Found it.
'Twould be, "Hard Pill".
A movie in which a gay man (not played by Tim) is tired of being an unpretty man in the pretty gay's world.
He becomes a test subject for a pill that's supposed to make you straight again.
Tim isn't a main in the movie, but he's still there, and that's good enough for me.
Now, I'm trying to find it either to download or to purchase from somewhere that it doesn't cost $29.50

If you want to see it I bet Disney Channel will play it at least once on St. Patrick's Day. He wears a face wig in there if I remember correctly.

Yep, he wears a very nice face wig that always makes me chuckle when I think about it.
