As we all know there are many implements that can be used in the vast world of BDSM. But the ones that provide alot of entertainment are often the bigger more obvious ones. (not saying the small things aren't fun.) But I was wondering what your guys's opinions are on the first dungeon equipment. For those of us that are under eighteen, I am thinking the wooden horse. I believe this would be the ideal first dungeon furniture, I think it's easy to build, although I can't say for sure, I plan on making mine tonight, alot of fun, and easy to hide.
For those of you who don't know, a wooden horse is a thick seat of wood built in a triangle, it's made so that when a woman straddles it, the top of the triangle presses into her slit. The legs are often adjustable, usually siting so that the woman will be held just on the tips of her toes. I'd post a pic, but all the pics I have of this device has someone strapped onto it, which'd brake gaia rules. Anywhom I plan on making this so that the legs and main unit can be seperated, this way I can store it without looking suspicious. I also plan on making some zipcords tonight, anyone know about how long/how many pins I should have on one cord?

Don't worry about posting R rated pics here. That's why we're cool. Pretty much everyone here is above reporting naked pics. And for the love of Christ on a Pancake it's a ******** BDSM guild. You can't really escape nudity. Just try to keep it as tastefull as possible! ((If you don't want to post the pic, at least post the link, there's nothing wrong with that. heart ))
As far as implements go, I really enjoy device bondage. The problem is that a lot of those things are incredibly intricate and very hard to hide. FI I had a dungeon of my own... I think the center piece would be that huge tank of water with the rotating tabe in it. I love that thing and if you can give me a name for it that would be awesome too.

I've never actually had anything used in my bondage besides just rope and household object sweatdrop I would love to have a wooden horse though...yet another suggestion for Master. whee

Athena_Rose I've never actually had anything used in my bondage besides just rope and household object sweatdrop I would love to have a wooden horse though...yet another suggestion for Master. whee Most of us start like that, using only what we can find at our houses. Trust me, none of us started whit fancy things, they are spency!!! but whit time we all get a little bit more fancy... Wooden hourse is fun, you will enjoy it and so your Master, trust me!!

I'd go with two columns, rather regal looking... With rings attached with tasteful cord. Make sure the cord is strong enough to hold a person up, as they can be wonderful in rope play and with suspension.

well, both the horse and zipcords were a success. Though I've only had the chance to use the horse once, can't quite shove something like that under the bed if someone comes up the stairs. I don't know how much it effected her though, I restrained her on it, then went into the next room. If you want to get into my girls head quick, abandonment's the way to go >.< She's got major abandonment issues. She lasted almost an hour in a room on a horse, without light, or any noise. To stir things up and mess with her head even more every 10-15 minutes I'd come back up into the room, go in and shuffle about like I was looking for something, or sometimes just wander in and pet her for a few seconds, then just walk back out without a word.
Where as the session was great, I don't know how much the horse worked sad

You might want to try sex and submission. Some of their stuff is real nice-- They go beyond ropes quite well and, if you ask me, capture a lot of the emotion, too. Lovely site. In terms of gatherings and getting into movies and such, look up some of the local sex/fetish organizations. They can be amazing resources.

I like Sex and Submission, some of their stuff is really nice. Another good site for seeing new toys ad methods is ********. The actual movies are pretty tasteless and I hate them, but there are a lot of good ideas and toys and et cetera.

You run into a lot of tasteless stuff on the internets, though.. It can be rather fun, however, to get what you can out of it anyways. A bit of a noble challenge, really.
Although it's not related to S/M, I've found a very good photoshop-- quite tasteful (or at least spicy!), if you ask me.

Perhaps some silver-studded leather and a domino mask with feathers and rhinestones? *Shudders...* xp Gimme some honest handcuffs, a plain dog-collar, some duct tape and a clothes-line any day. Perhaps one or two hooks or rings anchored in the cellar wall if you want to be really fanciful... hehe 3nodding

But really, I'm a bit of a traditionalist-- I find it to be so fun when things are nice and pretty.
OTOH, have any of you guys ever played with that 3M bandage stuff? The 'tape' stuff that's made to bandage animal legs and such? Sometimes they use it on arms after you've given blood. It comes in bright colours and sticks to itself really really well, but doesn't get caught in hair. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Either it gets loose really fast, or you have to make it too tight and it constricts. (Short enough, lol?)

If you're wrapping right, it doesn't really budge. You go over the area a few wraps, and it stays pretty well, in my experience. It's like rope-- you feel you can get out of it, but it's a lot harder than it looks.
And yeah, that's fine. Thanks for keeping things a bit more concise.
