Wildflower Ranch is nestled on the outskirts of Patchton, Nevada. Patchton is a small town that hasn't changed much in the past hundred years or so. It still has the cozy, Western feel to it, and electronics are completely unheard of except for the occasional payphone.
Wildflower Ranch has been passed down, generation after generation, through the Parker family. The last owner, Mrs. Georgia Parker, had let it fall into ruin. She had sold all of the horses but one, and has just recently passed away. She left the ranch to her only grandchild, an orphan named Jayden. Jayden is young, not quite nineteen, and desperately needs to get the ranch working.

Personality :: Jayden is a very social person who keeps her feelings hidden from strangers. She confides in only her closest friends, and she is a very good rider. Jayden can be quiet, though, and needing of some personal space. For that reason, she always keeps her bedroom door locked, and she carries the key around her neck.
Biography :: Jayden is a Parker, a family who has owned Wildflower Ranch since it was built by her great-great-great grandfather William Parker. Jayden was born on a sunny June 16 to Rebecca Donnels and Joseph Parker. She never really got to know her parents, though, because they were murdered when she was only six years old.
Jayden had been at the ranch with her grandmother, Georgia Parker, and her parents were in Las Vegas for the weekend. Turns out, they won so much that a small organization targeted them for a robbery. Rebecca, being the wise one, was just coming back from the bank where she had deposited all of the money, a whopping $350 million dollars, when a group of three men burst through the door of the hotel room where the Parker's had been staying. Both were killed, but the murderers never got the money.
Jayden was adopted by her grandmother, and she helped to run the ranch until she was old enough to inherit the money. Jayden had faced the choice of either staying or going, and she chose to keep the money in the bank until she needed it and stayed on the ranch.
Unfortunately, she spent most of her time looking after her grandmother and didn't have much time to look after the ranch. Pretty soon, her grandmother sold the horses that they couldn't take care of. Not long afterwards, Georgia passed away and left Wildflower Ranch to Jayden.
Abilities :: Jayden is very good with horses, often jokingly called the 'Horse Whisperer'
Likes :: Jayden likes to be outdoors with her horses and friends. She also likes to explore the trails.
Dislikes :: Jayden dislikes people who abuse their animals. She also dislikes being cooped up inside for copious amounts of time.

Personality :: Milina likes to be around most people, including her closest friend Jayden. She is open to most opinions, but can become a bit quieter when meeting new people. Spending most days outdoors, she likes sun light, but appreciates the dark at times.
Biography :: Milina was born to Lyssandra Mitillo and Phineas Donatell in the town of Patchton. Her parents weren't officially married, but had been high school sweethearts at the local school. Lyssandra was pregnant right after senior year, when Phineas claimed he would go to college, earning more money for his coming family; he never returned. Once Milina was born, Lyssandra went to live in a 2 room home, on the outskirts of the town. Milina was brought up around her grandparents, who brought her to the ranch to visit Jayden's grandmother. Milina first met Jayden when she was visiting the ranch, and Milina grew to anticipate when Jayden visited. Lyssandra works at the hardware store, one of many high school seniors who were "knocked up" at the time. Once Milina was old enough to leave the house alone, she commonly visited the ranch's stables, hanging out with Jayden. At about age 8, she decided to start working at the ranch, hauling in the pails of water from the well, or mucking the stalls. With Milina's microscopic earnings added to Lyssandra's weekly salary, she didn't have the most lavish up bringing. Sometims she'll pull an extra shift at the small diner, bussing tables and washing dishes. Milina has graduated high school, with no intention of heading off to college. As far as she's concerned, she'll spend the rest of her days at the ranch and the diner.
Abilities :: Milina can ride horses fairly well, although she prefers taking care of them most of the time. She can rinse dishes pretty well at the diner, and occasionally you can find her writing something in the pasture, or tapping out a beat against the stable walls.
Likes :: Milina loves walking through the pasture, and likes to talk or hang out with friends and horses, such as her horse Lucca or Jayden, her closest friend. She likes thunderstorms and rain also.
Dislikes :: Milina doesn't like it when a man asks for more than he puts in the relationship, something she inherited from her mother. She also dislikes things that make annoying squeaking sounds, for some odd reason.....she will prefer to strangle it rather than listen to it.

Personality :: Chase keeps to himself most of the time, except when he's with his sister Jayden, or when he's racing. His grandmother brought him and Jayden up, but she overlooked him like he wasn't there. That caused him to withdraw and made him able to fend for himself.
Biography :: Chase was born on May 23. He doesn't remember his parents much, because they were murdered when he was three.He was adopted by his grandmother and raised on the ranch. While he was living there, his grandmother overlooked him like he wasn't there, so he focused on racing. At the age of seven, he could beat the local kids. When he turned eleven, he got a thoroughbred foal to raise, and he named him Sam. Chase raised him to be a race horse, and so far Sam hasn't met a horse faster than him. At thirteen, he is recognized as a good racer, but never gloats or brags.
Abilities :: Chase is very good at racing.
Likes :: Chase likes to race and go on long trips with Sam, sometimes even as far as the rocky hills to the west.
Dislikes :: Chase dislikes vain people and people who gloat about their victories.

