Yes, even the crew has rules.

1. Check frequently for join requests.
2. No abuse of power - don't make overpowered genin, don't give yourself massive stat boosts, no 'do this because I say so and because I'm a demigod!!!111!lol!'.
3. When you're approving jutsus, the following should be the ONLY reasons to not approve them.
a. Too retarded/godmoded to pass
b. Too similar to another jutsu to pass
c. Outside the realm of normal ninjutsu
d. Poster's tendency to godmode.
These will NEVER interfere with your judgement:
a. Past wrongs the poster has done to you.
b. Danger the jutsu poses to your own character
c. the fact that you were planning on making just that same jutsu and they beat you to it.
4. Be objective. Do not 'take sides' in an argument. You need to be able to look at the situation at hand with an unbiased eye, and base your decision off of what is fair, not what is easy for you.
5. Concerning E-Points: The amount awarded should be proportional to the effort output into the training. If a genin just fought an ANBU and held their ground, you better damn well reward them handsomely for it. If they just post over and over again that they run in circles, that's not much training by comparison. Be fair.
6. Lead by example. Follow the rules, and be a role model for the other members. If they see moderators breaking the rules, they'll be tempted to break the rules too, and before we know it we'll have an unruly riot going on.
7. Even if someone has pissed you off, it's important to not make it seem like you're mad. You have to respond to the situation calmly and explain why someone else is wrong. Don't curse at them. Don't TYPE IN ALL CAPS AND ACT LIKE A FLAMING MORON IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE.
8. Do not discriminate, for the love of god. I don't expect anyone to do this, you're all pretty level-headed, but so help me if I see you being racist or sexist towards someone I will ban your a** faster than you can say 'lynch mob'.
9. When making your Chuunin Exams, Monitor the goings-on as much as you can.
10. Don't delete other peoples' posts without a reason. That sort of thing leads to fights.

CAPTAINS

I expect you to be above and beyond the others. You HAVE to be leaders in everything you do.
1. If someone sends you a clan, be objective. Don't be scathing in your reply. Explain to them why their clan is not going to be approved, and if possible, tell them what they can do to improve it.
2. If another crew member comes to you for help, HELP.
3. We are all equal. None of us has more say than the others for what happens in the Guild.

MODERATORS
1. If you're unsure, ask a Captain. If they're unsure, ask me or Derrick.
2. You have the ability to recommend others for crew, but the Captains have the final say.




What I'm trying to stress here is that you are not above the law. None of us is. The entire reason this guild even EXISTS is because in the previous one there were certain people who abused their power and made the guild hell for others and drove them away.
