He almost never gets angry or upset for any reason. In battle, he never loses his cool and retains an icy calm about him that tends to weird his opponents out quite a bit. He suffers from insomnia, which means he has heavy bags under his eyes and drinks a LOT of coffee. Blood line/clan: none Elemental chakra 1: Lightning Elemental chakra 2: Water Image or/and description:  Headband placement: Sash around waist Weapon: He has multiple knives, called Raiken. These devices are receptive to Lightning chakra, and create blades when Lightning chakra is focused into them. Also carries flash bombs and some Fuuma Shuriken Background info: He graduated the Academy at 10 and became a Chuunin the same year. He would become an ANBU by 15, and at 20 he left the village to study abroad. Until recently, he was traveling through the other Shinobi Nations, learning what he could from the other villages. He had gathered several followers along the way as well as a son, but when he returned to the village, he found that the Fourth had recently been assassinated by Akatsuki, and the somewhat desperate village named him Amekage. Over the years, he has learned a massive repertoire of jutsus and created a fair number of others, in particular his ‘storm’ jutsus are very powerful. Other: As soon as he was appointed, he rapidly began revamping the village’s military system, seeing it as inefficient and replacing it with a better system, establishing a new ANBU and preparing the village in the case of an attack whether from outside, or in. Arashi Tsurugi (Storm Swords) Rank: C Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu CP: 10 A secret technique known only to the Amekage and those he teaches the jutsu to, this jutsu requires the presence of a storm nearby. Arashi will focus chakra into his knives, creating five-foot-long blades of Electric chakra at the tips.
Arashi Taihou (Storm Cannon) Rank: B Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu CP: 25 A secret technique known only to the Amekage and those he teaches the jutsu to, this jutsu requires the presence of a storm nearby. Arashi causes calls a lightning bolt into his hand and fires it in a thin, focused beam at his opponent. The beam can easily cut through even solid steel.
Gouka (Flood Devastation) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu CP: 40 A secret technique known only to the Amekage and those he teaches the jutsu to, this jutsu requires the presence of a nearby storm. Arashi causes the rain to intensify massively, creating a flash flood in mere seconds to wipe his opponents off the map.
Akikazuchi no Metsubou (Red Thunder Destruction) Rank: A Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu CP: 50 Arashi’s own unique Ninjutsu, he gathers large amounts of chakra into his palm, the chakra turning red. He can then use the power of the thunder to fire a large blast of chakra at his opponent, decimating the nearby area with a shockwave powerful enough to burst through most barriers.
Shippuu (Hurricane) Rank: S Element: Water/Lightning/Wind Type: Ninjutsu CP: 80 Arashi’s most powerful jutsu, he can cause his storm to reach hurricane force, flooding the nearby area and blowing his foes away. Lightning will strike very frequently as well. The power of the storm both doubles his speed and increases the power of his jutsus. SPD x 2, NP + 100
Demonic Presence Sealing Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu CP: 50 Arashi channels chakra into his hands and places his hands on the target. This will immediately cause any demonic activity to cease, and reject any outside chakra in the body.

~Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique - 24 Viz Translation: Art of the Shadow Doppelganger, Shadow Clone Jutsu Character Use: General Jounin Level Technique Rank: B Range: - Type: Supplementary Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin. ~Shuriken Kage Bunshin Technique – 48 ~Dance of the Crescent Moon ~ Hitsukishin no Jutsu - Flying Thunder God Technique - 50 Character Use: Arashi Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. Arashi would later spend three years altering the technique for his own use. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, the target first must be marked with a special seal. Once this is done, Arashi can teleport himself to them instantly. No matter where the opponent goes, Arashi can travel to the mark to kill them.

~Jubaku Satsu - Tree Binding Death - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Jubaku Fuusa is a Genjutsu technique utilized by the Leaf Jounin Yuuhi Kurenai. Arashi also learned this technique while traveling abroad. After forming the needed hand seals, Arashi will disappear and approach his target. Once near his target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Arashi will appear from the tree itself and stab his target with one of his knives. ~Kamina's Genjutsu (Unnamed) - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack This unnamed Genjutsu is a technique used by Kamina, which Arashi later adapted to his own purposes by reading records of it. Arashi will cause the area around the target to be enveloped by darkness. Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into the void to the mercy of a spectral dragon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. All aimed at transfixing the victim with fear and shock while Arashi himself decapitates the target. ~Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique - 6 Character Use: Arashi Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. ~Kokuangyou no Jutsu - Journey into Black Darkness Technique - 48 Character Use: Arashi Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Kokuangyou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the ninja's opponent to be enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat. ~Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique - 48 Character Use: Arashi Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill. ~Death Trance Type: genjutsu rank: C element: - CP: 20 A powerful genjutsu that projects Arashi 's body as if he is dead or unconscious. In the target's mind, Arashi has just died from their attack. However, now he can attack them freely without fear of retaliation.

Arashi also learned this technique while traveling abroad. Drawing together his knives, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Arashi 's target. ~Plasma Ball (Purazuma Booru) - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defense A technique that Arashi ‘reverse-engineered’ to work without the Geller Stone, Plasma Ball is a technique which uses the power of the Arashi’s chakra to form an electric barrier. Drawing his two knives together, Arashi will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Arashi's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target. ~Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision - 48 Character Use: Arashi Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Arashi also learned this technique while traveling abroad. Changing the chakra in his hand into an electricity, Arashi can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Arashi can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body. ~Thunder Saber (Sandaa Saaburu) - 12 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack A technique that Arashi ‘reverse-engineered’ to work without the Geller Stone, Thunder Saber is a technique which uses the power of Arashi’s chakra to harness lightning. Arashi will generate lightning in his hand and then strike his target causing an explosive impact. ~Tornado Lightning (Toruneedo Raitoningu) - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack A technique that Arashi ‘reverse-engineered’ to work without the Geller Stone, Tornado Lightning is a technique which uses the power of Arashi’s chakra to harness lightning. Using handseals, Arashi can generate lightning from his palms which he can whip around to destroy his surroundings.

Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique - 48 Viz Translation: Water Style • Giant Waterfall Character Use: Arashi Rank: A Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.
Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique - 12 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Yondaime Amekage Arashi which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique - 12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Doppelganger Character Use: Arashi Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water - 6 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack, Supplementary Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.
Mizu no Tatsumaki - Tornado of Water - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack, Defense Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall - 12 Character Use: Arashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defense Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique - 12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Prison Character Use: Arashi Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique - 24 Viz Translation: Water Style ~ Water Dragon Missile Character Use: Arashi Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suishouha - Water Collision Destruction - 24 Character Use: Arashi Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack, Supplementary Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at their target.
Taihoudan - Large Projectile - 12 Character Use: Arashi Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Suiton • Taihoudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Elements. Arashi will generate water in his mouth and spit it as a stream at his target.
Teppoudama - Bullet - 12 Character Use: Arashi Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Suiton • Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, Arashi manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.

SUMMON
Tepeyollotl Character Use: Ookami Arashi Element: - Rank: S Type: Summon CP: 100
 Arashi summons the Rainforest God, Tepeyollotl. Tepeyollotl is a massive jaguar, eight feet tall at the shoulder. Tepeyollotl was originally a god of thunder, his presence signalling the coming of the very worst of storms. His roar is deafening, shattering stone, glass, and everything else in the way. Every step the god takes is electrified, lightning chakra following him wherever he goes. Arashi has made a blood pact with him, and has the ability to summon him or his subordinates at will. However, Tepeyollotl cannot manifest his true form in the realm of the living. Because of this, his strength depends entirely upon the strength of his summoner. Tepeyollotl will have double the stats of whatever his summoner's are, and demands a human sacrifice. Whether this is a victim of the god or the summoner himself is irrelevant.
Cipactli Character Use: Ookami Arashi Element: - Rank: A Type: Summon CP: 50
 A vicious, feral beast. Half-Crocodile, half-fish, Cipactli is a demon of the earth, forever hungry, forever unable to satisfy her thousand mouths. Cipactli's armor is nigh-impenetrable, with double the strength and defense of her summoner. It is earth-natured, however. Though with the proper ritual anyone can summon her, only one who has a Blood Pact with Tepeyollotl can control her.
Ozomatli Character Use: Ookami Arashi Element: - Rank: B Type: Summon CP: 30
 A trickster god, and subordinate of Tepeyollotl. Ozomatli takes the form of a baboon, fighting alongside side his summoner with twice the speed his summoner possesses.
Jaguar Character Use: Ookami Arashi Element: - Rank: D Type: Summon CP: 5 Arashi summons an ordinary jaguar. He can summon as many of theses as he wants.

User name: Number X Loxagn Name: Tashi and Kashi Age: 28 Rank: Vice-Captains, Order of the Storm Village: Amegakure Personality: Tashi and Kashi have no surname, but have been Arashi’s followers from the very beginning, and they are his most trusted ninjas, apart from his wife. They are cold as a rule, and take their duties VERY seriously. One is almost never without the other, thus they are almost never called by name; they’re always ‘The Twins’. Technically, Tashi is the older brother by approximately five minutes, though neither Twin will acknowledge a question as to who is actually older. Blood line/clan: none Elemental chakra 1: Water Elemental chakra 2: Wind Image or/and description:   Tashi on the left, Kashi on the right Headband placement: sashes around waists Weapon: Identical white katanas Tatemaru and Ginsumaru, umbrellas Background info: Originally from Snow Country, they traveled with Arashi to almost all the villages, in particular they were fond of jutsus found in Hidden Mist and Leaf. They’re very fond of combining their jutsus, though Tashi tends to favor Taijutsu and the Gokken Ryu style, while Kashi favors Ninjutsu. Some of their favorite tactics are for Kashi to immobilize the opponent with Ninjutsu while Tashi takes them out with his Taijutsu. Generally speaking, this is the only way for anyone to tell them apart. Yukigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Snow Technique) Rank: C Element: Ice Type: Ninjutsu CP: 12 A secret technique known only to the Twins, Yukigakure no Jutsu causes it to immediately begin snowing, reducing temperature to 30 degrees Farenheit (just below freezing) and visibility to near zero, paving the way for more Snow Jutsus. It also reduces the cost of Ice jutsus by half, and reduces the power of water jutsus by half. (Other Snow jutsus are excluded from this.)
Tsurugi no Hyousousei (Swords of the Ice Twins) Rank: C Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu CP: 12 to activate, 1 per use Tashi and Kashi's katanas, Ginsumaru and Tatemaru, both have unique abilities that are activated through this jutsu. Ginsumaru can create long, extendable spears of ice from its hilt, which can simply be extended indefinitely or can be thrown. Tatemaru can create barriers made out of ice.

