TP: 0The Sakkakugan is the blood inheritance of the Ayame Clan. The true history of the Ayame Clan is unknown even to the current descendants of the clan, only one person is entrusted with the knowledge of the clan for traditional and self-preservation purposes. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to destroy the ability to remember any jutsu revealed to them, unknown to all but the entrusted clan member, the Ayame Clan also has the ability to take control of their opponent’s body as well as use jutsu that they have decided to seal away, this does not include bloodline jutsu unless they are in control of the other person’s body and has witnessed them use the particular jutsu. When locking away a jutsu the clan member can only do so in memory causing the opponent to loose memory of how to do the jutsu and not the ability to do or the memory of doing said jutsu. But the only members that can seal away memories effectively are those who are blind completely. Since the Ayame Clan is so discreet with their abilities they are unknown to most outside of Tsukigakure.
The members belonging to the Ayame Clan are not born with the ability to use the Sakkakugan, they can only be activated by the one graced with the true knowledge of the clan as well as extensive training under said person to control such a powerful doujutsu. Sakkakugan is said to be so powerful of a doujutsu that it selects those who are strong enough to use it and cause excessive damage or death to those who are deemed unfit; also meaning that this doujutsu is special to those in the Ayame Clan and cannot be transferred to or use by any other without an excruciatingly painful death. But the only way to discover if one is fit to take on the Sakkakugan is to have it unlocked when the leader of the clan or the one with knowledge of the clan sees one come of age; it is the clan member’s decision to take on the Sakkakugan in the end, if they survive.
The blind members of the Ayame Clan, unlike the regular members, are able to fully lock away memories of the opponent that they are facing; but can only seal those memories that are revealed to them. In the case of a jutsu, a regular member of the Ayame Clan could only cause their opponent memory loss of how to use the jutsu that was revealed to them for however long their battled lasts, but they are unable to lock away the memory of doing it before or the ability to do it in the long run. But in the case of a blind member, they are able to fully seal away the memory of their opponent ever knowing how to do or ever doing that jutsu for the remainder of the fight; this includes bloodline jutsu.
Due to the vulnerability of the blind side of the clan they have developed over time a sensory type system as a way to “see”. Using their chakra as a guide they can send shock waves into their surroundings being able to sense where objects are and what they are by the chakra that is sent back to them. The down fall to the technique that they are only able to sense where things are and what they are, the blind members cannot tell whether it is a clone or a real person or even if there is a ditch in front of them, all they can sense is that there is dirt ahead of them.
There are six stages to the Sakkakugan, known as suji (numbers); this is due to the appearance of the eye at the time of the stage. Each suji has a different ability and specialty, the only way to progress to the next suji is by mastering the first and experimenting with its abilities and limitations before it brings the clan member to a different stage or suji. What is so special about the Sakkakugan when it comes to its suji and the user is that the suji do not progress according to the order, they progress by which path the user decides to take; this usually leads to what path the clan member with take in the end and describes their personality.
Dai-ichi Suji—Kokudo no Jigoku (Realm of Hell) Allows the user to create powerful Genjutsu, as well as being able to sense when they are in a genjutsu, that could be considered one to two levels above their rank, as well as use the jutsu of their opponent as long as the Ayame clan member has witnessed the jutsu being used and knows its full effects.

This is the stage where the blind clan members can fully manipulate the jutsu by locking it away for the entire battle instead of a few posts.

Dai-go Suji—Kokudo no Ningen (Realm of Humans) Known as the strongest of the suji, this allows the user to increase the level of jutsu that they specialize in by +200 and the remaining stats +100. This suji usually the last one reached, do to the amount of control that it takes and the power and amount of chakra that it requires to use it. The effected eye the holds the Sakkakugan is engulfed in a black flame that is the direct source to the power of the Sakkakugan, allowing the clan member to increase their level of fighting for the remainder of the fight. But the only way to draw power from the Kokudo no Ningen is to stick the fingers into the flame and straight into the source of the power, meaning the eye, with each draw the same amount of chakra is lost and the stats boost again; unfortunately, the stats with revert back to their original position with the cost of the move still subtracted.

((Note: All Genin will learn one of either: dai-ichi sugi or dai-san sugi from the Tsukikage, they will then move on to learn the remaining one when they are a Chunin. From there they will learn either learn dai-yon or dai-roku, then learn the remaining. The final suji will only be learned through experience from use of the previous four before Kuma-chama will give you permission to move onto the final two. Once learning a suji one can change back and forth from stage to stage once they’ve learned it so that they aren’t stationary or restricted to one after advancing. Once a suji is used in battle the user can travel back to that suji without subtracting thr CP cost twice if once switches over to another.))
