Taosho and Yu, their love growing ever so brightly with the sun as the day older and older. The school day was to be missed for the lovely couple. This day was acceptionally beautiful. Yu, having a league of abscenses from the Kendo Team, didn't care too much about her social status in the team...
"Hey, Yu..." Taosho had his arm over her shoulder, pulling her closer towards him, feeling the warmth of her body getting warmer. "Yes?..." Yu responds, keeping her eyes on the sunset, her hands holding the glass lotus in her hand, playing the Endless Drifter song. "Aren't you supposed to be...somewhere." He snuggled his face into her hair and smiles. Yu giggled, "Why? Do you want me to get lost?..." she moved her head to match Toasho's lips, aligned and moist with his. He simply laughed with a little sigh, "Not if I'm come along...Yu Ishta..." Yu pecked his lips and said, "That way...We'll be lost together, yes?..." They both smiled as the brightly illuminated sunset shone a bright and erie glow to the water, almost like they were alone in a different realm, where only love and the two exsisted.

Soon, Yu was convinced by Taosho to attend to her Kendo Team's late afterschool meeting. He would join her to attend the important meeting...
Yu never carried her sword around when she was with Taosho. Maybe it was because it might've upset the atmophere around him. She kept her katana along side her comrade's, Emileza. The two were the best of friends. But Taosho never really liked Emileza that much. She was too talkitive. But it wasn't that...
In the Baikion Kendo Dojo, the entire team sat in a large circle, awaiting the member of the night to arrive. Heihachi, the leader of the Kendo team was absent for a government officials party archany. Jin was in control for the day and he did not like Yu for her actions...
Jin Reiko, a man of a straight line, only wishing to have order in his team. He dispised Yu. She would miss a lot more classes and important meetings when she was with Taosho and she wouldn't pay attention to him when he's giving orders. Yu never really liked Jin either. In the low breath of rivalry, the two hated eachother. "Yu Ishta...Justice will be served...As a member and a proud warrior of the KATANA project...I will punish you myself..." Jin's handsomeness did not cover for his cold feelings. He sat there, his arms folded and his eyes closed, disappointed for Yu and the entire Kendo Team as they sat in wait, knowing not what was going to happen to either Yu or Jin...

The Kendo dojo was quiet, very unusual to Yu, not like the everyday shouting and loud clacks from their wooden weapons hitting up against one another. Instead, it was dark and erie. Like the start of a horror movie. Yu was happy to bring Taosho along with her to this meeting. But Taosho was convinced otherwise. He felt some chilling force in the air, an auora that didn't settle inside Taosho's mind...
Taosho's feelings weren't wrong. It was an evil that was to be of Yu's head soon enough. As they entered the sight of all the Kendo captin members, Yu's smile slowily faded. Taosho watched as her smile disappear...that would be the last time she would ever smile...

Yu starred deep into Jin's eyes, feeling the rage and disappointment he was feeling for Yu. Jin starred back, like a slap to the face. No words were spoken. It was just silence and stares. Taosho hadn't realized that the Kendo team was so strict on their policies and restrictions. Like a slice through the air with a very thin blade, Jin stood up and drew his sword. Taosho could do nothing but stand there and think, "I can't believe he's...drawing his sword!" the shock even skipped the heart beats of the Kendo captin member, but not as much as Taosho's. They knew the wrong Yu has brought onto their name and she must be punished...
"By Heihachi Reiko's name, I-" Yu interrupts with a solid expression, "Why don't you call Heihachi your brother? Too good for you?..." She stood her ground and held her hand on the wall, right near her katana, right near Emeliza's. She gapsed, then sighed, knowing that it would end one way, even if she had wanted to stop the fight. "...I will punish you for your wrongs..." Jin walked closer towards her with the sword in his hand. Yu pushed Taosho away quickly and grabbed her sword right away. Drawing it, the sleathing of the steel blade did not make a sound. "Taosho!..." He looked up at her while he was trying to get up, "I love you!...Please! Get out of here!" Taosho shook his head as the tension began to rise, releasing fear into everyone's hearts, "They'll kill you too! NOW RUN!!" Her voice squeaked, her voice commanding him to flee for his life. "Yu!..." Yu looked into Taosho's eyes one last time, seeing something he'd feared ever since they first met; seperation by death...

