Kekkei Genkai (Blood Inheritance Limit)

Throughout the infinite villages of Naruto there lay many clans, each of these clans has their own unique traits that make them uniquely, identifiably theirs. However, there are only a few clans who can say that they have a kekkai genkai, or advanced bloodline in their clan. An advanced bloodline refers to something that is passed down generation to generation in a specific clan, it is in the genetic makeup of each clan that can not be duplicated or imitated by any method. Advanced bloodlines are always used to the advantage of the user, improving their chances in combat and making them a very worthy opponent. The rulers and warlords of each country had taken advantage of each bloodline to it's fullest extent to help their chances in war, and thus the people began to associate advanded bloodlines with war and pain. This reached the point of hatred towards anybody who was part of these special clans resulting in the genocide of these individuals and whole families, as was the case with Haku.

now these abilitys are specail and are a very rare trait in a ninja so there can only be a limited number of members with the blood line trait. at the bottom of each blood line there will be a number saying (some number)/(some number) the number to the left is how many of that clan there are currently and the number to the right is how many of that clan there can be
example if there was 4/5 that would mean there are 4 poeple currently in that clan and 5 is the maximum number of poeple that can have that blood line, so for this blood line only one more person could join it until some one in that blood line dies if some one dies in that blood line then a new user may take there place but its first come first serve so be fast.

~Satetsu Clan - Iron Sand~
(Ability to turn chakra into magnetic fields)

Sasori II and his sister Noelani have the ability to change their bodies' chakra into magnetic fields. Because of past knologe from Sandaime Kakekage, Noelani uses this ability to develop "Satetsu" or Iron Sand. She can control this sand in any fashion she wishes through the magnetic field. This allows her to form weapons whenever needed. ((she is a decendent of the third kazekage))

Satetsu - Iron Sand

Satetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sandaime Kazekage. It was this most feared jutsu in Hidden Sand which granted Sandaime the honor of being called the strongest Kazekage yet. This jutsu was developed by Sandaime after seeing a previous Shukaku host do something similar. The sand is emited from the mouth and Sandaime can form it into any weapon he needs. Sandaime could do this because his body held special traits which allowed him to change his chakra into a magnetic field.
When Sandaime was made into a puppet by Sasori, Sasori's skills allowed the puppet to retain the ability to use its original forms jutsu as well. Sasori would use this Satetsu ability to use the Satetsu Shigure technique.

Satetsu Kaihou - Iron Sand World Method

Satetsu Kaihou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sasori in conjunction with Sandaime Kazekage. Using the Sandaime Kazekage puppets ability to manipulate Iron Sand, Sasori would mix in his deadly poison to bolster the techniques lethality. Using a massive amount of iron sand, Sasori will cause a huge 3D lattice work of spikes to form, piercing most anything in its path.
If one gets scratched by the poisoned sand spikes, the individual's body goes numb almost instantly and stops moving. Within three days the individual will die unless an antidote is administered.

Satetsu Shigure - Iron Sand Autumnal Showers

Satetsu Shigure is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sandaime Kazekage. Using his body's special ability to change his chakra into a magnetic field, Sandaime Kazekage could form the sand into small piercing clumps which could rain down on his opponent. Because of the deadliness of the attack, a ninja must do all they can to avoid it, rather than make any attempt to block it.

Chiyo clan-puppet arts

In Hidden Sand, the art of using puppets in battle developed. Over time these skills were passed on to new ninja. The earliest known puppet master was Chiyo. Her grandson Sasori would pick up where she left off and take the art to new heights. When Sasori fled the village, Kankurou would use Sasori's puppets as his own and become renowned in his own right. This clans power really depends on how many puppets they may weild at once making rank very important to a puppet master.

Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

Hitokugutsu - Human Puppet

Hitokugutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by puppet master Sasori. This technique allows Sasori to make a puppet which can contain and use chakra. Sasori does this by making a living human into a puppet. This puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held when alive. If the original ninja was highly skilled, its puppet can retain these abilities as well. Even the ninja unique body traits will be passed on to its puppet form. Thus Sasori can still use all the original jutsu the ninja once utilized.

chakra points-20 points per puppet controled 85 points to make this kind of puppet((note:to make this puppet you must find or kill a ninja and take there body not many will be able to get these puppets))

Chakra no Tate - Chakra Shield

Chakra no Tate is a Ninjutsu technique used by puppet masters. This shield is created when chakra is emited in the form of a disk from panels which fan out from the puppet arms. This chakra can block many deadly attacks but some attacks, such as Satetsu can gum up the puppet joints and render the arms useless.

Chikamatsu Puppet Sealing Technique (Unnamed)

his seal prevents the one sealed from manipulating chakra. There are two methods for this seal.

1.In the first, the puppet will expel a hazy orb from its mouth which can be thrown. While flying through the air, the orb will lose it's haze and grow in size to a huge gaping beast-like head. The large teeth can grab ahold of the person it hits and pin them to a wall. Once the it impacts the wall, it will immediately release the seal onto the surface.

2.In the second form, the main puppet will expel the seal from its mouth onto a surface it is touching.

