Colors: Blue head with a silver face. Upper arms are red and blue from the elbows down. Stomach is silver and legs and tail are metallic medium blue (spikes on tail whatever looks best). Chest is red with pale blue squares for windshields. Blue (#4169E1) eyes (if possible, could you make them glow? <3 ).
Markings: Autobot symbol on his wing (wing whatever color goes best), pale blue squares on chest plate as windshields. Black lines on stomach as the grill. All non-edits just as a color cosplay based on the references.
Edits: The mask (silver) from the references covering his nose, mouth, and chin. Pointed antennae (blue) on either side of his head just in front of his head fins. The chest plate (red with pale blue glass windshields) from the references as well as the long smokestacks (silver) on his shoulders.

Colors: Silver muzzle/cheeks. Darkish purple (#483D8B) head/forelock, back, forearms/hands, back feet, and fluff on tail. Lavender (#8470FF) upper arms, back legs, tail, paw pad, and fin membranes.
Markings: A single lavender stripe around either wrist
Edits: Red visor from references with metallic black border like Meister's, red visor itself iridescent like his too. A big, toothy, mischievous grin.
Cosplay Info: Cosplay from Transformers
.....Custom father: Soundwave - no mother (I don't know if this is allowed since he's an already made numa - in the cartoon, Rumble and Frenzy are his offspring, so I just thought it would be neat to have him down as their father for RP purposes, but I don't know if that's doable without it being an official breeding even if they'd be Generation 1 permas. If this is simply not acceptable, just forget the custom father information heart )
.....Other: Also, they're twins in the cartoon - can they be put on the same cert as such? If not, that's okay - just thought I'd ask <3
