my life issue is that i went on a date this saturday. it went pretty well. the pictures all suck, though

let's just hope she'll go on another date with me...juno is coming to town soon...
though that's probably not a good movie to watch with a would-be girlfriend...

*sigh*
unfortunately...i can't tell. not like, i am not at liberty to say, it's more of: i really couldn't see if she felt that way or not...
so far, she's never said no on a date with me (except once, but she already had a date), so that gives me the slight impression that she might be at least a little interested in me.
who knows.

Juno is a comedy and nothing other than that, nothing epically controversial. Also... Have you kissed her? I mean, some people have a hard time saying no, but most people won't kiss you back if they don't want too. Also, how long have you been "Dating/knowing" this girl?

no: i haven't asked her.
no: i haven't kissed her.
and juno...well, i don't know. it's about teen pregnancy, and i don't want to send the wrong vibe. you know, not that i want to get her pregnant or whatever, but i just don't........i don't want it to go wrong.

i also worry about a lot. i worry that if we do date, that we'll hardly ever actually hang out, what with dance and school and drama and music and everything else. and her friends are sort of my friends, but not really. and my friends are her friends, but not really. it's always kind of awkward hanging out with her and her friends, because i'm always thinking "oh, i'm only hanging out with you so i can get closer to her." i don't know. i just don't want to go into anything until i know it's going to be all right. i don't want her to not like me.

i've been on three dates with her now. once in seventh grade, once last year, and then this year (none in eighth grade because she already had a date that year). and i've known her since forever. i think...she was in my fifth grade class and a couple classes in middle school...i had freshman block with her, but nothing else. now i have no classes with her. though, now that i'm in the jazz music program, that'll probably mean i see more of her.

Good idea ^^ Just... Don't wait until you both go to different colleges and you never see her again O.O That would be sad.

Stupid little towns... Yeah... Know how you feel. *Pats and offers spiff-tastic cookies of the imagination.* Just remember to go at your own pace, but also remember that there is no forever in this waiting game. She's beautiful, and you're both growing up. Who knows how much time you have before you're seperated by either distance, or some other bloke asking her to be his girlfriend. Don't rush it foolishly though ^^ Be all super cool and sweep her off her feet, and make her know that you're awesome and she's lucky to have you. cool And you can do it, and if you need help, just ask Bez. He seems to be quite the chick magnet lately. blaugh

.... Seriously this is my 3rd year going and it's another lame theme. 1st year, it was like an India theme; 2nd year, it was Hollywood; this year, we have a Roman theme.... But masquerade sounds SOOO awesome. If I get invited to go next year I'm forcing my date to make the suggestion. Seriously though, I'm totally jealous, lol.
