Yes, you may have multiple characters, and OCs.
About the multiple OCs: you may have them, but don't overdo it.

C-) Are we allowed multiple OCs? Allow me to make a few comments here Oc's, multiple characters and multiple OC's are perfectly fine in any forum. Always make sure, though, that your characters have a profile in each forum they participate in. Also ensure that you don't confuse which character goes where, as that can add some serious confusion in a thread. Like Tor said, try not to over do it. I find that I can only play three or four different characters before my quality starts to suffer. Just make sure the quality and quantity of your posts is good, and then everything should be fine.

An NPC is a 'Non Player Character', which essentially means that it'd be a few students on the train that no body is playing as characters of their own.

mrgreen thanks, I try. I actually based Mar off of a character in a movie, called Once. If you haven't seen it, YOU MUST! It's truly one of the greatest movies I've ever seen in my entire life!
And get this...
The movie is rated R...for language ONLY! NO SEX AT ALL! AMAZING!
Anyway, the actor's name is Marketa Irglova, she's an amazing singer, and in the movie she has a daughter too, and I fell in love with her and based Marketa Prochazka off of her. mrgreen
