There are four categories, but you guys only control three of them. One is ours specifically.
Category 1: Roleplays we Suggest!
Advertise your Roleplay on the guild Newsletter! Tell everyone what it's about and how much you want it to be joined. Here's the format you need to fill out and PM Flamewing Captain with: (PMing them will help us not lose them 'cause each new newsletter we're gonna clear this place of replies so we can get new suggestions and thoughts)
Subject: Hot Roleplays, February 2008 (This way we know the month you sent it--save a file for yourself just in case! That way you never lose it.)
Button: We need a button--if you can't make a button, tell us that here and URL us to a picture you'd like to see on your button. It MUST be 180px width by 50px height, and if it has any blank background, we'd prefer if it was a gif and you could see through it. http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/6863/eyeofthestormvi1.gif <-- an example
URL: We need the url to your roleplay. Just copy it out of your navigation bar while you're on your Roleplay. Link doesn't work? We can't do anything with it.
Status: Closed (these aren't needing to be advertised, guys, so they will go to the bottom of the list), Need Members (top of the list! You're new and shiny!), Nearly Closed (Middle. You're almost finished recruiting but you need more people! We'll help you find them!)
Genre: Fantasy, sci-fi, war, horror.. what would you call it?
Brief description: One paragraph of text telling everyone about your RP. Make it an ad! Make people want to join! Be a commercialist!