Buriza-do (Blizzard) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu CP: 40 This technique severely intensifies the snowfall, increasing the winds to create a blizzard. In addition, this lowers the air temperature to 0 degrees Farenheit. Foes who do not either retreat or find a way to ward off the cold will quickly be buried under the snow and freeze to death.
Reika (Sub-Zero) Rank: S Element: Wind/Ice Type: Ninjutsu CP: 80 (both Twins have to pay this and they have to use it at the same time for it to work.) The most powerful and terrifying of the Twins' Jutsus, this jutsu lowers the temperature even further to levels far below zero (if the area was originally very warm the temperature may only be 10 or so degrees below, but in a place like Leaf or Mist... You don't even want to think about what would happen if they used this in Snow Country.), kicking the winds up to hurricane-force. This unbelievable chill will reduce the speed of all opponents by 1/2, unless they are immune to the cold somehow (for example, Etsuko of Akatsuki would not be affected), and unless they have some way to fight it off they will freeze to death within ten posts. Because they were raised in this terrifying environment, the Twins are perfectly at home in this kind of terrifying weather, vastly increasing their individual strengths. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. Feeding their chakra into their katanas, The Twins will extend the length of their blades. An extra extension of invisible chakra will create a sharp edge that functions like the normal blade itself. Seeing their swords their opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike. Even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade, the chakra portion may cut into them as well.

Tashi first uses Mizu Bunshin to create several clones. These clones and Tashi launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, laying their heels into the target's shoulders and head. ~Bunshin Taiatari - Clone Ramming Suicide Attack Character Use: Tashi Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Bunshin Taiatari is a taijutsu technique used by Uzumaki Naruto against Gaara in his mini-Shukaku form. Naruto first used Kage Bunshin to create several clones. These clones launched themselves at Gaara. When Gaara's large sand arm went to grab the clones, another clone then landed on this hand and launched the following real Naruto at Gaara. This fast speed allowed Naruto to get in closer to Gaara. While flying towards Gaara, the Sand ninja used his other arm to grab at Naruto. The real Naruto formed another Bunshin to take the hit, while he maneuvered away into position behind Gaara. While at an elevated position, Tashi will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking himself to their back, he will lock his ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Using his quickness and agility, Tashi with do a swift upwards kick at his opponent or at a weapon his opponent his wielding. ~Omote Renge - Front Lotus - 24 Character Use: Tashi Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Omote Renge is a Taijutsu techinque which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Tashi's case, he is able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Tashi first unties the sash around his waist. With a kick dash he is suddenly below his target, a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. Tashi then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. He then wraps his arms and the sash around his opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, Tashi begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment Tashi himself releases the sash and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on Tashi's body as well. ~Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Character Use: Tashi Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique learned by Tashi while traveling abroad. Tashi first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Tashi will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, Tashi will deftly rotate his body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. ~Tsuuten Kyaku - Bruising Sky Leg - 12 Character Use: Tashi Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Tsuuten Kyaku is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Sannin Tsunade, which Tashi learned while abroad. Though nowhere near as powerful as Tsunade’s version of the attack, Tashi can still cause massive damage. ~Ura Renge - Reverse Lotus - 48 Character Use: Tashi Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Ura Renge is a Taijutsu techinque which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. To complete the technique, Tashi has to open the first five of the Celestial Gates. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Tashi's case, he is able to increase his speed and power. By opening the second gate, the Heal Gate, Tashi is able to temporarily increase his stamina. With the opening of the Third Gate, the Life Gate, Tashi's body turns a shade of red and he is able to perform the Ura Renge. When Tashi performed the technique though, he also opened the fourth gate, the Harm Gate, and the fifth gate, the Limit Gate. Opening the gates removes the limiters placed on the body, and by opening these gates Tashi was given a great increase in power in speed. The technique was forbidden though because as each subsquent gate is opened, the body faces more and more strain. When Tashi opens the fifth gate, his muscles begin to snap. To utilize the Ura Renge, Tashi will open the first three Celestial Gates. Then, like Omote Renge, he quickly moves beneath the target and kicks them upwards. While in the air Tashi will then pummel his opponent throughout the air with high speed Taijutsu attacks to weaken them. Then at the apex of his attack he will strike his opponent in the chest towards the ground. Tashi then moves in close to his opponent and attaches his sash. Lee will then allow his opponent to get some distance, he then pulls his target back to his body and does a hard downward palm strike to their chest causing them to crash into the ground with massive damage.
Jutsus – Kashi Though he is the younger and weaker twin, Kashi can hold his own in battle through formidable Water, Wind, and even Ice jutsus.