Likes :: He loves to learn new things. He believes that one can never be too knowledgeable.
He loves to write. Writing gives him an outlet for all of his emotions that he would rather not share with others. It lets him make his own world and be whatever he wants. Most think that his writing is stupid.
Dislikes :: He doesn't like guys who think they are better than everyone else because he had a brother who thought the very same thing. His brother got into a motorcycle accident and died when he tried to jump a river that was way too wide.
He doesn't like money. He believes that money does nothing but kill everything and if he didn't need it to survive he would have nothing to do with it.

As Sarah grew up, she learned how to cook and be responsible by taking care of animals. Often she would sketch under her favorite maple tree and thinking about her parents. Her parents are unknown but all she knows is that her parents sends her money every week. She asked her grandma and grandpa but none of them ever respond. Her grandparents used to be veterinarians which inspired Sarah to do the same. Sarah decided to start out simple, taking care of hamsters to wild life animals and now she has move to a ranch and help take care of horses. Just like how her grandparents started out.
Abilities :: Sarah can draw and cook but she's better with animals. She finds it easy to make animals come to her whether their wild or not. All she does is a whisper something and they'll come to her slowly.
Likes :: Sarah likes to draw because it helps relives stress, often times when she's not busy she would sketch some landscapes or draw animals. She also likes to cook because she finds it fun and very rewarding when the food is delicious.
Dislikes :: Hates it when animals are abuse no matter what it's gender or what it looks like. Sarah doesn't like people who brag or talk big because it just makes them sound stuck up and spoil sometimes.

Jayden sat against her grandmother's willow tree, her knees drawn to her chest. Her head lay lightly on her knees, and tears fell down her face. The tree marked the site of her grandmother's grave, where she had been buried for a couple months now. Jayden missed her grandmother terribly, for she was Jayden's only mother figure, her own having been murdered when Jayden was six. Her father had been murdered too, all because they won big in Vegas.
The money sat in Jayden's bank account these days, untouched and barely used unless emergency called for it. Jayden straightened her legs, standing slowly. The willow was located on the highest hill of Wildflower Ranch, allowing her grandmother's spirit to overlook the ranch she had cared for. Jayden smiled through her tears, feeling the warmth of the noonday sun on her face.
Clara, a dark brown Clydesdale, stood patiently in the shade of the tree. Jayden hadn't a need to tie Clara to the tree, for she was a quiet horse. Jayden stroked Clara's velvety muzzle, moving down her neck. She then hoisted herself onto Clara's bare back, and used the mare's long mane to guide her along the trail leading down the hill. She loved Clara, for she had formerly been her grandmother's favorite, but she loved the other horses just as much. Jayden and Clara held a special connection, allowing Jayden to ride bare-back.
Jayden nudged Clara into a gentle trot, enjoying the wind that played with them as they moved along. Loose strands had come loose from Jayden's already loose ponytail, and they now danced around around her face playfully. Clara tossed her head in enjoyment, and headed towards the pasture at a quick lope. Jayden laughed lightly as her body melded with the old mare's.
She slowed Clara as the pasture fence came into view. She had no intention of letting Clara over the fence, especially after the accident a couple years ago. Jayden had gotten cocky, and had tried to get Gamer, the Parker family's former Thouroughbred, over the pasture fence. Gamer misstepped, and Jayden had fallen, hitting her left arm heavily on the metal fence and splitting her arm open at the upper arm. She had needed stiches, and Gamer had been put down because his foreleg had been messed up by the jump. Jayden had felt horrible for weeks, until her grandmother had told her that Gamer would've been had to been put down soon anyway because he had cancer.
Jayden slid down from Clara's back, unlocking the gate. She let Clara walk through and followed her through, closing the gate behind her. She didn't lock it, just closed it. She sat on the fence, swinging her legs freely as she watched Clara roam and graze.

Milina stuffed the last of her meager possessions in one of her duffel bags, along with about everything else she owned. Her mother, Lyssandra, stood in the doorway of their shared bedroom, her arms across her chest.
"My little Millie, moving out of the house." She said sadly, with a slight smile. "Who knew this day would be so soon?"
Milina smiled a little, slinging the duffel bag over her shoulder and towed the suitcase behind her.
"Don't worry Lissie, I'll be just a little bit away. Besides, I spend a lot of time at the ranch anways." She said eagerly, walking part her mom into the kitchen/living room. "I'll call, I'll be alright, if you need any-" Milina was cut off, her mother enveloping her in a huge hug. Once she was free, Milina smiled, opening the front door of the small house, while her mother followed to the porch. Milina kicked out the bike stand, walking it on her other side. It was a faded red, and the seat had been refurbished many times, patched up on every part. She headed to the dirt road, stirring some of the dust behind her, clouding her mother's image in the distance.
She reached the ranch, parking her bike outside the main house. Milina continued into the home, walking to the room Jayden had showed her earlier. The walls were a pale yellow color, and a metal bed frame and a mattress were in the room, along with a wooden dresser.

Seph trotted to a stop. He was riding high and mighty, near the end of a two year trip. Pachton was in the distance, a small town in the rollings hill of Nevada.
It was a big change for him from barren plains of Texas. He spurred Buck into a gallop as he neared town. There where a couple of wanted posters. Mostly empty, except for a couple townsfolk.
He was just passing by the tavern when he saw a sign saying."Ranchhands needed-Wildflower Ranch." He took the flier and stuffed it into his pocket then trotted off in the direction of Wildflower Ranch. There was an old bicycle out front and a horse grazing in the field.
"Wonder if anyone is home?" He asked.