Their katana's curved right in the center of the blade at the perfect angle for cutting torso to waist in one lash. But it didn't matter how sharp the blade was, what mattered was the person wielding the blade and how they did well with their preformance of the death dance.
"Yu Ishta...Heihachi has taught you well...he even treats you like a little sister." Yu positioned herself and cracked her neck, getting ready to defend for her life, "Yeah? Jealous or what?" Jin smiled and speeded up his walking. Yu also hasted her steps. The sound from the wooden floor mats were buffered into the concret of the cement beneath the ground. Then a third pair of feet could be heard, following Jin's, "As a member of the Baikion Kendo team, I cannot allow this wrong to be passed as right..." Yo stepped up and ran beside Jin. "I'm sorry, Yu...But this has to stop now." Sakura landed right next to Jin, holding a pair of kunai knives in each hand. "...I thought of you as a sister, Yu..." Murasaki stands up regretfully, drawing his blade. "I'm sorry to say this, but it's been lovely knowing you." Aya had no choice but to draw her sword as well, but without much remorse. "Come on, Emeliza. Don't be foolish. I would rather die by your hands than Jin's..." Emeliza sat there with her hands on her laps, tears dripping down her face. "Emeliza..." Yu said to herself...

Taosho backed away from the Kendo dojo, hearing the angry voices and cries of battle. He paniced and ran the other direction. The worried, scared and angry Taosho didn't know what to do. What could he do. The tears that ran down his face turned into streams. His heart began to ache. His ears began to swell with red. His mouth was trembling. He was feeling emotions that a person would feel, feelings that he would have never felt if it weren't for Yu's love. He stopped running. He turned around and began running towards the dojo, having not a care about his life, only for Yu's life. "YU!!" she shouted as the noise from the dojo grew louder and louder...
Heihachi was standing not too far from the dojo. He had just been done with his side of the K.A.T.A.N.A. Project meeting. He was watching his brother take control of the situation very well, but none the less, very inhumane...

The white haired Kendo leader watched the fight. He hoped he could help Yu. She was special to Heihachi. She was the spark that was the key point to his life, also a missing love to his life. But he loved her like a sister, very close and very happy with her...
Yu tried her best not to get cut by the others, Jin was the most difficult. Screams of the battle would scare even soldiers of Japan. The sharp blades cut through air like nothing. Yu was nearly cut by her arm, but was saved by her handle. The handle was forcefully pushed away and was cocked back, releasing the pressure. Her sword went flying into the air. She could only try and doge the blades flying at her, let alone know where her blade was going to land. Her hair was cut from Murasaki. Yu didn't care about that, she just went straight for her blade, keeping her eyes open. Blood ran to her forehead, pushing it upwards from the wind swiftly blowing towards her. The blood was from Yo and Sakura, cutting her ear and her cheek. The pain was unbarable. Yu fell to her knees, Aya kicking her back and thrusting her katana into the ground, missing her as she rolled away. She continue to pursue Yu, Aya didn't stop striking. Jin help, cutting like he'd never before. "Damn!...Why is this happening?!...Is this because of Heihachi's training!?..." Yu was fighting the five of the Kendo captins, only having minor troubles. "It's impossible!..." Jin thought to himself...

Taosho enters the dojo and gasped...
Heihachi closed his eyes...
Sakura, Yo, Murasaki and Aya slowily with drew their blades...
Emeliza did not move from her place, tears still running down her face...
Yu was bent over, Jin had his blade on her neck with a grip that could not be loosened. The sun finally disappears...
Yu looked to Taosho. Taosho looked back to Yu..."...The endless drifting will end...And soon...We will be as one...All that drifting...will have to come to an end..." she tuned her last words to him as they both locked eyes with each other.
Jin, regretfully as the others, was forced to slit her throat swiftly, spilling her blood all over the dojo floor...
A tear ran down Heihachi's face. "You told me about him...He sounds like a good guy..." Heihachi remembered about the time when she sung the song so happily, thinking about him so much. "I bet he was worth dying...huh?..."
The Kendo captins now had a new aspect of the K.A.T.A.N.A. project...it had begun. Soon, the entire school will be like this...

"Justice is served..." Jin says dropping Yu's lifeless body onto the floor. Taosho remained silent, watching his dead lover's body there...cold...no movements...blood...all were the signs of death. The death of his love...
Everyone had nothing to do but to go home and wait for tommorrow. The police would not tend to her death or enforce murder based upon the K.A.T.A.N.A. project. Taosho stood there...only hoping that Yu would somehow jump back up to her feet and be with him once again. But in the back of his mind...she would never be with him ever again.
Heihachi thought the exact same thing...