After forming the needed handseals, Tashi will expel freezing water from his gullet. This will then expand and crystallize into a large volume of snow, allowing him to use his Hyouton Jutsus more easily. ~ Ofuda Binding Seal Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Element: - CP: 20 The user writes the kanji for ‘seal’ on an ofuda, then places it on the ground, pressing their index and middle fingers on it. Once this is done, the ofuda will extend like a snake and wrap around the opponent, immobilizing them. The user has to remain connected to the ofuda, or else the seal will break. In Kashi’s case, his sash has the necessary kanji written on it, and can act as an ofuda. ~Goshokuzame - Five Sharks Eating - 48 Character Use: Kashi Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Suiton • Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. ~Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique -12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Prison Character Use: Kashi Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Doku Shouhi (Toxin Consumption) Character Use: Chokushi Sansai Element: Water Rank: C Type: Demon CP: 15 Range: Close This jutsu will allow Sansai to consume any poison and combine it with his chakra, thus synthesizing an antidote to the poison within him, and if the toxin has infected another person, for the next 10 posts he can inject the antidote into another person. The only poisons he cannot do this with are poisons that are chakra-borne, or those created by the Yonbi. (It has to be a physical poison) Also, because this jutsu is technically always active, he does not have to worry about eating spiled or rotten food unless it has been poisoned already, in which case he has to introduce the chakra to it. Once Sansai is removed from the dangerous situation, the copy will explode in a blinding flash, temporarily stunning his opponent for one post.
Ninpou: Hebiyukashii no Waza (Ninja Art: Art of the Snake Charmer) Character: Sansai Element: Demon Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu CP: 20 A technique that is based upon Sansai's close connection to reptiles and particularly snakes, Sansai will use this technique to summon any kind of snake, and in numbers that will progressively grow as Sansai becomes stronger. (For example, at his current level he would be able to summon a maximum of three to ten snakes depending on their size, but at an ANBU level he could potentially summon hundreds.) Also using this technique he could force any snake in his presence to obey his orders.
Ninpou: Waza no Garagarahebi (Ninja Art: Art of the Rattlesnake) Character Use: Sansai Element: - Rank: - Type: Demon CP: 10, +1 per post Sansai uses his connection to snakes to create a unique air vibration that will at first appear to simply be a dull rattling sound. However, this airwave's power lies in the vibrations themselves, not in the sound. The vibration will directly affect the brains of all targets within a 20-foot radius, creating a feeling of intense drowsiness, making them think and move much more slowly. Ninpou: Hebi no Sesshoku (Ninja Art: Feeding Serpent) Character Use: Sansai Element: - Rank: - Type: Demon CP: +5 per strike that draws blood, +50 for a piece of consumed flesh Special: 1/2 of opponent's stats are permanently added to Sansai's for a consumed heart. Either through his own fangs, or through his Seinei Jashu, by drawing blood from an opponent and consuming it, Sansai can absorb the ambient chakra within the bloodstream, adding it to his own. Should the opponent be unfortunate enough to have a piece of their body ripped off and consumed, he can also absorb chakra from that. Note that actual fangs must be involved, simply slashing and then licking the aftermath won't work.
Seitan no Chihebi (Birth of a Thousand Serpents) Character Use: Sansai Element: - Rank: - Type: Demon (2nd Tail Release Required) CP: 50 Once the 2nd tail has been released, Sansai very quickly begins to lose control to the murderous personality of the Hachibi, collecting massive amounts of Demon Chakra and blood into his stomach. A post later, he will fire the chakra in a wide beam which will then separate into thousands of smaller beams, all firing in the same direction. Though it takes longer to charge, the raw destructive power of this jutsu is on par with the Kyuubi's Chakra Blast. Special: Boosts Sansai's NP during use by 50 multiplied by the number of tails released minus 1. (two tails would be +50, 3 tails would be +100, etc.)
Demon Arts: Hell's Rain Character Use: Sansai Rank: B Type: Demon CP: +50% CP cost to each jutsu used. Further manipulating his demonic chakra, Sansai can introduce his toxins into any Suiton jutsu he knows. In short, instead of water being produced, it is a concentrated version of his poison.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique - 6 Character Use: Sansai Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
WATER JUTSUS
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique - 12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Doppelganger Character Use: Momochi Zabuza, Hatake Kakashi, Hoshigaki Kisame, Oboro Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Amegakure no Jutsu (Hidden Rain Technique) Rank: C Element: Water/Lightning Type: Ninjutsu CP: 12 A secret technique known only to the Amekage and those he teaches the jutsu to, Amegakure no Jutsu causes it to immediately begin pouring rain, reducing visibility to near zero and paving the way for more Storm Jutsus. It also reduces the cost of water/lightning jutsus by half, and reduces the power of fire/earth jutsus by half. (Other storm jutsus are excluded from this.)
Suihebi Tsuuga (Water Serpent Piercing Fang) Character Use: Chokushi Sansai Element: Water Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu CP: 10 +1 to repair Range: Mid Sansai creates a large snake out of the water that will rush and attack his opponents. As the end of the snake's 'tail' surrounds his fist, he can control it very quickly, and can repair it by simply gathering more water.
Suiton - Suimyaku Inmetsu :: Water Style - Water Pulse Destruction (Level 1) Character Use: Chokushi Sansai Element: Water Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu/Support CP: 5 Range: Close Sansai will form the Ox-Dragon-Snake hand sequence, then press his hand to the surface of any water source. From this focal point, an omnidirectional shockwave will burst outwards from him, destabilizing any opponents on the surface of the water. Only effective within ten feet.
Suiton - Suimyaku Inmetsu :: Water Style - Water Pulse Destruction (Level 2) Character Use: Chokushi Sansai Element: Water Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu/Support CP: 12 Range: Close/Mid Sansai will form the Ox-Dragon-Snake hand sequence, then press his hand to the surface of any water source. From this focal point, a much larger shockwave will burst outwards from him, the vibrations from this wave reacting the the lower density of the human body and causing any opponents within 10 feet to be overcome with severe nausea and immediately be forced to projectile vomit. Any opponents within 20 feet will be knocked to the ground as well.
Suiton: Suimyaku Inmetsu (Water Style: Water Pulse Destruction, Level Three) Character Use: Sansai Element: Water Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu CP: 40 The third form of the Suimyaku Inmetsu, this jutsu in actuality has two forms. The first creates a much more powerful shockwave than before, such that opponents within sixty feet will be knocked down, those within thirty will suffer sudden, severe nause and likely projectile vomit, within twenty feet will experience total loss of equilibrium and be unable to move for the next post, while those unfortunate enough to be within ten feet of the 'epicenter' will suffer all of these effects as well as mild internal bleeding. The second, and much more deadly form requires physical contact to be made with the opponent's body. Because the body is around 70% water, this form is able to use the body as a medium for the shockwave. Depending on where a strike hits, it can be anywhere from crippling to fatal. For example, if a successful strike (flat palm-to-skin (or clothes) for at least half a second while the jutsu activates) is landed on a limb or other extremity, the shockwave would rip apart the internal muscles and if the target had very low muscle/fat concentrations in their body it is conceivable that the shockwave could shatter the bones in the limb. A strike on the torso, depending where, could result in massive damage to the organs, or if a strike to the lungs was acheived could cause the shockwave to resonate within the lungs repeatedly (as lungs are far less dense than water), causing incredible damage and massive internal bleeding. A blow to the heart could easily cause cardiac arrest. However, a blow to the forehead could completely liquefy the brain, killing the target instantly. A glancing blow, however, would result in perhaps a bad bruise and a lot of wasted chakra, a serious headache resulting from a glancing blow to the head.
Suiton: Mizu Enchou no Jutsu (Water Style: Water Dome Technique) Character Use: Sansai Element: Water Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu CP: 10, +1 per post Creates a dome of water around the target area with approximately a 20-foot radius. Note that this is different from the Water Prison in that the interior is not filled with water, leaving it hollow. However, the water at the sides moves upwards constantly until it reaches the top, at which point a column of water moves downward to pool on the floor, said water moving outwards towards the wall. The wall is regulated by the user's chakra, meaning that it is in fact a barrier of sorts that relies on the user's np as its strength. It can be held up without the user having to actively concentrate on it, so they can move on to do other things as long as they pay the chakra cost to keep it active. Of course, a strong earth jutsu could easily rip a hole through the barrier.
Jouro Senbon - Sprinkling Needles - 5 Character Use: Sigure, Aoi Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Jouro Senbon is a Ninjutsu technique that is utilized by Rain ninjas. After hurling their umbrellas into the air, they will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.

