This area, being found Directly under the Admin Building and the Graveyard, is used to enforce punishment on all nins who have done wrong. To reach this area you must have permission by the Kage. If it is discovered that one was there without permission then that person would find themselves there in a short time.
((Note: It is impossible to find nor to escape because of all the seals and barriers.))

After several hours, Kurotsuki would find himself in shackles. His arms being raise over his head. The shackles themselves restricted any use of chakra, absorbing all chakra which is produced. In the corner, Lani, Lina, and Sayuri would be behind him while another man stood there.
"Ah. A new bad boy who misbehaved. Lay Him Down!" The table he would be on would start to move horizontally, Kurotsuki would then be facing the ceiling. "Tell me. Do you use soap?" He put on the gloves and grabbed a bottle titled, 'lye'. "You see. Lye is used in making soap. It is very helpful in....many ways." He ripped Kurotsuki's shirt off, pouring the wet lye onto his vrious places on his body including the nipples. He then moved up and poured some on his face, making sure to avoid the eyes. "Now, I don't care how strong you are, You are trapped no matter what. So tell me. What are you here and what is your reason for your actions." A tub of boiling hot water and freezing cold water was brought in by several ninjas in ANBU mask. "Please note that no matter your answer is, I will be having fun." He lifted his hand and revealed a torch.

Kurotsuki merely stared at the man his past as a Samurai making it so that he could remain stoic under any pressure. Damn, I recognize the seals on these cuffs, they're designed to absorb my chakra and then using it as a buffer will keep me imprisoned. But they removed my armor meaning that I'm now at my peak. Hope that training with Rein when we were younger will keep me safe. He simply laid still refusing to move or even blink as he continued to stare at the man.

"Ah. A silent one huh? Well we'll have lot's of noise in a second." He lit the torch on with his chakra. "This is a special torch you see. It can get quite over 200 degrees." He moved the torch closer to Kurotsuki's body. "I don't know if you know what lye does but let's just say your about to face the worse pain in your life." He placed the flame over the spots for several seconds and moved to the next spots. The wet lye would begin to dry, bringing excruciating pain. "This is level two of our basic punishment. Don't you feel lucky?" He placed the torch over his face and nipples which had the most lye. His skin would begin to eat away at itself whereever the lye would be. The man would wait until his screams died down. "So do you wish to talk now?" He grabbed a bucket of plain water. "Depending on your answer, you can get water."

Kurotsuki merely winced not allowing himself to scream. he watched the man ignoring his pain having been exposed to worse while he traveled with Rein. After a few moments of thought he decided to speak, his voice hoarse and rough from the pain that he was experiencing.
"I am Mysumi Kurotsuki, Sannin of Iwagakure no Sato, my mission is to travel to the respective villages and try to make a neutral treaty between them and Iwa. After meeting up with your infamous twins, along with Rein-teme, A Kiri Swordsman and a couple of genin, I decided to travel to Kumo first." He grew quiet the pain lancing through his body making it difficult to speak.
He went back to watching the man barely allowing himself to wince. His eyes strayed to the twins and Sayuri. "On behalf of the Tsuchikage, I wish to extend Iwa's deepest regrets that Shugo-sama has passed away Sayuri-sama. I saw him fight once when I was a child, he was a truly gifted warrior and I am sorry that he is gone." His words were spoken with complete honesty and sincerity. He turned his head and stared back at the ceiling not allowing himself to speak further as he slowly started to meditate to ignore the pain coursing through his body.

((Yeah, but they don't know that. After everything that happened in cloud, if they suspect anyone being a spy they will take action and then questions.))
Sayuri turned away, going into the next room. Lani and Lina stayed firm and didn't move.
The man frowned. "Aww. He spoke and gave us what we wanted. But tell me something..." He pulled out a crumpled piece of paper. "You didn't get this piece message from your kage but it's not settling. It reads,"

He would pass the note to Lani and Lina. "Also there is another thing that is unsettling. Stone has been neutral since I've been born. Why now of all times would they want to come tell us they're neutral? Stupid cover story if you ask me." He poured water on Kurotsuki's body. "To put it frank. You'll be here for awhile." Small wet spots would begin to form whereever the lye was set. "Did you know that water only intensifies the lye? Amazing stuff it is."

Kurotsuki's mouth merely formed a thin line as he felt the lye work faster as he recalled the beginning of his shinobi training. Don't focus, let my mind wonder. Kurotsuki's lips twitched slightly.

No matter how strong one would be. After several minutes, anyone would lose consciousness from the pain. Once Kurotsuki would pass out, the man would turn around. "Well it's nice for you to finally get here. I can now retire from being a ninja and live a peaceful life." He walked out laughing. "Ha. Peaceful. In this village...Ha!" He left leaving the newly appointed interrigator and the unconscious kurotsuki in the dark room. Alone.

