Just to let everyone know. *Major Spoilers Ahead*
Although sonic is the one to sneak attack the Final Boss in the cutscene beforehand, You can play as anyone for the final boss fight afterward. I saw a Vid of Someone beating him as Lucario.

i can know all the characters, all stages, and almost everything
but i want the SSE complete history to be a surprise

It's hard to understand sometimes, but when I play it i'll understand. Ganondorf seems like the evilest guy and Link and Zelda shouldn't have freed him, even if they did need his help.
