Spring and Summer are somewhat coming and I definatly gained some gross fat over the Winter. I want to shed some of this nasty flab by the summer. I have things like prom and swimming coming up *hides*.
I cant get motivated. I cut back on fast foods, but Im still crazy for soda and snack foods. And I cant really exercise. Im too poor to sign up for a gym or buy equipment and theres too much snow outside to go running.
Id really like to trim down my waist (34in) and everything below. I already have a bizzare shaped body that doesnt work for me. (38 bust but only size A cup)
How can I trim down these areas and is there anyway to make my boobs grow, being 18 and having A cups is super sad.. Id love to have a B. It would make bra shopping so much easier

It's definitely possible to loose some flab before summer. But it takes a good deal of effort.
There are lots of options for indoor aerobic activity - like jumping rope or using workout videos. A video from goodwill might cost about the same as a box of snack crackers - so you might "splurge" on the $2 used video instead of a snack and a soda just once.
And you can strengthen your core without spending a cent.
Try out these core strength exercises recommended by the Mayo Clinic: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/core-strength/SM00047
About the snacks & sodas - a lot of simple sugars - especially later in the day - will really hurt your efforts. Try substituting complex sugars - like fruits. After a good workout, a banana can seem just as appetizing as a cookie.
About the boobs... Sorry can't help you much there. Have a professional bra fitting done (every woman should).
Good luck! Post back and let everyone know how your slim-down is going.

Well you can lose weight and still have some junk food and soda just try substituting what junk food for higher quality ones. Like get Diet Sodas (don't worry about the whole aspartame/splenda argument only like one in a good number of people are really affected by it, if you've had it before and havent felt anything, chances are you wont be affected by it at all) or if you want/can try getting seltzer water you get the same bubbly feeling from soda and it has no other chemical stuff, just carbonated water, its all good you don't have to buy Perrier just the supermarket brand.
As for snacks, if you really love cheetos, nachos and stuff, there are 100 calorie snack packs you can get try making a meal plan that involves about 5 mini meals throughout the day rather than 3 big meals, that way you don't get too full and don't get too hungry either. Try not letting more than 5 hours pass without eating something, ideally you should eat about every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism on its toes (besides exercising). There are better snacks than what comes in a bag but try to be selective, try to stay away from trans fat (it eventually leads to heart disease) and it dietary has NO good side, I mean even normal fat and saturated fat can't completely be eliminated without consequences (learned that the hard way >_<). Best bet for snacks is usually a fruit (an apple or banana are good), I don't meant drop everything cold turkey but at least wean yourself with 100 calorie snack packs and then eventually you wont be dependent on it smile
As for exercise, I personally use Tae Bo, I get quite a work out from it, I like it, just sucks that it requires some kicking space and I gotta move the bed around to get any decent room >_< The DVD's arent too exepensive (you can go to Goodwil like momomuki suggested and find it or if you're in a hurry just go to Wal-Mart or Target and get it new, just try to get the ones that cover the entire body or if you really want to trim the waist go with the Ab Bootcamp DVD). So far this has worked for me and I've gone down quite alot over the past few years but, weightloss is not always fast, good luck with your weight loss! biggrin
