons to the realm. This gave him the Nick Name, Demon-Eye Reve. And this made him all the more infamous in the places that heard his story. However, along his path, he came upon the quadruped, Krol, and both of them agreed that the world that they lived in was turning into desert far too fast, and there must be a cure. So both of them set out to see if they could fix it. What they found was a portal, one that led them to the next dimension. Soon they found themselves searching all of the realms in search of the Catalyst Core, because it was dying, and they knew that someone or something was leeching from it.
That was when they met Rencaine, the Demon Reaver, who followed them on their journey and told them of the Dark one, Kreil Sin who was gaining power from the Catalyst Core, and that was corrupting the dimensions, and causing them to begin corruption in entirety.
Reve came to the conclusion that if no one else was searching for the answers, then they would. Now they have come to White Earth.

Name: Rinji-Rai
Character Name: Rencaine Dar'oden V
Age: 98
Gender: Male
Race: Anchor
Planet: Baalos 5
Class: Demon Reaver
Weapons: A Demon Cloak that was created to simulate Demon powers. This cloak he carries is one of a kind, and is able to call upon the elements of fire and darkness at will. He is given the power of flight for many kilometers and is granted great speed.
Clothes and Appearance: Rencaine is a tall, lanky man with brushed back brown short hair, and wears a black suit. The cloak he wears does not burst into flames until he wraps it around himself completely. Until then he may keep on the hood or simply keep on the cloak, making it appear to be a completely normal article of black clothing.
Personality: Highly sophisticatedly, almost stuck up in a way. He can be somewhat mean if someone keeps interrupting him when he is trying to explain something or tell a story of something he knew or had learned. He is very intelligent, especially in his knowledge of demons, knowing their names, their personalities, their demonic races and many of their powers. He carries demon lore wherever he goes, and collects all of the artifacts he can get his hands on.
History: Rencaine was born to Rencaine Dar'oden the IV, and Lemera. Was trained since he could remember in the arts of demons and wraiths or other horrors, so that he may be ready to fight them at any moment at any time. Together they protected the Anchorage from all of their enemies, never encountering a demon until far into their careers, it happened when Rencaine's father was charged with the cloak. The battle was tremendous, it completely destroyed the building they were in, and cast a horrible tumble of debris onto Rencaine the IV. His son came to the scene, where his father lie, the cloak ripped to shreds but still functioning. His father gave the cloak to him, and wished him luck against the demon as he slowly died from his femoral artery being severed. Rencaine took up the cloak, repairing it to full power in a flash as he put it on, and with all of the might of his power, he destroyed the beast that killed his father.
Many years past, and he met many people, but none so strange as the two that came to Baalos 5 through a demon portal. Reve and Krol stepped through. After learning of the Catalyst Core's condition, he instantly agreed to join the two on their mission, and lend his skills of fighting and superior knowledge of demons and other mysteries of the dimensions.
Gaia Name: DAKchild
Name: Atorai
Gender: Male
World: Ketarhr
Race: Ketonn Hraal
Personality: Sometimes Atorai can be spunky or quick to act when he 'knows' certain things-- at least that his attacks will cripple an enemy quickly. For the rest of the time he's calm, confident, analytic and especially defensive-- if threatened by an unfamiliar opposing force, or a very pissed-off woman.
Description: Green eyes. An odd, symbolic gold necklace. All that's dar kblue on him (excepting the sword) is flexible yet still quite protective... I shredded the suit just for fun and more skin to color.
Appearance: image coming soon
Weapons: a sword forged by craftsmen; enchanted by elder psions, claws
Archetype: PsyLord
Fighting Style: ?
Electrokinesis? (control and manipulation of electricity).
Psychokinesis,
Herculean Saber, (Enables the sword to gain some crushing power. swings and jabs of the sword at a target seem to become swings and jabs of Hercules' fist instead... but not that powerful).
Lightning Dance, (His body apparently becomes a fierce, upward-spraying burst of electricity from a point on the ground. While in this form he has heightened speed and raw ramming power but maintaining this gradually becomes more and more taxing for the duration).
Psion's Razors, (Invisible extensions onto his claws. up to 6 inches long and enables him to cut through or stab and grip the usual things with less effort or most things that would be impossible via normal claws). Causes very little strain.
Apex Thunderwave, (a short chant followed by a hard stab of the sword into the ground. Instantly following is an earth-shattering lightning strike which directly onto his body's location is harmless but destroys more ground- or can target any desired point within a quarter-mile and has a higher voltage blast) ...has only managed to be able to do this once a day for two in three straight days as the recoil is quite high.
Scout's Honor, (Creation and release of a floating, glassy orb that explodes at will. The orb is normally baseball-sized and demonstrates the power to blow a large truck in half). Powering the explosive property has a mid/high cost.Shattergun, (Usually with the sword held out and pointed at a distant target, activation of the sword's power to fire a beam or bolt of condensed psychic energy or electricity, or the former enclosing the latter). The shot has no near-miss effect, a 3-foot-wide, ground-breaking blast radius on impact and the move can be used successively, 3 seconds apart with no recorded limit and some kinetic recoil.
Shatterbomb, (Ignition of a surge of psychic energy on the sword's blade to create an invisible sphere that grows quickly up to 4 feet before erupting and fading. Harmless to the user, most effective after stabbing an object or enemy with the sword, effect resembles implanting a grenade into something... or someone... before the grenade explodes). Cost is moderate, user made feel submerged in deep water during the sphere's growth, usage limit is generous but chances to actually use this move rarely arise.Spells/Psychic abilities:
EM-wave, (An open-palm wave or thrust that creates a self-sustained antigravity field in a given area of 1 cubic metre. This differs to psychokinetically holding a target in the air. The field only needs effort to start but can be forgotten and will last up to an hour.) Objects in the field can freely exit if they can use some form of propulsion except for wing-flapping.
Scout, (Creation and release of a floating, glassy orb that functions as a 3rd eye. The orb is normally either marble-sized or golf-ball-sized). Also presents no cost to maintain.
Shield of Sword, (Activation of the sword's own power to create a field of condensed psychic power around the blade; strongest at the blade itself inside the field.) The shield is near shatter-proof, however, the sword bearer's stamina has the last say in effectiveness.
Homeland: Caertasp
History: Atorai started out with little or no unique difference from other young Ketonn Hraal but he had always had a special thing for swords and cats. On his way through education he had managed to learn and use some Psychometabolism. That was the first thing to make him special as few Ketonn indeed used it. After that he often caught the eyes of Psions and those among high ranks especially in the military. Ultimately obligated to enlist, Atorai worked and trained hard with other Psions and Psylords within the army, growing to specialize in electricity as well as meleé fighting, and served for only 5 years before global awareness of the universal crisis arose.
That was when Atorai was appointed a high and unusual position; the one among several others-- the most trusted of the lot- to handle and remedy this crisis. Along with the enormous expectation made of him he was granted an enchanted sword; forged by creative blacksmiths in the army, charged with psychic power by elders within a Psion group affiliated with The Council.
