"I'm going to stab you through the heart with the same blade."
This subforum is to discuss or debate events in either the Cain Saga or Godchild. Please say which volume you are talking about, so those who have not read that volume will know to stay clear of it. I am definitely ready for a hearty debate so watch your step!

Awww! don't get sad!! Get Glad! (sorry couldn't resist) but honestly it's fine. The Cain Saga is really the background story anyway. And I'll warn you now, the way she draws Cain at first is scary.....
But if you really wanna know a way to save, everytime you buy something, put like 2 or 3 dollars somewhere and don't spend it until you have enough to get whatever you want. Well at least that's what i do. Now I have 87 dollars saved.(for emergencies only)

My parents wouldn't let me by either the Cain Saga or Godchild, I borrowed the books from a friend.

Why not? It's not like it's really bad or anything. There are much worse books out there than Godchild or The Cain Saga.

You just have to know which parent to go with. *winks at Riff* I'm glad you didn't bend any pages this time!

It's a bit annoying, but easy enough to read the series online. The entire Cain saga and volumes 1-3 of Godchild can be found at mangavolume.com. =3 It's called "Count Cain".

So, the subjects would have to be labled by volume?
What about covering specific subjects by character, and, in debate, making references back to said volume?
I often find myself debating a single character, and pulling out every ref. I can find, and even quoting directly from the book to back up my side of debates...
sweatdrop
Then again, I have a few screws loose up here in my head, and spend waaaayyyyyy too much time reading my favorite mangas over and over, so I have them down prrreeetttyyyyy well. sweatdrop
Anyway, my question is, does a subject have to be made about events in a volume, or would you allow one to make a subject about a specific character, as long as it was actually a serious thread and not an "oh, I luff them, I'm fangirl/boy" type thread?

"I'm going to stab you through the heart with the same blade."
I don't think it really matters as long as people can understand what you want to discuss.