Koozui Hai(Flooding lungs) Element: Water Type:Ninjutsu Rank: S CP: 80 Effect: Assuming there is an extoridnary amount of moister in the air due to rain or something Jin can focus the water down his opponents throat filling their lung and preventing their breathing. This takes a great deal of concentration and if broken will stop the technique.
Nettou (Boiling Water) Rank: B Element: Water/Fire Type: Ninjutsu CP: 20 A secret technique known only to Jin, by pressing his hand to any body of water he can raise its temperature to far above the boiling point. Not only does this generate large amounts of steam, but this water can easily be used in his jutsus, causing severe damage.
Gouka (Flood Devastation) Rank: A Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu CP: 40 A secret technique known only to the Amekage and those he teaches the jutsu to, this jutsu requires the presence of a nearby storm. Arashi causes the rain to intensify massively, creating a flash flood in mere seconds to wipe his opponents off the map. This can also be used in conjunction with Nettou.
Tsunami (Tidal Wave. Duh.) Rank: A Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu CP: 50 Jin’s own unique Ninjutsu, he gathers large amounts of chakra into his palm, then slashes it at the water at his feet. Doing this, he can create a massive wall of water that rushes his opponent, utterly devastating him along with the surrounding area.
Mizubashira (Waterspout) Rank: S Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu CP: 80 + 10 per extra waterspout Jin’s most powerful jutsu, he can cause water to rise up into the air in many places, swirling as it does so. Using this technique, he can create three tornadoes of rapidly spinning water, which can destroy quite easily most things that get in their way. Name: Kisei Character Use: Chi Kekkonii Element: N/A Rank: D Type: Kekkei Genkai - Kuchiyose CP: 6, 1 per Kisei Effect: Chi will have the summoning seal imprinted on his hands and all he has to do is touch the person and pay the chakra cost and they will insert tiny parasites into the opponent. These parasites attack both red and white blood cells, their ultimate goal being the heart. They drain the opponent of one CP per post and only live for five posts. However, if they reach the heart, they can do extensive damage, if there are many of them.

~Konan’s Paper Shuriken Technique – 1 per shuriken Character Use: Konan Rank: Unknown Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Kami Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her high origami skills, Konan will form her paper into bird-like shapes. After throwing these at the target, they can fly through the air and cut through the victim. When she was younger, Konan required the use of a Fuuton technique to add "punch" to the thrown shuriken. After she advanced her skills, she appears to be able to launch them with enough deadly force by herself.
~Kami Bunshin no Jutsu – Paper Clone Technique – 12 Character Use: Konan Rank: Unknown Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Kami Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her high origami skills, she will create a clone made from paper that when defeated bursts into thousands of sheets of paper.
~Konan’s Unnamed Paper Transformation - 24 Character Use: Konan Rank: Unknown Range: Self Type: Supplementary The Akatsuki member Konan is able to perform various and unique origami Ninjutsu. This specific ninjutsu allows her to transform her own body into paper. Once done, she can produce countless sheets of paper. These sheets can be controlled individually by her will and formed into various shapes for an immense variety of purposes, such as butterflies for scouting, spears for attack, or darts with which to pummel opponents. Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique - 6 Character Use: Kagari, Mubi, Oboro Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique - 10 Character Use: Hagane Kotetsu Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique - 6 Character Use: Hatake Kakashi Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

