 This building serves as the main administration building for Hidden Sand. It bears the "Kaze" kanji meaning wind. The Kazekage and her advisors have offices and conference rooms here. The building also contains six statutes of the previous Kazekages. To give fair warning to others: Noelani does not take kindly to being snuck up on.

An ANBU with the headband belonging to Tsukigakure suddenly appeared in the hall way outside of the Kazekage's office. He looked around slightly before he gave a light knock on the door, "I do not mean to disturb but I am here on behalf of the Tsukikage." With no answer, he sighed in annoyance and set the scroll next to the Kazekage's door before vanishing to the next village.
The scroll stating:
Dear Otokage,
We are offically opening our gates to all those who wish to trade for medical supplies. All potions and healing medicines are fresh, seeing as how the mountains have just come into full bloom. Since we cannot offer this trade year round I have decided to send a message to all. I also will personally see that all supplies are in top form for trading.

Yuriko entered with a smile, stopping to pick up the scroll. She knocked on the door to the Kazekage's office, and Lani opened it.
"Who are you, and what do you want?"
Yuriko bowed, offering the Tsukigakure scroll and her own. "Well for one, someone from Moon left you a message, and I have my own to deliver. Arashi asked you to serve as a judge in the Chuunin Exams."
The younger woman laughed. "Oh, he did? Well tell him I wouldn't miss it for the world!" She took both scrolls, retreating into her office.

Mako knocked harder two more times. And then two more times. He was on the verge of making the door splinters before figuring out she probably was not there. He rubbed his stomach, twisted his face and decided he was hungry. He swiped a piece of stationary and a quill and wrote a note saying there was something important he needed to give her and where he'd be and stuck it between the door and the floor, staying anonymous in the letter.
"I'm hungry, she's not here, I have all rights to go to get something and then come back."

Baku appeared before the Administration Building, staring up at it. Still no sign from Asami. He proceeded towards the door and turned the knob, letting himself in. "Where is the little brat?"

Baku stopped when he sensed Yuzuki. "Decided to tag along, hmm?" He asked without looking back at her.

Asami appeared just off to the side of the door and looked around. She still wasn't used to being outside of Akatsuki City but she came with Baku to assist him if he needed, even if it meant giving her life.

"There is nothing in the place of metal. And Keeper needs a babysitter, so that he stops dripping all over the carpet," Yuzuki stated, the Medic swimming slowly up from the depths, racing the Hunter as one of her hands rummaged in a pocket for her mask.

"Babysitter?" He scoffed at this. "You would rather protect the tapestry then relish in the fine ways of bleeding? I thought you Kekkonii lived to do such." He turned back to her and Asami. "Some one will arrive."

Asami nodded, figuring that Baku would go ahead and do what he wanted no matter what she said. Consentrating her chakra she transformed her body fully into paper and sending throusands of sheets all around the room cutting the walls and statues. A pair of wings sprouted from her back and Asami took to the air.
