Hidden Cloud is one of the more powerful ninja villages in the world, allowing its leader to be called a "Kage." As such it is one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Approximately 9 years before the start of the series, Hidden Cloud and Leaf were locked in war. The two countries decided to sign a peace treaty to end the conflict. Unfortunately Hidden Cloud used the treaty signing as a means to gain access to Leaf and then kidnap Hyuuga Hinata and get the Byakugan.

Unlike other villages, Cloud has a "Justice System". If the any ninja, whether he/she comes from this village or not will be placed in the Torture/Interrigation Center until conflict is reason or a deal is made. Do not be mistaken. Anything can happen going from a broken limb to death. Don't take this lightly((but seriously guys. If you want to be like naruto and paint over the village im not going to kill you for that. Probably laugh)). Here are rules to follow.

-Don't enter Raikage office with ill intentions.
-Don't try to steal/study secrets of bloodline techniques.
-No Mischief in Hospital.
-No spying what-so-ever. On this matter. If one is found spying for another village, he/she will immediatly be taken by ANBU to the Center.

I have now put up a total of 6 pre-set/pre-made characters. They are first come first serve. There are a few rules though:

~ Sorry crew but I want these for the actual members.
~ You can only have one of them. You can have as many characters as you want but when it comes to the pre-made characters, you can only have one of them.
~Even though they are first come first serve. I will have to check if you are capable of handling this character before I let you have them.
