Odd name, huh? Most residents simply call it the Umbrella. If you didnt notice the giant structure visible from any spot of the League, protecting you...yes you...from death. The Umbrella directly stands, raised, from the top of the main island...part of the Cupola de la Sovrano, it looks exactly like a copper umbrella, sheilding what's underneath it from the sun. It slowly moves along with the sun, so after sunset, Magi manually turn it back towards the direction of the sunrise every morning. It shoots up an uncountable distance, with many nooks and crannies that simply came from age. Various Magi make these simple resting spots. Inside a rapidly moving elevator is used to climb the tower, windows look out opposite of the sun. Many people simply stand and look out onto the sands or other beauties they may see, so it serves as a watchtower as well. One of the Maester's rooms go high into the umbrella, of course its only once in a blue moon that anyone else sees it. A very private person.

Thousands of years ago, the idea of the Umbrella was thought up during the, recorded, 2nd Yellow Horizon Maester's life. It wasnt long before that that the Yellow Horizon began it's 'push' towards the future creating various technologies using magic and manpower. Unfortunately this brought upon the splitting of what used to be a single island, due to carelessness...the ozone above the Horizon was further destroyed, spreading heat towards it. The 2nd Maester was the first to create the plans for it, before then Magi simply used magic to keep cool, by the 4th Maester's time it was nearly fully completed. The current Maester simply modified it more and founded the use of it following solar rays. Each generation is bound to create more and more....a number of secrets that the Maester keeps withhimself are suspected of the Umbrella..and some of it's true purposes....

'Aaaand....Now!'

"Nope.."

"Theeeeeeeeen Now!!'

"Still Off."

"Shutup...it'll go nooooaooou....wow! Hah I win"

"...cheater."

"You're just a sore loser, Lugh"

A single figure sat up from a bed, slowly shuffling towards a window and looking out onto floating rocks topped with sand, various airships moving to and frow[?]. 'Sandfalls' only to have the sands whip back up to land back on another desert. The sun was slowly rising, a large shadow slowly growing. Pure silence rolling over the deserts. Ah, all this dead land belonged to him. The young Maester, well...in his people's mentality, watched as his 'city's' lights came on, at day instead of night..and the shade slowly creeped over the land. The young Maester Lugh, but known as Oisin Solis, calmly got dressed and ready to do whatever buisiness he saw fit. The elf boy repeatedly flipped a coin as he stood on an elevator of sorts.

"Ugh...comb your hair, Lugh...you look like a bum"

"Too late now, Missy."

He rapidly selected a button and the elevator flew to the bottom of the Umbrella. The blonde visage of a spectacled woman sighed as she continued to shuffle a deck of cards. The man slowly walked flipping the same coin, greeting those that talked to him with a wave and a slight smile As routine he calmly walked on, only to turn right back around after a few meaningless chats and go back up the elevator. Though now hold a stack of papers.

Lugh, or Oisin casually came to a stop at his own private room.

"Work allready.." He muttered.

"Stop whining and do it...'Maester'."

She threw in an aggresively teasing tone. While he muttered something else and got to work, checking different items...righting off different ideas. It did prove to be tedious on more than one occasion.

"Two man Spades?"

"Deal"

As the Maester worked, he started to feel a distinct chill in the air... looking over, he saw a bright blue salamander scurrying along the wall... He knew that symbol all to well. One of a certain other Maester's bad habits... After much experience, he knew enough to know it basically meant "Hey, I know as well as you do that you're not doing anything that important, so why not come goof off? Try and find me~"

Another of his annoying habits. Most of the time, he enjoyed making people find the location from where he was spying on them before he would talk...

Oisin quickly shivered. Cold air was something that...never came here..so used to the hot desert. He knew it wasnt the cooling system, getting that cold was...just crazy. Peering over his shoulder he saw an icy blue salamander moving up the wall. It was the Blue one.
'He really is childish...'

Oisin nodded with his other half as she shuffled the deck and put it away, to who knows where. The elf scratched his head and looked about. Slowly walking about he peered over the edge onto the sands, seing nothing he quickly zoomed down the elevator and began making rounds. It'd be better than spending his time...well doing work.

"Where should we check first, Missy?"

The blonde shrugged as, well..atleast to Oisin, she futilessly tried to impossible combe out his hair.

A few minutes passed after Stephen had gotten off the elevator and walked away... Then, to the surprised of anyone watching, a large amount of water came pouring down from the elevator shaft, and forced the doors open, leaking out and making a large puddle in front. It quickly started to solidify into ice, building up and up until it was in a vague, humanoid form... Then it shattered, revealing what looked to a human itself.

Albiore shook off the last of the ice crystals, making another, smaller puddle around him.
"Damn it. That was close... If I had been a bit slower with that Spell, he would have splattered me down that elevator shaft..."

With a few gestures of his hands, he drew up all the remaining ice around him, and focused it around the soles of his hide boots, creating literal "ice skates"... He flew off after Oisin.