Arts of the Pacifist: Fluid Movement Jutsu Character: Yuro Utami Element:- Rank:- Type: Taijutsu CP: 5 to activate By expanding the chakra in his muscles, Yuro allows himself to move with extreme precision, giving him the ability to dodge or redirect the momentum of most physical attacks. Arts of the Pacifist: Light Refracting Through Water Character: Yuro Utami Element: - Rank: B Type: Taijutsu CP: 20 to activate (or 15 if Fluid Movement has already been activated) By further lowering the density of his muscles, Yuro’s body becomes like a sponge for chakra. When hit by a chakra-based attack Yuro can absorb a portion of the chakra and redirect the attack (in a weakened form) at a different target. If the attack is greater than Yuro can handle he can redirect part of it to limit the damage he takes. He can absorb up to three times his chakra in one day before suffering damage to his nervous system and organs. (When he is hit by a chakra based attack Yuro can absorb ¼ (rounded down to nearest point) of the CP and add them to his own as long as the attack costs less than three times the total of his NP and Def. If the attack costs more then he can spend ¼ (rounded up) of the attack’s CP cost to refract most of the chakra away from him and take less damage.) Note: This causes minor damage to Yuro's nervous system every time he uses it.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique - 12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Doppelganger Character Use: Momochi Zabuza, Hatake Kakashi, Hoshigaki Kisame, Oboro Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall - 12 Character Use: Second Hokage Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defense Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique - 12 Viz Translation: Art of the Water Prison Character Use: Momochi Zabuza, Hoshigaki Kisame Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Teppoudama - Bullet - 10 Character Use: Gamabunta Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Suiton • Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, Gamabunta manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.
Hundred Point Water Web Jutsu Character: Yuro Utami Element: Water Rank: C Type: Supplementary CP: 20 Yuro tosses one hundred tiny senbon needles across the battle field then does the necessary hand signs to activate them, causing each needle to be interconnected by threads of water condensed from the water in the air with the strength of standard steel wire.
F*ck You Jutsu Character: Eventually Yuro Utami Element: Water Rank: Beyond S Type: Attack CP: All (at least 30) In the event of his impending death Yuro will do a string of hand signs focusing all of his chakra into a single unblockable jet of high pressure water from his mouth capable of cutting through 4 inch thick carbon steel plate. When the attack reaches its target Yuro will give the final hand sign, releasing all the chakra and creating a pulse of kinetic energy capable of crushing bones and imploding organs inside any person within a 20 meter radius. As this attack will be made at a time when Yuro should be dead, there is a chance of it catching his opponent off guard. Through decades of training, Uryu was able to train his right eye to have a MUCH longer range of vision than even the most well-trained ninja. Working in tandem with his trained birds, he can locate a foe and track them anywhere. This tracking process may take hours before Uryu is satisfied that there is a 100% chance of him hitting his target, but he can still track them from anywhere within three miles by searching for his parrot. Once he has a clear shot, he takes it. By focusing a large amount of chakra into his crossbow bolt, it gains speed and penetrative power beyond anything imaginable. Because of this introduction of chakra the bolt flies absolutely silently as well. Because of the massive amount of training required to acheive this sort of jutsu, it cannot be copied by anyone, even someone with a sharingan. Ninpou: Shikou Kamereon no Waza (Ninja Art: Supreme Art of the Chameleon) Element: - Rank: S Type: Bloodline CP: 50 per post Because Uryu was the inventor of Itami's oh-so-famous technique, he actually possesses a much more powerful version. Using this technique, he can actually integrate his chakra with the surrounding flora while at the same time lowering his body temperature to match it and replicating its outward appearance. In this manner, he is able to remain completely invisible to all forms of detection, even the Byakugan. Like the Mile-Long Shot, this requires such a fine amount of chakra control, that noone can copy it without DECADES of personal, one-on-one training.

Rein in what most called insanity came up with the blue-prints for the device after seeing how most prisoners were bound and transported to the prisons. Ase Dangan (Sweat Bullets) Rank: C Element: Water CP Cost: 20 Description: This technique utilizes the abnormality within the clan where the user uses their own sweat to sling at their opponents. Due to the bullet being made of their sweat the user will swing their arm towards their opponent turning their body into a sling sending the sweat at high speeds. By adding chakra to their sweat they increase the density of the water so that when it is in motion it is stronger than lead.
Ase no Jisei Character Use: Myaku clan - Rain Rank: C CP: 2 Type: Bloodline Description: Ase no Jisei (Sweat Control) is often considered an advance technique within the clan. The clan member will use their chakra to alter the liquid that their body perspires. This can range from something they had drank to their blood itself if they choose too. This does take time and extreme concentration to perform though. (2 post delay includes post of activiation, Normally last 1 post although may vary depending on the source.)
Ase Henka (sake) Character Use: Rien Myaku - Rain Rank: C CP: 5 Type: Bloodline Description: This is basically the Ase no Jisei the difference is that buy drinking a gourd of sake he is capable to actually perspire it out through his body. He has practice this technique that he can even limit to what part of his body he would wants the sake to emit from. (1post per gourd)
Ase Henka (Acid) Character Use: Rein Myaku - Rain Rank: C CP: 10 per posted effect Type: Bloodline Description: This is another Variant of the Ase no Jisei where the user uses their own stomach acid instead of their normal sweat. Due to it being stomach acid the user can't use this for a prolong period of time otherwise the acid will begin to eataway at themselves.(2 post then its CP used-DEF each post) Despite this draw back the user can use the acid just like he can use his normal sweat to aid him in battle.
Ase no Nebaru Character Use: Rein Myaku - Rain Rank: C CP: 10 per posted effect Type: Bloodline Description: Yet another variant of the Ase no Jisei where the user will use his own gland fluids to make his body sticky rather than sweat. This causes an obvious problem of making objects and such stick to his body yet he can also pass this on to other objects by layering them with his chakra. There is a delay before the object is adhesived to Rein yet this does not apply to objects sense there is no constant fluid being applied so it will dry almost instantaneously. (makes objects stick to rein and will be glued to him after 1 post. Also if applied to objects the fluid dries quickly so what ever is connected too it right after application is glued to it.)
Taijutsus: Okuremasu no Mokukegisha Character use: Rein Myaku - Rain Element: N/A Rank: C Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu CP: 10 cp per post Effect: Rein took the phrase "The hand is quicker than the eye" too literally and actually created a technique to prove it. He will release chakra into his legs in small burst allowing him to momentarily increase his speed greatly and create a blurry after image of himself. When he stops and moves suddenly and then moves back to his place of origin it will appear he did not move at all yet a blur of his general color will be proof of his movements. Due to the sudden movement Rein actually is unable to see the details of his opponent and can only see a general figure of them making it hard for him to tell the difference between simple bunshin and transformations. Although by doing this he is able to escape doujutsus and other genjutsu users who rely on sight to trap their opponents. (Evades genjutsu if SPD is higher than INT)
Yamaarashi Renda Character Use: Rein Myaku - Rain Rank: C CP: 20 Range: Short to Long Requirements:Ase no Nebaru Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Description: Rein disliking the use of senbon and kunai along with most ninja range weapons decided to turn his gourds into weapons themselves. First he will pull of one gourd and pour chakra in it delaying the release of his fire seal and most commonly set it aside somewhere. He will then start to pull of his gourds his hands covering them in a layer of his sweat and chakra causing them to stick to what ever they make contact too, then throw them at his target. After he feels he's thrown enough he send the first gourd into the others where the gourd will eventually explode causing a chain reaction with the other gourds turning the target into a time bomb. (Avoid must be SPD must be higher than user's STR and SPD)
Ryuuseiu Character Use: Rein Myaku - Rain Rank: C CP: 25 Rang: Short to Mid Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Description: This is a variant of the Yamaarashi Renda where Rein will use one of his larger gourds as a timer and then toss it into the air. He will then strike his opponent several times with gourds in hand both hurting his opponent and causing the gourds to stick to his opponent. After which he will disappear and reappear in the air with the large gourd he tossed in the air. He will strike the gourd causing it to fly at his opponent at intense speed. If the gourd hits his opponent it automatically detenates on impact creating a even fiercer explosion than the Yamaarashi Renda. (To avoid SPD must be higher STR and SPD)

