What to Do
1. Mix together ingrdinents for marinade and add in the pork. Let sit in an air tight container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 2. After an hour has passed prepare veg. oil for deep fry, and coat the pork completely in the cornstarch. 3. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels or brown paper bags if you wish 4. To prepare the sauce Put the ingredinents for sauce into a sauce pan, and mix on high heat. (cornstarch included) When it starts to thicken, turn heat down to med. low. 5.Pour sauce over pork and enjoy.
P.S You can enjoy this dish with anything you like. Veg. and rice perhaps? You choose! 3nodding

I've had this pork loin sitting in my freezer for a while now...I'm glad I can do something new with it!

Good marinade, but the sauce wasn't for me. I just used the tonkatsu sauce I had on hand instead. Oh, and I omitted the salt, the soy sauce is salty enough, 1/4 tsp of salt isn't going to change anything. Also you might try adding some ginger slices to your marinade! I thought it went really well with mine. Cheers!
