The hidden rain village is located in a gaint rain forest. One of the lesser nown ninja villages but is still powerful.
It is almost constantly raining here and is prone to flooding, hence why many of the inhabitants wear ponchos and carry umbrellas. Many of the buildings are built off the ground.