Puppet One: This puppet does not appear to have any hidden weapons, instead relying on its brute strength and power to knock away attackers.

Puppet Three: This puppet holds a chakra sealing orb in its mouth. The mouth will open, releasing the fist-size orb. When thrown the orb increased in size to reveal that it is actually a gaping maw. This large head can bite and pin opponents to a wall, sealing their ability to use chakra.

Puppet Four ("Buddha"): This puppet bears the mark of "Buddha" in its mouth. It forms the top portion of the Sanpou Kyuukai technique. It works along side puppet six ("Acts") and eight ("Priest").

Puppet Five: This puppet utilizes some form of chakra-like blade. The top portion of its head will lift, to reveal a round sub-face. This face will extend four blades, which will begin to spin. This puppet works in conjunction with puppet nine.

The girls of Temari's descent have all been fan wielders.They use a large fan that has 3 dots on it when opened completely. They put there chakra into the wind that is created by swinging the fan. This wind i capable of slicing through its victims.

Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. When her opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds.

Kuchiyose • Kirikirimai is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Temari. After wiping her blood on her fan, she will swing it to summon a weasel called the Kamaitachi. The weasel carries an arsenal of large and small scythes. It will use these to cut a huge swath of destruction to the surrounding area.

~~Clan Mitsude: The Hidden Psychic Arts~~

The Mitsude clan is one of the older (if not less popular) clans in Sand. They are inherently possessed of fantastic psychic abilities, not the least of which are telekinesis, as well as telepathy. Unfortunately, they are also notoriously weak physically, and have zero taijutsu skills. They also lack elemental chakra.

(This means that no matter how many times you level up, your tp will always remain at zero. Transfer those points instead to your INT. For example, when you rank up to Chuunin, your TP won't increase at all, but your INT will increase by 40 instead of 20.)

This bloodline limit grants members of the Mitsude Clan immense control over the Ley Lines of the Universe. To members of this clan, the world appears to be composed of billions of crisscrossing strings of light, called Ley Lines. They can interact with these lines, focusing their chakra into them and using jutsus that are completely baffling to most ninja.
In short, by channeling chakra into Ley Lines, Mitsudes can use psychic abilities like telekinesis.

Members of the Mitsude clan are born EXTREMELY intelligent- no member has ever been recorded to have an IQ under 190. Genjutsu are almost totally useless against them. To other ninja, this would seem to be the ultimate trump card, but there is a disadvantage. Mitsudes are frail, extremely so-- they cannot use even the weakest of Taijutsu. In addition, their chakra is highly unstable-- the Ley Lines act as a counter to this, but they cannot maintain a flow of chakra without them; thus, they cannot use elemental jutsus; their bloodline limit is all they have.

Requirements: Your character MUST be a genjutsu-type and they can have NO elemental chakra.

All Mitsude bloodline techniques' strength are determined by the user's INT.

Basic Skills: All Mitsude Clan members are born with these abilities; they don't have to learn them.
Terekineshisu [Telekinesis]: Using Ley Lines, the ninja can move objects around at will. This is a pretty easy technique to use.
If the target object is:
Under the ninja's own weight: It costs 1 cp to move the object 50 feet.
Between 1 and 1.5 times NOW: 2 cp / 50 feet
2 - 3 times NOW: 3 cp / 25 feet
4 - 6 times NOW: 6 cp / 20 feet
6 - 8 times NOW: 8 cp / 20 feet
8 - 14 times NOW: 15 cp / 20 feet
15 + times NOW: 30 cp/ 20 feet

Ishindenshin [Telepathy]: Mitsude clan members can send and receive messages with their minds, conveying the signals along Ley Lines. This ability does NOT allow them to break into other people's minds, however; they have to initiate contact. No chakra is used.

Shin-Bakufuu no Jutsu [Mind Blast Technique]: The ninja compresses Ley Lines into a ball and thrusts his open palm out, launching what seems to be a blast of condensed air at the opponent. Basically the psychic equivalent of a punch from a person of average strength. Uses 1 cp, but can be increased by channeling more chakra. (X more points spent = X points added to attack's power)

Shin-Toku no Jutsu [Mind Shield Technique]: The ninja condenses the Ley Lines surrounding him, creating a tough barrier big enough for one person, which appears as a thin blue aura. Uses 10 cp per turn, but can be expanded to encompass others at a cost of an additional 5 cp per person per turn. Adds your INT score to your DEF.

Hienpo (Steps of the Flying Swallow)
Character Use: Mitsude Clan Technique

An old technique, Hienpo was designed to allow the Mitsude, who do not have access to normal jutsu and thus cannot perform Shunshin, to reach high speeds. This technique produces a 'platform' of psychic energy beneath the user's feet, and combines with the natural force of the user's legs, adding the user's INT to their SPD for one burst of movement. Note that it cannot replicate the 'flicker' effect, but rather produces more of a blur, as it is truly just very fast speed and not spacetime manipulation.
*However, note that it requires at least a Special-Jounin level of skill or higher to use, making it impossible for low-level Mitsude to use.

