1. NO GODMODING.
Believe me here, this guild only exists because the guild we have splintered from had corrupt management that abused their power and godmoded like nothing else on earth.

2. Don't go destroying towns without permission. This goes for EVERYONE, Akatsuki included.

3. Don't go randomly killing characters without permission. It's generally considered bad form to kill off another character without permission. There are exceptions to this.
a. If the character attacks you first with intent to kill or cause serious harm, you are completely justified in killing them.
b. If the character is a Missing-Nin from YOUR village or is a member of Akatsuki, feel free.
c. If they are in a place they shouldn't be (i.e. if some random genin strolls into the Akatsuki City, or into a Kage's Office), they can be killed on the spot.

4. Obey the ToS.

5. Romance, yaoi and yuri are allowed if that floats your boat. However, nothing graphic. If you feel your characters must do the horizontal hello, then kindly take the 'action' elsewhere. Use a 'fade to black' if you must.
In short, no cybering.

6. There will be no characters from the Naruto manga. The exception to this rule is of course Orochimaru and Kabuto.

7. Unless you are a) teleporting or b) flying, you MUST use the road system to get from one place to the other.

8. No multi-playing. This means you don't play the same character in two places at once.
a. There are exceptions. Obviously, if you are participating in an event that occurs outside of the plotline, you can post elsewhere.

9. No relations to canon characters EXCEPT for clan relations.

10. Listen to the crew. We're here to help.

11. Try to be civil towards each other. Don't start slinging curse words around, don't call names, all that good stuff.

12. Please for the love of all that is holy type out your sentences. Typos are perfectly understandable, but so help me if I catch someone rping in chatspeak (unless for some ungodly reason your character actually SPEAKS that rubbish) I will come down on them like the hand of god.

13. Obey the stat system.

14. Use spell check. Little irritates me more than having to read 'I stba yoru neck with ym knuai'. It's damn near impossible to read and it interferes with the flow of an rp.

This list is subject to change as I see people coming up with new ways to act retarded.

PUNISHMENTS:

We will operate on a three-strikes-and-you're-out system. Basically, if you're having problems we'll let you know. If you continue to be a thorn in our side you get a strike.
Also, NOBODY IS EXEMPT FROM THIS. Mods, you have to follow the rules too.
First Strike: A PM warning. This means you've got our attention and you need to toe the line from now on.
Second Strike: Your character will be docked Points, or possibly killed off if there is no remedying the problem.
Third Strike: Unlikely to happen, but if you manage to anger us three times in a row, you're gone. Depending on how involved your characters are in the guild, they will be either killed or handed off to another user.

REWARDS:

Those of you who are on the 'nice list', and help out the crew very often, help out in events, offer your characters to be proctors in exams, etc. You'll be rewarded. This might entail Points, possibly characters being promoted to a new rank, or if you're REALLY helpful and there's an opening you'll be recommended for crew.
