[Number X Loxagn]

To keep track of all the current enemies of their village, each ninja carries a handbook. This book lists those ninja who pose a danger to their village, including its missing-nin and foreign ninja. A so called "whos-who" guidebook for the ninja. Those listed are ranked based on the level of dangerousness, with the most deadly attaining an "S-Rank."
Note that Missing-nin are different from Wandering-nin.

ninja: The ninja's name
Rank: What rank they hold within their village (or if they have migrated to a new village, the rank they hold there.)
danger rank: C,B,A, or S. Genin will typically be labeled as danger rank C, while the strongest criminals, such as those in Akatsuki, will rank S.
location: Where they were seen last.
reward: the reward for killing this criminal. This may involve stat boosts, E-Points, or other things.
reason wanted: Why the criminal is wanted.
special info: Anything else important about the ninja.

Reason Wanted: He left the village, and betrayed Sand by stealing Jutsu Scrolls and The sword Ryukiba from the Mitsude Mansion
He has stolen the Legendary Ley Weapon Eikai, demolished public property, and on top of that has conspired to murder Suna officials.
Special Info: Hunters should be warned that Karu is a highly volatile and dangerous ninja, his skill with his bloodline and various genjutsu are unmatched. If you are going after him, make sure to bring a genjutsu specialist.
WARNING: Karu, normally a methodical and calm person, seems to have developed a massively violent personality calling himself Amano. Whether this is connected to the Mitsude Massacre 22 years ago or not is unknown.
In any case it is EXTREMELY discouraged to approach him. Tasukaru has a potential strength to rival that of the Kages.