The Blade can be summoned by reciting an ancient incantation or, in the presence of demonic chakra, the Blade will drain chakra from the surrounding area and summon itself. Formed from pure chakra, the Blade is unbreakable and can cut through anything short of the chakra of another, more powerful person. Being a ‘blessed’ weapon, it can ignore the protective chakra cloak of a demon, no matter the strength; though if the demon blocks the attack with something physical, the strike can still be blocked. When hit by a chakra-based attack they can absorb a portion of the chakra and redirect the attack (in a weakened form) at a different target. If the attack is greater than they can handle they can redirect part of it to limit the damage they take. They can absorb up to three times their chakra in one day before suffering damage to their nervous system and organs. (When they are hit by a chakra based attack they can absorb ¼ (rounded down to nearest point) of the CP and add it to their own as long as the attack costs less than three times the total of their NP and Def. If the attack costs more then they can spend ¼ (rounded up) of the attack’s CP cost to refract most of the chakra away from them and take less damage.) In actuality, it causes the object to release all of its electrons instantly, leaving a highly positive mass of atoms that are not bound to each other anymore, so, they repel each other quite rapidly. Using this jutsu is dangerous for Kuro because there is quite a risk for bodily harm standing next to explosions. Does not work on people for some reason.

With the light reflecting the diamond, the sowrd looks nearly invisible. FOr one post the swords will look like it disappeared. On the next post the blades will reappear and will strike the opponet whereever Fujin chooses thanks to his chains. (The chains will be the ONLY thing visible during this move. Jutsu name: Ghost of the Phoenix Element: None Rank: B Type: Summoning CP: 50 Effect: Summons a ghostly, nearly transparent phoenix. The phoenix has an attack called ghostly flame which can't be stopped by another jutsus and can't be blocked by a shield. The Phoenix can neither be attacked physically but with a powerful jutsu is can be destroyed. Yet like a phoenix it will resurrect after 3 posts. Jutsu name: Wind Instantaneous Body Escape Element: Wind Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu CP: 3 Effect: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a gust of wind. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used in the same post if the shinobi has attacked or defended. Jutsu name: Armor of Wind Element: Wind Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu CP: 25 Effect: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armor for the user. The wind armor lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armor and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armor. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armor, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. Any jutsu is useless against the armor, but if a fire one is used against the armor it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an fire jutsu is used against the armor is dispelled. Name: Wind Hands Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Element: Wind Chakra: 25 & 10 afterwards Effect: The User performs the necessary hand sign while focusing his wind chakra around his arms taking the form of them. The User will then outstretch the wind chakra to any reach he wants controlling it like it was his own actual hands and arms. The jutsu is active for 5 posts unless the user adds additional chakra. The user concentrates more chakra into the jutsu allowing the wind to form another hand out of the arm of the jutsu. This allows the user to have as many hands as he/she desires. This will leave a small, hard to see extra layer on his skin. At that moment, All the wind surrounding him will begin to slice in a 5 meter radius. This wind is sharp enough to slice anything sent to it other then chakra. The only chakra element which it can best is Earth. If anyone or thing is touched by the winds, that body part or object will be sliced immediately. Because of the wind layer around Fujin, His skin is unaffected by the jutsu. Connecting them all with a string of his own chakra. When complete, Fujin will focus the cutting wind being made into the center of the shape formed with the twisters. Jutsu Name: Lightning Pulse Element: Raiton Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Chakra: 50 Effect: Fujin focuses the lightning chakra in his palm. He then rushes to his opponent and thrusts his open palm to their body. If the strike hits the area of the heart then the current of the electricity will stop the heart and kill the opponent. If it were to make contact with another body part it would just send a current through the body part disabling it. Also, if it were to make contact with water the current would flow with the water current and be able to electrify the opponent. (example is if someone were to send out water from their mouth, the electricity would follow the water current all the way to the opponents mouth and go inside the body.) Name: Avada Kedavra Character Use: Fujin Element: Lightning Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu CP: 100 Effect: By using Fujin's lightning nature chakra and his flesh eating poison within himself, Fujin is able to produce a emerald color lightning strike. When made contact to the opponent, the lightning will travel through the opponent's entire body not only stunning him but eating away at everything from within and from without.