This is a list of every AT in the game. If you can disconfirm this list please give video evidence. Now that we have every AT I'd like to add some definitions of what each does. I'll be working on this shortly. I don't know what everyone does, so help is appreciated. Please don't tell me what the ones listed on the Dojo do. I know what they do I can look there myself.

Barbara Bat (Daigasso! Band Brothers) - Plays her guitar sending out circular shock waves similar to DK's Final Smash.

Hammer Brother (Mario Bros) - Acts just like they did in Super Mario 3
Heririn (Kururin)
Isaac (Golden Sun) - Pushes players with a disembodied hand
Jeff Andonuts (Earthbound) - Lights a firework that sends up a large amount of missiles that fall back down exploding on contact.
Jill (Drill Dozer) - Dashes around using her drill while jumping from platform to platform.
Kat & Ana (Wario Ware) - Slash across the screen making an X

Lakitu (Mario Bros) - Acts just like they did in Super Mario Bros.

Metroid (Metroid) - Flys around and attaches itself to your opponents, slowly damaging your opponent while it remains on them.

Nintendog (Nintendogs) - A puppy pops up on the screen and blocks your view
Ray (Custom Robo) (01 or MKII?) - Fires fanned volleys of green bullets and single missiles that are thrusted forward for a short time and fall to the ground alternating between both for each volly. He's seen in his original size so he's very small.

Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic) - Uses Chaos Control sending out a huge area where everything is slowed down.

Tanks & Infantry (Advance Wars) - A small platoon of infantry and tanks march forward firing bullets and missiles.
Tingle (Zelda) - Dances in place and sends out a heaping load of random items sometimes it's all hammers and golden hammers.

Ridley (Metroid) - Uncertain if this is true or not. He's said to be in a whole other category from the other ATs which might show that these aren't all of the ATs and the others might be in other categories like Ridley.

I'd like to point out that the Assist Trophy in the E4All demo is Princess Rosalina... and you say she isn't in the Retail version? Weird... I'll have to look into this.

Maybe someone thought they saw her?

I don't remember seeing any vids of her.
