Tonight I'm going to send people notices, people who've never posted, people who have battles waiting for them, people who have had their campgrounds unlocked, etc.
Tomorrow we might be implementing a couple of goodies that people should enjoy, I think. Also we'll be inviting a ton of people to the guild so if you'd like to invite a few friends I suggest you post their names on this board so I can invite them for you. *hint hint*

Are you going to do that by hand, or use the automated message system?
(For the sake of your sanity, use the automated system as much as you can. Or try not to do it all in one stretch.)

I should be able to get a good bit of it done when I finally kick myself in the butt a few times to do it.
Automated Message?! I WISH guilds had automated messages!

Hm, some people thought I was using an Automated Messaging system of some kind when I poked everybody.
(If I had done so, some of those PMs wouldn't have been lacking links. Piece of advice: Don't switch computers in the middle of it all.)
There should be one. You could write stuff, choose what people to send it to (Say, checkmark "Crew" to send it to your Crew), click "Send" and off it would go, to the right people. (Preferrably within 7 hours.)
If you want a more elaborate system, you could be able to create your own category (like, Referees) by adding people to a list, saving it and checkmarking next time you need it.
(^ Now that would be AWESOME! Also, the Captain should be allowed to grant a Crewmember access to it so they don't have to work so hard while the Captain is MIA.)

Gulds have been hounding Gaia forever to get an automated guild messaging system and gaia just goes "OH YAH! We r totaly werking on it itl b dun nxt yer with gild hals and stuff! LOLZ!"