((SPD=x2 of NP)) Shinto no Tekken - Suzaku no Waza (Four Gods Fist - Arts of the Red Phoenix) Rank: A/S Type: Taijutsu Branch Style CP: 40/0 A branch of the Four Gods Fist style developed by Masashi Hikotsu, Suzaku no Waza focuses Chakra to enhance the senses of touch, sight and smell, and hearing to superhuman levels. This will allow the user to learn things about their opponents that would never be possible otherwise. A master of the technique would not need chakra to do this, and could sense their opponent's movements based solely ON air movements alone. This also greatly improves accuracy. However and it does have a side effect; Use of this technique will leave the senses temporarily dulled. Special Jounin: INT/TP +50 Jounin: +60 Elite Jounin/Medic/Hunter-nin: +80 ANBU: + 100 Suzaku - Shishou no Kuchibashi (Stabbing Beak) Type: Taijutsu Rank: C The most basic technique of the Suzaku branch. The user uses their senses to strike an opponent's pressure points and which produce different effects. Note that this is different from the Chakra Points. Suzaku - Tsumetetsu (Iron Talon) Type: Taijutsu Rank: B CP: 10 The second-level technique of Suzaku. The user focuses chakra into their fingertips and forming a long 'needle' of chakra to do massive damage to the pressure points. Suzaku - Fenikkusu Sutoraiku (Seven-Tailed Phoenix Strike) Type: Taijutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: S CP: 10 per strike and 70 total The top-level Suzaku technique. The user forms their chakra into their hands and then strikes seven points in this order: Solar Plexus to stun, Kidneys to injure, Sternum to shatter the breastplate, Brachial Plexi to dislocate the arms, Trachea to cut off breathing, Suprasternal Notch to mortally wound and finally the Heart to kill. By themselves any one of these strikes would prove to be critically injuring, but should all seven hits land and the victim will die without fail. Naturally, this is classified as an S-Rank forbidden jutsu. Name:Origin of Chakra Effect: A chakra is a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disk.There are six of these wheels stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead. And the seventh which is beyond the physical region. To use this technique to it's full potential their is one requirement. The user must have died and been reborn to be able to use the power at it's highest ability. All shinobi may learn any form of chakra style, excluding the sahasrara chakra style, but the limit is 3 styles. Also, those who are only qualified to learn 3 styles must also learn them from a master of the the technique. Name: Melchsee's Door Character Use: Fujin-Rain Element: None Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu CP: 200 Range: Will stay within area unless targeted person leaves. It will then follow until it reaches its target. Requires: Basic Knowledge of Chakra Styles Effect: Melchsee's Door. It attacks in response to any chakra it's vicinity, devouring every last bit of it. It eradicates everything without a trace, completely irrespective of the user's wishes. Almost as if this power was programmed to seek-and-destroy all chakra. It is said that the power is the demon within all people. "A demon called 'Melchsee' hides deep within my mind...He spurs me on with an urge to destroy!" This attack, found by Fujin using knowledge from the Mitsude library and chakra styles, is a black orb which can and will destroy all with chakra. The orb can branch off, attack in many different directions at once. Once Fujin put's it towards a target, it will follow the target using it's chakra until it destroys him/her. Afterwards however, the orb will attack everything else with chakra making sure there is nothing left. Fujin will have a 1/4 of a chance to control it but if he is unable to, the next victim could be anyone. ((Note: In order to control this technique at all without any permanent damage to the mind, ones INT would need to be at least 200)) Name: Burst Stream Character Use: Fujin-Rain Element: None Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu-Supplementary CP: 30- 5cp for every other post Effect: Burst Stream, or program. A way to soften the aftershock from powerful chakra techniques. Letting out your chakra into the surrounding atmosphere, circulating it between inside and outside your body. By circulating his chakra around him, Fujin will be able to lessen the drain and strain of all jutsus he uses. This jutsu came about to control and use the Melchsee's Door without harming his loved ones. A downside to this move however is the person, jounin and lower, must be still when performing a jutsu for the burst stream to take effect. Any higher rank will be able to move freely without loss of speed. ((This jutsu provides multiple actions. First, it decreases the cost of any jutsus performed by half. Second, this will also allow him to perform any tiring jutsus freely with no price)) Name: Melchsee's Door - Shooting Star Character Use: Fujin-Rain Element: None Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu CP: 100 Range: Village Wide until it finds its target Requires: Burst Stream & Melchsee's Door Effect: A new version of the Melchsee's Door using Burst Stream. The original Melchsee's Door was practically a bomb which had put friend and foe alike in danger. This version, however, has three programs which it follows. Turning it into a arrow of death in the shape of a shooting star. The first program: Fly straight ahead at full speed. The second program: Once locked onto target begin chakra homing.