"oi, Wakey Wakey." Kurotsuki would feel someone slapping his face lightly waking him out of his unconciousness. He would find that he is lying face down, his hands tied behind his back and his legs strapped to the table, he wouldnt know it but the shackles binding his hands would also be attached to a hoist. "Now Now Now Now..." he stopped talking losing his train of thought. After a few akward seconds of silence " It says here ..." he would look around for a sheet of paper but he would be unable to find it "that ..." he looked around again "you are a Sanin of the Stone village, No?" he pulled up a chair and sat infront of Kurotsuki barely 6 inches from his face. "there is a problem with that... you see I, not that my opinion matters, do not believe you are a spy. But as you know we all have orders yadda yadda yadda ..." his eyes goes blank as he loses his train of thought again, after a few seconds he claps his hands together infront of the sanin "Lets get down to buisness shall we?" he pulled out a remote and pressed one of the many buttons on it and the hoist would begin to pull him up by his wrists ((which are tied behind his back)) until only his legs stayed attached to the table, only slightly uncomfortable. "Now, since i dont think you are a spy, im not going to waste any time asking you what you know about us." a huge smile went across his face "cause lets face it you arent leaving here anyways right?" his smile seemed more psychotic than ammused " what's going to happen today is, im going to act as a spy... i love playing pretend ... but here is the cool part. I dont have to leave my village. You are going to tell me everything about stone ... the recluse Kage ... her bodyguards ... any..." he turned his head popping his neck "annoyances that might be there. and if you dont ..." he pointed at the remote with a smile "im going to pop those little arms of yours right out of their little sockets..." he stopped talking and began to hum thinking he forgot something "Oh yes i almost forgot." he hopped on the table infront of Kurotsuki and put his hand on the sanins chest. "your going to feel a slight pinch" an excruciating ammount of pain would surge from his chest as a rather large parasite began to burrow inside him. The man winked "this will keep you alive and concious ... it's not as fun if you pass out again." He hopped down from the table and sat in the chair, the remote safely in his hand waiting for the sanin to speak. "go on...."

Kurotsuki watched the new iterrogator ignoring the pain from the parasite as he slowly began to recit haiku's under his breath keeping himself distracted as he played with the mancles slightly with his finger tips. He continued to stare at the man, his Bushido, coupled with Rein's tutalage keeping him from revealing anything than what he has already said.

The man smiled "to be honest ..." he leaned in " i was hoping you wouldnt talk" he let out a laugh like a child playing with toys as he pressed the button. he would realized that his legs that were strapped down at the ankles were now bending back, but that pain would be slight compared to the feeling of his shoulderblades touching, one begining to slowly overlap the other sending an unbearable ammount of pain rushing to his brain. There would be a loud crack as his left shoulderblade poped out and over his right shoulderblade and the man would press a button stopping it there. "you know, the pain you just felt is nothing compared to what will happen if i keep going." he walked around poking the sanins achilles tendons "once your arms are done, the hoist will snap your ankles." he hopped on the table grabbing Kurosuki's chin and pulling it close to his face this would put more pressure on his arms "And I dont like to be ignored." his voice became deep.

((For the record my stats are actually double what it says on his profile due to his armor, it has been approved, but its still just in the approval area. So Kurotsuki's stats are actually: CP: 750
STR: 650
DEF: 700
SPD: 800
INT: 650
NP: 600
TP: 750
I mentioned in my first post in here that Kurotsuki's armor being removed caused him to be at his peak.))
Kurotsuki looked into the man's eyes unflinchingly still muttering haiku's under his breath. Damn that dislocated shoulder blade is going to make this next thing harder. But I need to get out of here Kurotsuki started to quietly mess with the manacles working to free himself without making the man notice him. He suddenly threw his head forward slamming it into the man's nose shattering it and knocking him out in the process before he forced his arms down snapping one of the chain's links. He rummaged through the man's pockets and found his keys and unlocked the chakra manacles before he popped his arm back into place with a grunt. Moving forward, he used the keys to unlock a locker type container and pulled his gear and clothing out. When he was dressed he ran out of the door and along the corridor knowing that by the time the man woke up he would be long gone from cloud.

((Ah ah ah im not done with you yet))
As soon as Kurotsuki opened the door he would feel a burning in his chest, the interrogator would look up at him " you just had to go and do it didnt you, you couldnt just let me have my fun..." He held his hand up and closed his fist, the parasite in his chest would explode leaving very little of the door or the sanin. he stood over the remains of his body holding a jar the sanin's spirit would float inside
