This RP takes place in Medieval England.
The story: Vampires.....creatures of darkness, wandering the world of night, bathed in moonlight. They come to drink the blood of the people, in turn, the people come to drive them away, never to return. As incidents increased, a full scale war broke out between the two races. Deadlocked for 20 years until one stormy, bitter cold day of winter. A young man stepped to the front of the fighting, all turned in wonder to watch his actions. For who could possibly defeat eight thousand vampires single-handedly? Revealing a stone of the deepest red, the gods stirred from their slumber, and rained havoc upon the fanged beings. Slaughter insued, and the vampires were driven back to the Sacred temple of the black goddess Sura. The Vampiric princess, Mariah Renblack, who had led the forces of shadow, as they had become known as, was sealed away in the temple, never to create such a deadly war again. As for the young man, after that day, he was never seen again.......

-I don't care about swearing as long as its not every second word.

Mariah stood in the temple hallway, looking out through a window that held the view of what was once a bloody battlefield. She sighed as her vampiric sight caught the movements of restless souls, hovering and flitting about in a frenzy, trapped in a world that was neither alive or dead.
Will I ever be able to leave this horrible place? She thought as, despair, loneliness, and loss came over her for the millionth time in her long life. She felt like a princess, altough, a dark one, that had been locked away in a tower. She sighed again and leaned against the ebony frame of the chiselled window. She had lost any hope that a prince would come to rescue this princess.

Velik, renegade vampire looks at the cracked earth and swings his rusty daggers once again, living in the illusion of being that noble vampire he was once.

Mariah glanced about the grounds again and noticed something standing near the gates. Looking closer, she saw it was a young vampire like herself. Maybe he could help. If only he would come a bit closer. Raising herself up from her elbows, she instead placed her hands on the sill and tried to get a better look. "I wonder if he's here for a reason, or just lost..." She mumbled to herself.

battling imaginary visions of past in insanity , Velik drops to the ground and stares at the sky, slowly noticing a window with a shady silhouette that he can't recognize.Visions start to diminish one after another , the window and tower becoming more visible.

Mariah watched as the young man battled invisible images when he suddenly stopped and look up at her. She did not move for the longest time. When she finally did, her face turned into the moonlight, illuminating her pale face and red eyes.

Suddenly, conscious striked Velik's mind, the tower appearing completely.
Shadows stopped appearing, and Velik made his way to the mysterious building that stood before him, forgetting the window he saw earlier.

Mariah saw the young man begin to stride quickly for the large temple entrance. She turned and sprinted there herself. She reached the long hallway lined with ebony pillars and then the large open area that was the temple's entrance. She slowed and moved slowly into the man's view.
"Who are you and why are you here, vampiric warrior? Speak." She said in a voice that held much authourity and pride.

Seeing the young lady Velik stopped for a moment, " I'm as much as intrigued as you are.I know nothing of my past." he answered, then he past the lady and made his way through the hall.

Rema
A humming came from a girl with silver hair as she walked her bare feet padding against the dirt and grass with every step. She was just a human girl aware of where she was because she rather liked the peace of place others perfered not to go and thats why she came here most of the time. Her name was Rema but she solemy gave it away to people unless she really wanted to. Today she was exploreing a little farther than she usually did and she began to see a temple of sorts which made her uneasy so she pulled to the two folded fans from inside her old style kimono and flipped them open. as she slowly edged to the building her dark eyes looking around nervously as she tried to make since of her surroundings.

"What to do" he muttered in a dark voice as he pulled two red bladed circlur disks from his shirt and held them in his hand as he stood on a tree branch watching the temple of the trapped vampire princess his eyes glowing with a hate beyond all other forms. He was a vampire who had against his will started to slay other vampires but that was because he was bonded to one of the most powerful people in the world and if he betrayed him he would most likely be killed for it and he would never gain his freedom which he so longed for. Watching the interation between the princess and the male vampire made him smile two in one day what luck was it not to be bless with a step closer to his freedom if she managed to get them both

Mariah turned and grabbed Velik's shoulder roughly. "Take one more step into this temple, and we are both dead. Now I don't care who you are and what you know and don't know about your past. I only care about getting out of this bloody temple and I will not be thrown off my path by an ignorant brat." She told him and pushed him back towards the steps. She barred his way effectively and was ready to use her magic if need be.
