The Yellow Horizon League, unlike the majority of the others, is sparsely scattered about..in actuality not having one main island, but instead linking the closer one's together building various bridges among them. So in area it can seem to be one of the smallest, but is actually one of the largest of the six leagues. One of the few advantages of how 'destroyed' the island is, is that various ports are managed on all sides of the league's islands. This can quicken the flight from league or to the tower, and can make the Yellow Horizon..somewhat of a flight base in times of need, for its vast number of docks.
The area about the league seems nearly cloudless, with the sun intensely peering down at it. Due to the league's own careless use of machinery, what was left of an ozone is severely damaged nearby, causing it to be allmost deathly hot. To suit league members, the connected islands are nearly completely covered by a large canopy of sorts, a metal platform stretches out over the league's buildings, cleverly moving towards the sun via solar energy, a small bit of the league's force. Due to this from just about any angle, it can appear that the 'canopy' of the league is blocking out the sun, creating a amazing view..only at a distance, league members are so used to it it doesnt phase them. Majority of the league building are dome-shaped, all having a panel on the roof. Different buildings are connected by the bridges, forming most buildings to have their own island. The 'main' one having the allready mentioned 'canopy' appearance, with multiple dome buildings about it.
The league is one to stress the convertion of magic into energy for, even the most minimal of devices, at first step..a grated lightened path will show you to the buildings. Each island with creative use of orange metal pathways, all of which lightened by the previous lights. Inside it is just as much a technological sight, each hall uses a design of both marble and metal, creating another..creative design, plants of the deserts and over sized hourglasses sit for decorations, windows peering out into the sands. The rooms are...only made a bit more 'homey' by the comfortable looking bed. That would be it, everything else seeming like the other spaces of the League. Cozy? I think not...but Cool? Oh yeah.
The island's of the league are all ridden with yellow desserts, and various splotches of 'Spots' or oasis that spot on a whole island. The winds blow sand from island to island, reaching 'Blockers' stone formations that have been made to actually stop the sand from falling to the Lower World and guide it to another island, creating a escalator of sand moving from island to island. Of course underneath the sand is solid land, but noone seems to care enough to dig down and seek it's riches. The large bridges that go from island to island are protected by a barrier only to be let down at the request of an official. Dangerous creatures are normally seen at night, and occasionaly a band of raiders is noticed...so travel alone is not a good idea.