Karu can manipulate the thoughts (to a certain degree) of a person. By looking them directly in the eyes and layering his voice with a telepathic undertone, he can implant a powerful urge to do or say something in another ninja's mind. Eye contact has to be maintained throughout, and it can be fought in much the same way a genjutsu can be fought.
If Karu's INT is higher than the target's, then the move only costs 1 chakra. However, if the target's INT is higher, the chakra expended is twice the difference between the numbers.

effect: Karu focuses chakra into his fingers, and then channels it into the Ley Lines, and can cast them wherever he pleases. The chakra-charged Ley Lines glow slightly in the dark, and are very lightly visible in daylight, and are about as strong as normal steel wires. Not only does this serve as a barrier, but is a highly effective reconnaissance jutsu, as everything that touches it triggers telepathic receptors in his mind that can tell him exactly who or what is caught in his web.

Mitsude ancestral weapons such as Eimin and Eisei were made in this manner. This also makes the object completely indestructible.

This jutsu allows the user to extract his mind from his own body, and 'walk' around. They can pass through walls, people, even chakra-based barriers. However, they cannot be seen, heard, or felt by, nor can they interact with, objects on the physical plane. Users of powerful Doujutsu (like Byakugan or Sharingan) can see the user's mind as a ghostly form of the original person.

He focuses his Chakra, and in this state his awareness is decreased; only physical contact, or Karu himself, can wake him from this state, and even his telepathy is cut off. However, after two posts of being in this state, his INT will raise by 5 points. After three, his INT and DEF both raise by 8. After four posts, his INT and DEF raise by 10, and his chakra is restored by 50 percent. After five posts, Karu automatically wakes up, and all his stats other than STR and TP are given a fifteen-point boost. (note: these are NOT cumulative; after five posts, he has a fifteen-point boost, not 38 points)

A seal developed by Kouryuu Mitsude, it closes the user's mind off from the outside world, preventing outside mental influence of any kind; this includes genjutsu. As a consequence, the user cannot use genjutsu or influence others' minds in any way. Also, on its application, the user gains 20 INT points.

Special Jutsus: These are the techniques that must be learned, contained in scrolls held only by the current head of the clan.

At the Genin level:
Shin-Yaiba no Jutsu, Jun-Ichi [Mind Blade Technique, Mark One]: The ninja condenses a single chakra-loaded Ley Line into his hand, igniting it. This becomes visible as a glowing, dark purple stick of energy, not yet powerful enough to cut skin, but skin can be seared by the flowing chakra. Costs 6 cp
D-Rank Jutsu

At the Chuunin level:
Shin-Yaiba no Jutsu, Jun-Ni [Mind Blade Technique, Mark Two]: This technique requires the use of an actual sword, or swordlike object (a stick off the ground would do). Ley Lines converge around the object, igniting it with chakra. Once ignited, the object MUST remain connected with the user, otherwise that's a waste of perfectly good chakra. Costs 12 cp
C-Rank Jutsu

Chakra-Kujiku no Jutsu [Chakra Break Technique]: The ninja delivers a shock to the opponent's system, briefly interrupting chakra flow and stopping an opponent's Jutsu from being cast. 24 cp.
B-Rank Jutsu

At Jounin level:
Shin-Kujiku no Jutsu [Mind Crush Technique]: Quite simple really; Ley Lines converge around an opponent, manifested as dark purple flames. These Ley Lines simply crush the opponent, a la Gaara's Desert Burial. 24 cp.
B-Rank Jutsu

Shin-Yaiba no Jutsu, Jun-San [Mind Blade Technique, Mark Three]: The final form of the Shin-Yaiba. A REAL sword made of METAL must be used in this technique. Essentially, the ninja can infuse the sword with Ley Lines, giving the sword the ability to ignite and hold chakra, as well as be separated from the user. Costs 24 cp.
B-Rank Jutsu

At Elite Jounin Level:
Shin-Kadou-Tama no Jutsu [Mind Vortex Sphere Technique]: This attack draws Ley Lines into the user's palm, where they begin rotating rapidly, condensing a dark black sphere. This sphere can be thrown at an opponent, dealing massive damage to the victim. Think psychic Rasengan, and you've got the right idea. Costs 50 cp.
A-Rank Jutsu

All Mitsude instinctively know the following technique:
Saishuu no Gisei: Kinmotsu Shin-Munashii no Jutsu [Final Sacrifice: Forbidden Mind Void Technique]: The ultimate attack of the Mitsude clan, this deadly Jutsu is forbidden for a reason: the technique causes Ley Lines to condense into an ultra-high pressure sphere, effectively creating a black hole in the user's chest. It sucks everything in its path in, destroying all it touches. The catch? The technique uses ALL of the user's chakra. This means that the user will DIE, and most likely kill his teammates in the process as well. All members of the clan know how to perform this technique, but thankfully only very few are able to focus their chakra to such a degree as to condense Ley Lines that thickly.
S-Rank Jutsu

A special note: PLEASE do not actually use this. If you're going to do it, make sure crew members know because you can DESTROY A VILLAGE WITH THIS! Take note that if you use it, 1) you will die. period. no exceptions. no saves. 2) Anyone and everyone in the thread you're in will also die, pretty much instantly. 3) That thread will be pretty much destroyed. Just an FYI.
